Dr. Goskel gets 5 stars from this new patient. Last night (Thursday) during supper, I lost a cap on a tooth. I checked google for anyone still open but due to the hour most were closed or closing soon. In checking very few dentist around are even open on any Friday. I found three that were open on Friday. I called at 8a and the first two could not even get me in for three weeks, which I find ridiculous. I then called American Family Dentistry at 8:10a. They were able to get me in at 10a that day. I met with Dr. Turker Goksel who was friendly and listened to what had happened last night. They took an X ray, examined the tooth and cap. He was able to re-cement the cap without any pain. I was out the door by 10:25am. Hats off to Dr. Goksel and his assistant. Appreciate what they did, pain free and quick. I would highly recommend this office and Dentist.

this is about the hygenist not the dentist.my wife and i like dr. goksel alot hes a good dentist. but we went to get our teeth cleaned on 5-15-19 we made appointments for 11:00 & 11:30 upon arrival i was told that my appointment wasnt till 12 my wife said no its at 11:30 ! the hygenist came out at 11:17 and said whos first i said let her go. my wife said yea i wont take as long. now she said that because her upper is a denture and only 9 teeth on the botton ! but we always go back with each other at all doctors appts. as i sat up to get up n go back with her she shut the door ok! well i thought she wont be long with 9 teeth at 11:38 i heard my wife say thank u. ok shes done at this point my back was bothering me so i was standing up now. at 11:40 i herd the dentists voice ok there discussin her teeth then she said thnk u again then dentist said sumthing again then she said thnk u. ok now shes fixin to come out. it was 11:44 at this point . at 12:24 my wife walked up to the check out counter i thought wat the heck one hour and seven minutes to clean 9 teeth!! really? my wife gets her wallet out.now no one had come out to get me yet! now my blood was boiling my wife got out a cc that was the last straw fer me . i thought they were trying to charge her for the cleaning our insurance pays for 2 cleanings a year! so i opened the door went back and ask my wife what are you paying for !! she tapped her teeth and said flouride treatment its only $$ i said ok. now the hygenist at this point still standing in her room looks at me and says i can take u now i said wait and held up 1 finger. see by this time we had ben there for one hour and forty four minutes !! i had to go to the bathroom. after i came out she said i can take u now i said no im done im over it i aint staying here any longer!!!!! she said i could reschedule my wife said he will have to look at his schedule i said im sorry i aint doing it ill look at my schedule. then the hygenist walks up tu me and says we have another dentist working out of this office cause they had a fire it normaly only takes 30-40 minutes. now i have had my teeth cleaned before several times at other places and i know it really dont take more than 40min. ive never took over 35min. to get mine cleaned. now the hygenist has everything she needs in her room to do her job! so another dentist working out of the same office is not going to slow or stop her from doing her job!!! that is in my opion a bs excuse!!!! my wife and i mite just go to another dentist over this! think about it. it took her ONE HOUR SEVEN MINUTES to CLEAN 9 TEETH ! to me thats ridiculous there is no excuse for that !!!!!! now the bad thing is that my wifes birthday was on the 16th i was having to work so we was going to go out and enjoy our selfs to celebrate her bday but after this horrible experience i was so mad about it i could not stop thinking about it one hour seven minutes for 9 teeth!!! that it ruined her birthday!!! and i didnt get my teeth cleaned or my partial adjusted.

BEWARE!!!! NOT AN ENDODONTIST!!! FILED FALSE INSURANCE CLAIMS!!! My general dentist doesn't do molar root canals (because they are difficult and very time consuming) so I called/emailed this place to see if they had an Endodontist. The receptionist, Daniel, told me Turker Goskel was an Endodontist. ( A Specialist) Since they took my insurance, I went to this location in January 2016 for a root canal and a couple of fillings. I paid my share and made an appointment for the crown that day before I left. A couple of weeks later Daniel emailed me and said they hadn't yet received payment from the insurance company so he was cancelling my appointment. I told him I would call the insurance company and I did. They never even received any claims from this office. So I emailed Daniel and had him send me the claim forms and sent them myself. He still would not make me an appointment ( thank goodness now) so I went to my regular dentist to get the tooth crowned. He informed me that no root canal was ever done on my tooth. All he did was remove the cavity and put a temp filling in there (which he charged $1,116 to do). I and my insurance companies already paid over $1, 700 total to them and they sent me a bill for even more money threatening collections!!! Then last week I went to see a REAL Endodontist that actually did the root canal to save my tooth and had to pay him as well. American Family Dentistry /Turker Goskel filed claims to both of my insurances and were paid by both of them and by me for a root canal that he never even did. I also paid several hundred dollars out of pocket. The reception service is the worst also. When I tried to get in touch with someone about this they never return my calls or emails. Call the headquarters and they call this office and tell them and then still never return your calls. The whole entire company is a joke. I plan on suing them if they do not return my money and repay the insurance company for work they never did. Can anyone say insurance fraud? He also did a horrible job on my fillings and he hurt me the entire time. Worst most horrible experience ever. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY!!!

I would not recommend this place at all messed up my two front teeth that are now absolutely killing me and put in a call an was told that they would have to call there manger over me don't go here

Gave a one star because it won't go lower. Worst administrative staff ever. They absolutely do not know how to properly file insurance records. Repeated problems with their filing and then had the nerve to send a lawyer threat letter before the claims were filed. This place needs to be shut down!!!

I've been going there for a couple of years bc previous dentist wouldn't take my insurance. I've never had a bad experience nor has my wife. It's not super hi-tech as in lots of TV screens, etc. but they're professional & friendly. I would recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. This dentist was very unprofessional. When he finished working on my teeth I knew something was wrong. I was in so much pain.. a week passed and I still couldn't eat with the teeth he had filled. Another dentist had to polish my fillings and informed me the teeth will probably need root canals now!! Something so simple went extremely expensive FAST. I'm never one to write reviews but I can't keep quite ... hopefully I can save someone else from making the mistake I did...... take pride in the work you do or close the doors!

Worst dental experience I have ever had in my 53 years !! What a billing NIGHTMARE !!! Received multiple delinquent notices for a mistake in billing on their part. Continued receiving these notices even after the account was paid in full and verified as such with the insurance company. Would not recommend them to anyone !!
