I’m sure the dentist is good but you are only as good as the front of the house. Keke is horrible. She is lazy and didn’t bother to check to see if I had insurance. Instead she just said I didn’t have any and cancelled my appointment. I had to call an affiliated office where we’ve visited before. They were able to quickly look it up and find all my husband’s information in the system. Why Keke couldn’t do that is beyond me. She cancelled my appointment before trying to help. I allowed her to verify my insurance and then decided I would accept the cancellation and just go to another dentist. I read another person’s review about Keke and I knew it was her as soon as she started talking. Sometimes reviews truly give you a heads up on what to expect.

This is a great place. The staff is always friendly. There is a great variety of appointment times available. The wait time is always short. The only negative is the chairs in the offices are a little uncomfortable.
