We just went for our first consultation the other day. Everything went smoothly and the staff was really helpful. We got a tour of the office and I know my daughter was comfortable with our decision to get braces.

My general dentist from Children's Dental Center referred us to Parkway Orthodontics when my daughter was in need of braces. The office staff is very friendly and they are accommodating when setting appointments. It's summer now but when the school year is in full swing they are able to fit her in when it works for all of us.

Scheduling programs is very good- easy. They are super friendly and my kids aren't afraid to go to to the Children's dental Center. I go to Parkway for my needs and everyone should go for their childrens needs too. I always recommend them.

The staff is very helpful and kind for the most part. We’ve had trouble with communication, our concerns not being added to her chart or addressed. My main concern is with Dr. Anderson. We’ve left messages and heard back weeks later. He’s gone against our expressed wishes regarding the treatment of our daughter despite communicating them to him continually. Unacceptable, and a violation of trust.

I have no problem reporting 1 star since it seems I am the only brave local sole that will send a review at 1 star. If Google would allow 0, it would be 0. Front staff: I would rate at 3. The Orthodontist: I would rate at 3. The orthodontic assistants are very entitled and unnerving If you are a parent that trusts strangers dealing with YOUR children, proceed at will. If you like staying with your little one through the orthodontic process, go elsewhere. The ortho assistants are very closed off and kept asking me to leave the room while they did their *thing*. I simply told them no, I chose to stay with my child in the same room and they didn't like this. I was constantly getting stared at and glared at through the process. Pick someone else.

The women that work at the office are very warm and friendly. They talked to my daughter about life and all of the different school activities that are coming up. It is nice that they are down to earth and adjust to the age level of patient they are working with.

All of my children go or have been a patient of Dr. Gibson's. He is very good at explaining what they need to do to keep their mouth clean. He also makes them aware of other things that they have to do to make sure that they make progress throughout their time with braces. We have had no issues. The office is very professional.

I have referred people to Parkway Orthodontics and Dr. Anderson. All of my sons have seen him for their braces. We have been patients for about 2 years and have always walked into a clean and welcoming office. They do a great job with the kids.

Great place with helpful staff. Would give 5 stars, but the office hours aren't super convenient. No weekend hours and closed 2 days a week in the afternoons.

My son just had a birthday and when we went into the office for his adjustment, Dr. Anderson met him out in the front lobby to say "Happy Birthday" before he was even brought in for the check up. It is a family there and I know he is well cared for.
