While the service was fine, I have two major complaints. First, during my 3 or 4 appointments there, the dentist only saw me once for about 2-3 minutes. The hygienist was good, but I expect, and am used to, more time with the dentist without having to ask. Second, while they had all my insurance information and claim to take my insurance, twice they performed services that were not covered and did not notify me ahead of time. I expect the dentist to be aware of this and not give me an estimate that they could have easily verified ahead of time. To their credit, the first time they dropped most of the charges, but the second time they did not. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new dentist, and this time will confirm how they operate.

I love this office! Always polite and professional! They go into detail about my treatments and answer any questions I have. I’ve never had an issue with billing and they have always been up front with any fees I might have for treatments. Best dental care in Memphis.

I saw the billing issue I had from a previous review but didn't think it would happen to me. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told my x-rays would be covered. A month later I received a bill because the x-rays were not covered. I spoke with the office and my insurance on the phone and the office admitted their mistake and said they would take care of it. Then a month later I got the same bill. I called back and they informed me that they will not pay it because I signed a billing document. The service was fine but I can't give my personal information to a company that would hide behind a policy for their mistake.

I wish I didn't have to give one star to make this comment. I was scheduled as a new patient and arrived at my appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. When I arrived, the front desk lady was rude and cared less about me being seen. She said with an attitude "you were suppose to be here at 2:30". I said excuse me but the appointment is at 3:00, I work downtown and left work when I could. She went on to say well we can't see you today because you'll be cutting into other patient's times so all we can do is give you an x-ray and reschedule you for another day. Basically I left work and arrived at this place for nothing. I would see if I walked in at 3:05 after my scheduled time; but the clock said 2:45. Why should it take 30 minutes to verify insurance and fill out paper work? I will not be rescheduling another appointment at this place. I have found a clinic that's more personable, understanding and respectful of my time. Overall, bad experience and the front desk lady is RUDE!

Get here 30 minutes for what? Especially if paperwork is done online. The first thing the receptionist says to a new patient is “you were supposed to be here at 3:30.” My appt was at 4. Tried to go ahead and say well since you were not 30 min early to your appt I can only let you get X-rays today. Ha ! ( same thing someone else said previously) I said I’m here for a cleaning not X-ray due to me being pregnant. Apparently they want me to wait until after I have my baby to schedule an appt (in 5 months) instead of the dentist coming out saying hey ma’am an X-ray will be totally safe, they just didn’t want to serve a new patient regardless. Said come back when your not pregnant. Took off work for nothing. I’m sitting in the parking lot of this “ business” scheduling an appt somewhere else more credible.

They said I had a purty mouth :) Mallory and the whole staff were pleasant and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and even though I haven't had a cleaning in a while, everything went smooth and pain free. If they are in your network, I'd highly recommend them.

Thanks goodness I listened and came in at my instructed time because I had more paperwork to fill out and there was an issue with my ins that they were very helpful with. They were very detailed in my treatment and I Enjoyed my appointment.

I was very concerned about finding a great dentist here in Memphis after our move from Colorado but I was very pleasantly impressed. Professional and kind staff and my cleaning was excellent! She was very thorough and yet efficient all the while explaining what she was doing. When my insurance kick in I hope its in network with them!!! Dr. Ballard,,,, OMG he is marvelous... He's patient, nice, good looking (lol) and you're comfortable with the service that is being rendered.. His assistant, and the rest of the staff were wonderful! Sitting area, and restroom were tidy
