Dr. Pillar is the best dentist I have ever had. She explains why my teeth have the problems they do and she explains all of my options. She told me what she would do if it were her and why. I have never had a dentist take so much time to explain everything. Brooklyn also explains what she is doing and is so gentle. She makes it very easy to be relaxed and not worry if the cleaning is going to hurt or not. My son made me promise we would never switch dentists again, because they are so nice. They also work around our schedule. My son had to change his appointment, but it was very easy to do. We were still able to get a day that worked for him. Cheryl helped me find a day before school started and worked it around his schedule. I have never been so pleased working with a dentist office. Dr Pillar is not on my network for our insurance, but they still bill our insurance and do not charge us any extra. I would highly recommend Pillar Dental.

i had the best experience at pillar dental. everyone was friendly and nice. i had my 5 month old son with me since i couldnt get a sitter. the ladies were soo good with him, for the whole 1hr 30mn i was there, they took good care of him. they even help me give him his bottle. and he loved all the attetion he was getting. the nurse who took care of me was soo gentle and warm. thank you soo much everyone at pillar. am a customer for life at pillar after this...

After living in SF for a couple of years I knew it was time to find a new dentist. I did plenty of research and ended up making an appointment at Pillar Dental, and let me just say, I am SO glad I did! It’s very clean and the staff is incredible from start to finish. I typically have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but the staff here made me feel so calm and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Me and my husband both go to pillar dental and we love them! I especially love the receptionist Sheryl (I hope I'm spelling it right) she always is so friendly and remembers us! We do sedation dentistry there and the care before and after my husband's appointment is amazing! They always are gentle and efficient while doing cleanings and filling cavities. If I'm ever uncomfortable they pause to make adjustments. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Dr. Anne Pillar and everyone at Pillar Dental West is so friendly and provide amazing dental care. Dr. Anne came to the rescue when my eldest son hit his front teeth backwards - I was convinced that they were going to turn gray but now a year later, they are still healthy front baby teeth ready to fall out on their own. My young kids actually ask when they get to go back to wear the "fun glasses" and get their prize which is awesome that they have enjoyed their experience as well. They love seeing her TV commercial and point and say "there is Dr. Anne!! I know her!!"

Everyone in the office is so friendly and you can tell they really care about your oral health. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist will greet you with a big smile and make you feel welcome and at ease. The hygienist is gentle but very efficient. I have never had a better teeth cleaning than I have with her, she really takes the time to make sure your teeth are pearly white and nice and clean before you leave. Dr. Pillar is also a joy to see. She is very knowledgeable and will always make sure you are comfortable and understand any procedure. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and invests into her clinic with state of the art dental machines, all with the patients comfort and ease in mind. I would highly recommend Pillar dental, in fact, I do all the time. I started coming to this clinic from a referral from a coworker, now nearly our whole office trusts their oral health with Pillar dental.

After dealing with several hyped dentists as 'new with latest tech etc' in Sioux Falls, I was reluctant to visit Dr. Anne. I felt I needed to try someone who had 'bed-side' manners and was more concerned about my well-being then me just being an invoice #. My fear of dental work was high and every person on staff worked with me to make sure I was doing well. I can't say enough about Pillar Dental and would refer anyone to these outstanding and caring individuals who put the patient first!
