But Dr. Wiseman and the hygienist definitely make the experience more pleasant.

I got three fillings and a thorough cleaning of my teeth and gums today! :D Honestly, if anyone in the Brookings area is looking for a great dentist: Wiseman Dentistry is the superbomb. I have only seen Dr. Tidstrom and a couple nurses, but they have all been fantastic. Walking into this appointment knowing exactly nothing about what goes into conducting a filling and being just the teeniest bit really anxious about it, I can say they did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was and would next be happening, as well as making 100% sure I was in NO pain at every point. 10/10 would recommend.

I am very thankful for the caring, compassionate, professional, friendly staff for all my dental healthcare needs. I trust them completely with their expertise in dental hygiene, dental exams, and crowns that I have needed. Dr. Tidstrom has done two crowns for me and has been so patient with me when I have needed slight adjustments to get the bite just right. I also had tooth pain which he properly diagnosed as a sinus inflammation which ibuprofen took care of. He takes his time to listen and is very thorough in his assessment and evaluation of what will give me good dental health. I have also seen Dr. Wiseman and he is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring in identifying any concerns that need to be addressed. I feel confident knowing I can go to this dental practice on any given day and will get expert dental care and recommendations from both dentists. The hygienests have been so helpful with realistic plaque control procedures that I could do at home that have made a huge difference. The dental assistants and office staff are so responsive to my requests for assistance during procedures and with insurance and scheduling questions. Thank you, Prairie Skies Dentistry, for taking excellent care of me and my family...always!!

Prairie Skies Family Dentistry has the best dental hygienists. Today I went for a cleaning and my hygienist was patient and thorough. The dentists at Prairie Skies are excellent. Once I came in for a crown proceedure to be started. After looking more closely at my tooth, the dentist said, you really don't need a crown. I was given instead a new filling. That saved me hundreds of dollars. The dentist could have just started the procedure for a crown, but he was honest and didn't do something I didn't need. I highly recommend Prairie Skies Family Dentist. The support personnel are very helpful and kind. Thank you all at Prairie Skies for your wonderful service to my teeth.
