Love the staff and office environment!!! Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make my children (even my toddler) feel calm and comfortable. They are personable and professional, this is the best dentist my children have ever been to.

I wish I would have had a good experience like most reviewers here, but my experience with Dr. Mirna was nothing but horrible. I came for an specific treatment (from an hour away!! Which I specifically pointed out before I made the appointment so I wouldn't waste my time) but received nothing but arrogance from her and no treatment at all. She confronted the front desk and I like we were in some sort of trial. I did not feel welcomed at all or respected. In fact, she tried to make me feel inferior by pointing out her years of experience and how I was wrong. Thankfully, I found a greenhills doctor who's willing to work with my child's needs and who respects parents opinions.

My children love this practice and so do I! Everyone is so caring and always treat my children so well. My kids always look forward to going to visit both Dr. Mirna and Dr. Rob and their staff. Teela and all the other hygienists are great! We are so happy we found this office.

This is the worst dentist office we have ever used. Every time we’ve used them we have been disappointed by the rude staff. Most recently my 11 year old son had a tooth ache, my wife took him in for his appointment. They check his teeth and said they will need to remove four of his Baby teeth’s. The cost to our insurance was quoted at $710, on top of that we were asked to pay an additional $462 more. It took two days to get my son into their office, after they checked his teeth they set an appointment for nine days out. In the meantime my son was crying because he was in pain. I decided to call another dentist office that got us in sooner and we got there they treated us very respectfully and professionally. The best part, this new dentist office took care of my son’s teeth during the same visit. My out of pocket was $128. Wow that was a big difference. Couple of days later, I got a call from cladwell pediatric dentistry, they wanted to confirm the appointment for my son. I told them what we’ve done and I asked why their price was higher. The girl that called me got an attitude with me and said “I am deactivating your kids accounts out of our system.” This was a disappointing and unprofessional move from their staff. This confirmed to me even more that they are a ripoff dentist office who only cares about make money off us and they don’t care about my kids wellbeing. I have never been more disappointed. I have three boys, we’ve been going to this dentist office for the last 12 years and this was not the first time this has happened. They have ripped us off before and have been disrespectful. I will never to back to Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry. I don’t recommend them to anyone, they are dishonest, and rude.

Great experience. The staff is so patient with my children who were going to the dentist for the first time since they are young. My children are curious about all the instruments they are using and they took the time to explain everything. My middle boy had to come back for a procedure and they were very gentle with him. Very professional staff - Dr. Mirna is kind and gentle. So happy to have found Dr. Mirna and Dr. Rob.

I've been bringing all 3 of my kids here for several years, and my kids think it is super fun! Every dental assistant we've ever had has been friendly and patient and very competent. I was especially impressed today when our dental assistant noticed that the vitamin treatment contains tree nuts, and my daughter is allergic to nuts, so she switched to a different vitamin. I'm so glad she was attentive and caught that important detail before giving it to her! And we love Dr. Mirna! She's super friendly and easy to talk to, and the kids think she is the nicest dentist ever. They've never recommended any unnecessary treatments, and we trust them to take good care of our kids' teeth. Plus the kids get to use their token to get a prize before they leave and they look forward to it for 6 whole months. Best pediatric dentist in all of Nashville!

Everyone here in this office took extra care to make us feel important and to give our child the best care. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors and the anesthesiologists they work with, we had a very good experience. They were very good with our kid, trying really hard to make the experience fun and pleasant. We highly recommend this office for children.

Top notch from the most kind and warm front desk staff to the quality and caring doctors. I also know a lot about dentistry being that I am also a dental specialist and this is where I put my faith in my own child receiving care. I can not say enough good things about the Drs. The staff (loved Teela and Jennifer) and the anesthesia team. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! Everyone are awesome, both doctors are sooooo great, my child love them, every 6month visit he does enjoy them, ande ladies that clean his teeth are wonderfull, very nice and sweet, they try to keep kids feelconfortable and ti trust them to clean their teeth. Front desk girls are amasing, Marcela at front desk she is the sweetest love her, and very important she knows both languages English and Spanish, she really helps spanish speaking patients and thats a great help for us. I AM SO GRATEFULL THAT I FOUND THEM... I wouldn't change them.. love you guys....

My son is three and unfortunately had cavities on his front teeth from taking milk to his bed at night. We were very upset to see those baby teeth turn more and more dark as time went on. When we went in to talk to Dr. Caldwell, he made us feel like he understood what it was like to be a parent and did not make us at all feel bad about it. He explained how important it was to fix these teeth so the infection did not spread. We scheduled him to be seen at the hospital with Dr. Caldwell and we put our full trust in his education and experience. He did not disappoint. My son was asleep for the caps and that made him have a pleasant experience rather than a scary one. We are thankful for the speedy work and kind heart we found in Dr. Caldwell. My son has healthy teeth now because of him. No more pain.

I really love this office. We went to a family dentist last year and were told our kids had over 5 cavities combined among my three kids. We were shocked because my kids are really good brushers for the most part. We came to Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry for a second opinion and Dr. Mirna recommended some great preventive measures and we have not had to have any fillings done so far. We are grateful for her more conservative opinions on dentistry and for giving us the tools to help improve weak areas. This practice is big on prevention and we are too.

