Dr. Caldwell and staff are amazing! The front desk staff respond to messages quickly and do a great job with scheduling and filing of insurance, as well as being very accurate in terms of what insurance will cover and patient responsibility. Dr. Caldwell has a great chair side manner and is great at putting people at ease. Everyone from the front desk to the hygenist and assistants are friendly and pleasant and I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient for several years. My first visit was an emergency and my Dentist at the time was not in and his staff would not even try to recommend someone else. That was the last time I used them. Dr. Caldwell and his staff saw me within 1 hour of my first call and I have had nothing but excellent care and service from them since. It's hard to find a doctor these days that treats you as a person and not just a patient. Sometimes the best people work in places that don't boast about themselves. I've gone to this practice for many years and have never had one bad experience. My teeth are still intact because of the quality of care and expertise. Dr. Caldwell did a great job for me with pain control during my procedure, and maintained a relaxed & pleasant atmosphere during my entire visit. His team is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and quite responsive. His hygienist asked me how I was doing with my dental work, I mentioned an issue, she fixed it. Very rude! This man acts like it's a bother , tho he chose the career. Didn't have time for explaining, just wants your money. Wanted over $2500 to do a root canal, & that tooth seems fine. The tooth next to it also, but there's nothing left to do a root canal. I went in to see about having that one tooth removed. Basically, this guy just wants money. Jerk!

The staff at Dr. Caldwell’s office treated me like family from the moment I called to set up me and my children’s first initial appointment. I was comfortable and extremely informed of every single thing that was going on as well as the next step plans. Dr. Caldwell and his staff are wonderful.

There is virtually no waiting time. I've been going here over a year and a half and have had no problems and everyone is extremely nice and professional. He does not only want money. My insurance would only pay for one of my bottom wisdom teeth to get removed, so this establishment went ahead and removed the other one free of charge.

Don't go there. I went there to get my teeth cleaned and they recommended $5,000 worth of work to be done. It took nearly 2 hours just to get them cleaned! I went back to the dentist in Germantown that I had been using and they said that any additional work was optional and not currently needed

He doesn’t deserve one star! My son went in for a root canal and Dr. Caldwell was very rude to my son. He laughed at him and yelled at him for moving while a root canal was being done in the upper back of his mouth. It doesn’t matter if my son is an adult or not, he doesn’t like to confront people on the spot. My son was uncomfortable and Dr. Caldwell has no bed side manner and even accused my son of being on drugs during his appointment. What kind of Dentist treats his patients this way. If you don’t want to interact with people, then don’t become a Dentist! I spoke to the front desk right after my sons appt and inquired about what happened. I was not rude or mean to anyone. I simply stated I wanted him to call me and explain what happened. I never got a call. Instead he chooses to get on here and accuse me of being rude to his staff. Very Unprofessional. Don’t give him your business!!!!! Apparently other patients have had a similar experience.
