They may be nice at first, but don't trust them. I was a new patient and I'm afraid I've been taken advantage of. Here's where they went wrong: 1. I was told I needed several fillings. I received a second opinion from my previous dentist and he said the areas in question were de-calcified but not in need of immediate filling. (Twelve filling don't just happen to appear after 10 months of not visiting the dentist.) 2. Dr. Holliday spoke to me in a patronizing manner, making comments about me affording dental care to pay for "a new house, a car, or a new purse" (as he glanced at my Kate Spade bag.) Doctors are to provide medical advice and care, not make remarks about a patient's financial status. 3. When I set up my first appointment and gave my insurance info to the woman on the phone, they did not mention that this provider was not covered under my insurance. Granted, I should have done my homework, but they also should have told me before they started the appointment. I do not recommend this dentist.

The office staff members were affable and professional. Dr. Holliday was friendly, thorough, and excellent at explaining any issues he noticed; there were also impressive accolades posted, which is always a plus. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist, Dental Arts is for you!

I have been going to dentists for MANY years in many states and countries. Dr. Fletcher and Brentwood Dental Artists are at the very top! If you have dental needs, you absolutely can’t find better than Dr. Fletcher; his assistants; the office staff; and Brentwood Dental Artists as a whole!

A+++ I've had some miserable dental experiences around Middle Tennessee, but after 3 or 4 visits with Brentwood Dental Arts I feel comfortable in saying that it's the best experience I've had with dentistry in my entire life. Highly, highly recommended.