My kids have gone to Drs. Caldwell since we moved to Nashville and I have been thrilled with how relaxed they make my kids. When my 2-year-old had a tooth trauma, they were able to see us that same day and put our minds to rest about the accident. My older girls actually request going to the dentist! They are fabulous!

Totally rude!!!!###### Cannot believe how unfriendly... Makes me feel uncomfortable that they are not understanding to my needs as single mother of patient when setting appointments. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Then try to turn it on you make you feel like you are doing something wrong!!! Im only trying to get my daughter seen around my crazy work schedule!!! No compassion!!! Greedy and all about money!!! When we lost our insurance temporarily my daughter really needed care and they would not even see her got ins back and they are retropaying for all bills which i explained... They wouldnt even see her!!! They do not care for well being of child... So sad....

Horrible place I would not recommend this place to anyone.All they care about is money if you don’t show up 3 times they will kick you out they don’t care what your going through and can’t make it to a appointments all they want is for you to show up so they can make money. I couldn’t make it to some of my kids appointments and I called them every time I wasn’t gonna make it. They still kicked my kids out. Now I’m very happy where I take my kids they understand when I can’t make it to a appointment.

They don't specialize in preventative care, they're ensuring our children's teeth rot so they can work on them and get their paychecks. What dentist office tells a mother her child's teeth need to be pulled but schedules the appointment 6 months out. . Just to later find out the appointment was never made because trey didn't have an insurance card on file... but then when the tooth gets worse they tell you to call her Pcp to get the policy number so they can schedule the appointment right away....3 months later??? My daughter's teeth started to decay because of breastfeeding through the night, we came to the caldwells, my daughter was maybe eighteen months or so. The wife, dr.caldwell, not the operating dentist, suggested I remove all forms of juice from my daughter's diet, we fresh juice for vital nutrients, since I was asked to do this, I asked for supplements. I was told there were none. I go back January, my daughter's teeth have gotten worse, one tooth is turning black and has holes the otter front tooth is beginning to do the same. This time they schedule what I though would be an extraction appointment for June. My daughter ended up chipping the really bad tooth so we went in this past Monday. The appointment in January, BOTH FRONT TEETH were going to be pulled. I purchased Uncle Harry's tooth care products in March. The appointment this past Monday concluded only ONE tooth, the chipped tooth NEEDS to be pulled, the other is now fixable. Mysteriously, danielle at the front desk offered for me to call and get my daughter's insurance policy number because the insurance company keeps sending mine but not hers, this option was not available in January and that's why they didn't schedule an extraction of the tooth back in January. Furthermore, my daughter now has 4 molars that need to be "fixed" but Dr.Caldwell hasn't said anything about the other 2 teeth in the front that are showing visible signs of decay. Fluoride toothpaste did not help. My 3 months of research and purchasing uncle Harry's oral products helped me learn more about what our teeth need. How can you practice or specialize in preventative care when you tell patients to stop eating healthy and not provide a supplements? When you rely on just fluoride and not have any way to give your patients the vital nutrients that will help them??? Phosphorous, calcium, vitamins a,b6 and 9, d... zinc, magnesium... these are the nutrients needed to build strong teeth not just fluoride. They don't give you any information on how to truly care for your child's teeth... the fact that they didn't even schedule the extraction of a rotting tooth but scheduled a cleaning 6 months out is beyond me! Had my daughter not been a rough child and chilled her tooth, I would've never known we didn't have an appointment to fix the main problem.

This office is fantastic!! We moved here from Connecticut and our socks were knocked off by the efficiency of this office! We barely waited and the dental cleanings were quick and easy. So my son went to his new patient appointment today with his Aunt because I work and I am a single mom. Well my sister gets there with my son and she is told that she is unable to bring him in for his appointment as it is against the law. A parent must bring in the child for the appointment. We I am a medical coder and I am very familiar with HIPAA and privacy laws so I called the office and the receptionist started to quote me the same information so I asked what part of HIPPA states this information? She then stated OH well not Hippa its just our policy. I would have been fine with the real explanation to begin with but why make up an entire lie? Because of that lie I will not reschedule his appointment. I don't trust the office now.

When speaking to the manager I felt like I was talking to a kid that is immature, she was not trying to be understanding what so ever of the situation. The manager would not let me talk to the doctor and hung up.Never doing business with this dentist ever again.

We love this office and the dentists! Dr Rob has been caring for my children’s teeth for at least seven years now and they have never once had a cavity! My son did have to have two teeth pulled for the orthodontist recently so having to have a procedure made him a little anxious. Dr Rob was extremely helpful in calming his fears and used some nitrous. My son did not even know that the teeth were pulled and the procedure was done. He was so happy it did not hurt. They talked him through it all with such compassion. My family is very thankful for this team of caring professionals!!!

When I lost my dental insurance and found out that these guys wanted to charge me more than they charged my old insurance, I asked for an adjustment to the previous amount. They fed me some bogus story about how how I didn't know what I was talking about and couldn't do it. When I left to go to a cheaper dentist, both the husband and wife called my house multiple times to harrass me and tell me again how I didn't know what I was talking about and just needed to pay the higher price. Then all of a sudden they remembered some fee that I owed and kept sending me bills until I paid them off to stop harrassing me.
