We have been going to Dr. Melissa Brandner -Otten since she first began her practice. I have referred so many ppl to her through the years and they’ve always thanked me!! From the minute you enter their office, you’re greeted w 2 of the most professional and beyond personable assistants that you will ever meet. Their knowledge of dental policies and ever detail is impeccable. Dr. Brandner.-Otten and her hygienists are beyond some of the best medical care in dentistry that we’ve ever encountered. Their caring and gentle ways are so appreciated. They engage in conversation to show their sincerity and their knowledge is outstanding, I commend Dr B/O for taking such quality time to truly hire such a strong team to surround her. Dr B/O ~ her care is beyond amazing. She takes time to personally get to know each patient. Her gracious heart is about as big as anyone you will ever meet. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and I know she goes to continuous school seminars to stay right on top of the fast paced world of technology. Her insight and intuition has saved us from future happening that occur ~ she caught them early enough to avoid us losing a tooth and by being proactive, it saved us money and and having to endure something painful that could have occurred when not in her care. I truly think that Dr B/O is one of the most caring dentists we’ve ever encountered.. like I said her knowledge makes us feel comfortable and have such confidence in all she does ~ she will take time to discuss options and see how we feel about a procedure.. she will take time to explain what she would recommend, but truly respects if we need to wait for certain circumstances. Her “bed side manner” is priceless. Can’t praise her enough and her staff is always making us feel valued and like we’re family!! Every employee processes this immense care! Great job and I hope I can share the goodness by recommending their business. I always tell ppl it’s about 5 min from Sioux Falls so you get a big city experience, but w a small town feel!! The hygienists are wonderful with children making them feel very comfortable on their first visit. Also have had orthodontics done here. Very happy with their ability to get me in quickly when I needed some help with wires!
