Watertown Dental Care is by far the best dental facility I’ve been to in my life. Their work is top notch and they take great pride and care in their profession. What I like is their progressive approach to dentistry. They are knowledgeable on the newest protocols and implement them when they’re beneficial. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a pleasure to see them. It’s an awesome happy place.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but Dr. Bach was amazing and so careful. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming and made my visit not as scary as I imagined. I plan to go back to him again for all my teeth needs. He helped me see not all dentists are bad. I would highly recommend for anybody to go to him!! I had gotten Six Month Smiles my sophomore year of college. Looking back I’m left frustrated with my experience. First of all, the staff was so kind and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I can’t say enough positive things about the general staff there. Dr. Bach on the other hand seemed very rushed and uninterested in my comfort. At times he was rude and dismissive when I asked questions. When we had taken off the braces he only put a permanent retainer on my bottom row of teeth. I asked twice to have one on the top row, and he refused saying there wasn’t space, which there absolutely was. I got a second opinion and the ortho agreed they easily could’ve fit a top permanent retainer. Despite using the removable retainer, the progress that was made with my teeth has been mostly lost. I understand that this is a risk with cosmetic braces, but I wish I would’ve been treated with a little more patience and kindness by Dr. Bach.

When I came to this office, I didn't know what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly. The dental assistant sat down with me to find out my health background. Once that was done, both she and the main dental doctor went over the x-rays they took, and detailistically explained to me what was happening with my teeth. In other words, unlike MGM Dental of both Clinton Township, MI and Shelby Twp, MI, these 2 individuals explained in a lot of details about the health condition of my teeth. There is no doubt they knew what they were doing. I would recommend people to come and visit this dental office. My visit was surprisingly a pleasant experience.

I came here for a second opinion after having "issues" for a few months. I am so glad I did. Dr. Conroy found a crack in my tooth which would need a crown, but I also needed a root canal. Needless to say, I was nervous on the day of the appointment. But the staff and Dr. were very considerate of that and explained what would be done. Although it was a long, thorough process, the pain was minimal. The crown was made onsite and looks like a natural tooth, not like the silver ones I have on other teeth. Getting all done in one day was wonderful. It didn't bother me at home that night or today (the day after). I would definitely recommend Watertown Dental Care.

Had problems getting my mouth to go numb, so we went with sedation therapy to remove all of my uppers and fix my lowers. Dr. Darin Bach was so kind! My new dentures look amazing, and I get all kinds of compliments on my new smile! Dr. Conroy started everything with me when I finally decided to go with the dentures, and he was amazing as well! He would have continued beginning to end, had I not ended up needing the sedation therapy. Very happy with EVERY member of the staff and the way they treat me and make me feel comfortable! I'd recommend highly to ANYONE! (And I already have been)
