It has been over 15 years since I've been to a dentist, so I was really nervous for my appointment. The staff were very friendly and didn't make me feel terrible for not getting my teeth cared for properly over the past years. I did end up with a cavity, but they were encouraging with the process of getting a filling. It was a wonderful experience and although I'm not looking forward to my next visit, I do feel confident in the care I will be getting. Since it had been so long and I only had 1 cavity I felt like I deserved a 5 star review along with them!

Dr. Weisbecker is amazing. I chipped my tooth and he came in on a Sunday to fix it before I left for a work trip on Monday. Little to no wait for appts. I highly recommend this office.

I experienced at this visit the same as always, very respectful and caring. I was taken to treatment room about 15 min after appointment time but received an apology for being late. I did not feel 15 min was excessive. Attention was given to an issue I had with one tooth and I was very satisfied with the responsive give to it.

I have honestly always had a good experience here at Southwestern Dental. Yesterday I had a different hygienist - Shouna - and she was really thorough with my cleaning. She always regularly asked me if I was doing ok. I assured her I was even though there were some sensitivities with the water pic cleaning. I felt great when I was done. Thanks again !

Oh my GOSH I used to hate, hate, HATE going to the dentist because I was SO scared! I see Dr. Weisbecker and he is THE best there is! He's fast, virtually painless, respectful of my time and $ and one time he even came in on an off day to start an emergency root canal for me and didn't scream at me ONCE for letting my teeth "get bad". He and his whole staff are super great, not kidding! Go here!!!!

My first visit but I've been there several times with my Mom who has advanced alzheimers. I have never had to wait long with her and she's had very good, compassionate care. Excellent customer experience from everyone there. Dr. Hanson was professional, thorough and kind. The hygienist was very caring and skilled - no pain. I would recommend this clinic.

I recently moved to Sioux Falls and needed to find a Dentist. I was referred to Dr. Weisbecker. They were able to see me very quickly (I had a cracked tooth and was in pain). They were so accommodating and Dr. Weisbecker explained everything he was doing as he did it. The "Best" dental experience I have ever had. Truly a "10". PS the staff was also excellent.

The price of the procedure was $200 less than my previous dentist and he did in my unprofessional view a better job. Dr.Berger is the first doctor to describe what he is doing every step of the way. This is an excellent dental practice. They are on time, keep you posted, and let you know what they are doing as they do it. They do their best to work with your schedule and are flexible with appointments. The hygienists and Dr. Berger share images and information, and explain the procedure as it is done. I think this is a very good practice.

Going to the dentist is never a good time but everyone here goes out of their way to make it the best experience. Dr. Hansen does a great job and the Hygenists take the pain and misery out of the regular cleanings. They are a great team and the staff at the front are always friendly. If you need a new dentist, call them right away. I think you'll be glad that you did.

I have been seeing Dr. Weisbecker for nearly 10 years. I came to him after severe nerve damage from a previous dentist. Dr. Weisbecker and his assistant, Monie, were and are so gentle and kind. They are patient with my anxiety over dental treatment and make me feel at ease when I have treatments done. I had a terrible tooth ache and I called to see if the clinic accepts Medicaid. Receptionist replied she did not know and told me they do not take new patients with Medicaid. They don't know or they don't accept ??? It's a clear discrimination against those with alleged financial problems. Unacceptable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Weisbecker since I was about 17 years old (I am currently 51). My son and other family members have been clients as well. Currently, I live in Fairmont, MN, but when I was being referred to unknown dentists in Mankato, my instinct was to return to Dr. Weisbecker. What a wise choice it was on my part!! From now on, I will much rather spend the 2 hour drive time to stick to what I know is quality work and customer care than go to the unknown. Also, I can't say enough about Moni and Becca. Seeing them is like coming home :-)

I've been driving up to my longtime dentist in Watertown for years, but finally decided to go to my husband's dentist after the drive started becoming a bit much, especially in the winter months. He loved this place, so I decided to give it a try, although I was used to private practicioners. Despite that, I never felt uncared for or uncomfortable in my visit there. I admitted that I was overdue for a cleaning, but they never shamed me and instead told me that I had great-looking teeth. They even give you sunglasses so that the light doesn't glare into your eyes! Both my cleaner and the dentist were awesome, and I plan to make them my regular dental place.

Reality check here. I would only give them an average score. As far as I know the dental work is fine. Other aspects of the operation really bug me. 1) not getting the same information from different staff members. Right hand doesn't seem to know what the left one is doing. But I've run into that at other dentists, so I guess this is pretty average. 2) the endless litany of "how are you going to pay for this?" Once your account is set up, why do they have to ask repeatedly? You may be a walking zombie after a session in the chair, but there is always this last hurdle before you can leave. I've run into it at other dentists, so just average here too.
