We have been with them since Dr. Motz was on 22nd. Dr Nichols has continued the great service and has been very friendly. The hygienists have been great to work with. Ann the receptionist is one of the friendliest and most welcoming around.

For years we've gone to Prairie Dental Center, however a few years ago they were no longer a provider under our dental insurance so we had to switch. I really did not like the new dentist we were forced into...not because they were necessarily bad, they just weren't Prairie Dental Center. Thankfully, our dental coverage recently added Prairie Dental Center again and we immediately switched back. So why the loyalty to Prairie Dental Center? When my mom was 2-3 years into her battle with cancer she started having some issues with her teeth. It was likely a side effect of all the drugs she was taking. It was recommended that she get a pretty intensive/expensive procedure done on her teeth. However, knowing her prognosis was terminal, and the cost of the procedure, she opted not to proceed. However, Dr Nichols (knowing her story and the battle she was facing) did the procedure for her at little/no cost. His kindness meant so much to my mom. It is for that reason, that for as long as I have a choice, I will go to Prairie Dental Center (or wherever Dr Nichols goes). As an added bonus, Jess is our family's dental hygienist and she is amazing! It's kind of crazy what one small act of kindness and compassion can lead to. In this case, it's a lifetime of loyalty.

Reasonably priced. If you do not want a service they have waivers you can sign. I had my teeth cleaned here by Ashley. She was very kind, made me feel comfortable, and really good at her job. ^.^ I don't post 5 stars unless I am actually that happy.

Still cannot stress that even if my family had no insurance and had to be billed we wouldnt change our dentist from Dr Nichols!!! Finally FINALLY a dentist who knows what their doing...is wonderful at what he does...and has experience of his own with dentists notseeming to care... its about time we got a dentist in town that can relate to a persons pain/and is willing to do anything he can to alleviate it while providing longterm solutions so it does not return! Our family ♡s Prairie Dental!!!
