Dr. Munro has been my dentist for six years now, and I have only good things to say about him and his staff. He has provided me with excellent, quality care, always concerned about my needs and comfort as a patient. When I saw him for the first time I had "dental phobia" but I have developed such a level of trust in his work that I no longer feel this way. His staff is consistently so kind and caring. They will remember you every time you walk in the door and greet you with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Munro to anyone needing quality dental care!

Dr Munro has a very gentle reassuring way about him. My mother is about to get a lot of dental work and is nervous. Dr Munro does excellent work as does Jane the hygienist. More importantly, his heart is in the right place. My last time there for a cleaning I had an area on one of my teeth that needed smoothing out. He was gracious enough to take care of it without charge. This told me that he was more interested in taking care of my teeth than he was in making a few extra bucks. Actions speak louder than words and his actions spoke very well in his behalf.

I may be reeling off of the effects of the lidocaine used on me today for fillings and a crown but nevertheless... the team at BFD is supremely thoughtful - ensuring patients are comfortable, informed and part of the family. I hate to say thank you to anyone for prodding my gums with needles... but the staff and Dr. Munro went out of their way to ease any discomfort or anxiety. Thanks to him and his team. And a special note that they have Vicki Poplin on staff as hygienist... enough said, she is THE best.

Today I had a cleaning only so there’s not much to tell you about. My teeth are nice, bright and certainly clean. Today I only saw Susan at the check in desk and Vicki the dental hygienist. I thought I saw John Munro working on a patient so I didn’t want to interrupt their process by saying hello. So I’d say it was a quite Thursday. I have been going to Belle Forest Dental since the mid-90s. There isn't a dental office anywhere in Middle Tennessee with a better staff , nor is there another dental office that provides better care. They always shoot straight with you regarding the oral care you need, don't need, or should consider. I also love the fact that they will resubmit dental claims to insurance companies if services are denied coverage, instead of simply getting a negative response and then expecting payment from the patients. They go out of their way to provide total patient care, and that is why they are the only dental office I will ever visit as long as I'm living in Tennessee.

I absolutely love Dr Munro and the Belle Forest Dental staff. They are incredibly friendly and their office is relaxing. It's like going to a spa that just so happens to clean my teeth while I am there. They have an amazing massage chair to sit in prior to my appt, I love the paraffin hand treatment, their dental chairs are incredibly cozy and they will even wrap you in a warm blanket while you lay back get your teeth cleaned and watch hgtv. They offer accommodations to make you more relaxed if you need it as well. The staff is exceptionally talented and I love that Dr Munro uses cutting edge technology in his practice. Did I mention that they will even make you a smoothie after your visit? Seriously try this place out!! You will be really happy that you found them and I am quite sure that you will make Belle Forest Dental your new dental home

I have never had an unpleasant office visit at Belle Forest Dental. Dr Munro is very skilled and his work looks and feels perfect. They have a great team in there and everyone is very helpful and compassionate. I love Ms Jane who does my dental cleaning. I drive 45 minute one way and so far could not get myself to switch to a dentist that is closer because I'm afraid I may not find the same atmosphere in another office. Not many people like going to the dentist but if you have a great dental office it makes it so much easier... ps. Love the protein shakes you get after a procedure ;-)

A Bellevue GEM! What an amazing team! I left remembering everyone's name and feeling incredibly welcome. Things that add to their awesomeness: 1) very personable staff, everyone takes the time to really get to know you 2) comfortable and elegant spa-like waiting area and office 3) Very thorough painless cleaning, like the best I have ever had considering I only floss a total of one month out of the year.
