I'm typically a total wuss when it comes to visiting the dentist, and put it off for longer than I care to mention. While waiting to visit a dentist under emergency conditions is usually a bad idea, I'm glad it came to this. Dr. Bowden and his staff were excellent in every possible way. Everyone was very friendly and yet, completely professional. Dr. Bowden put me at ease with his personality and wealth of knowledge. EVERYONE dreads a root canal, but mine went off without a hitch. God bless everyone at AFD!

It's been more years than I care to admit since I have gone to the dentist. Your staff made all the difference in the wold to me! I wasn't as apprehensive going back for my appointment because the wait was short, staff was absolutely outstanding.... Not to mention my teeth look awesome! I was recently referred to Dr. Bowden at American Family Dentistry by a coworker (after the last dentist I tried left me less than impressed). I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit to American Family Dentistry and will be seeing them every 6 months from now on.

Called at 0800 requesting emergency service for my wife who was experiencing severe tooth pain, facial swelling, and a fever. I was told someone would call me back. At 1000 I called back since no one called me. I explained the situation again and I was told "sorry, we can't see her today". I obviously will go somewhere else and never use these people again. I am an active duty Navy Master Chief who has full insurance and I will also be posting this statement of service (if you will) on the Tricare web to warn other active duty personnel and veterans.

Doctor should replace his latex glove when move from patient to patient, the gloves with odor from other is overwhelming.

Terrible! I wish I could give this business negative stars. I went in for a general teeth cleaning and ended up with a terrible throbbing tooth. (FYI- My teeth never hurt until now) I contacted the dentist office to speak to a dental hygienist and was told someone was going to call me back. To my surprise, no one called me back at all. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office to anyone.

I felt like the staff at the front desk and phones seemed short and uninviting but once I talked with them in person they were very nice and friendly. The hygienists and dentists were very nice. 3 of my kids and I had appointments and we were all well taken care of. They did a great job with my 3 yr old's first visit to a dentist. They took the time to explain what each tool was for so she wasn't worried. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This place is a total scam....I went in for services and didn't recieve any due to the fact they didn't know exactly what all my insurance would cover. A month later I was billed for several services.....please do not go to this location.....A total scam

I scheduled an appointment online for 10 am and when I arrived at 1012 I was told I couldn’t be seen because I was suppose to be here at 930. My confirmation email stated 10 am and I was then told by Monika that I was called on yesterday and I asked at what time was I called and was a voicemail left I was told yes then a few seconds later I was told that no they didn’t call me on yesterday but in fact they called today with an automated system and still I have no missed call not voicemail stating that I would need to be here at 930 for my 10 am appointment. I was asked to reschedule for another day and time and I declined.im not sure if the office manager Ms. Clay is aware this office is being ran in this unorganized fashion but it is not appreciated. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me about this matter. I expected so much from this dentistry and was recommended by a friend and what I was told is untrue. Horrible Service. I also received an email at 1036 to confirm my 10 am appointment .

Thanks to Dr. Carl Labella and his team took great care of me on yesterday. Dr. Labella has an awesome bedside manner and he made me feel comfortable with the surgery. He answered my questions and eased my concerns about teeth. He offered suggestions about the total care of my teeth and health. Danielle was very knowledgeable and professional when speaking with me about my insurance and what was covered.

THEY RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT from 11am to 1040am and informed me at 1039am that they change my time via text!!!! i arrived in the clinic at 1059am knowing that my time is 11am, and they told me that they cant accomodate me already!!!!
