I never done a review of anything in my life...until now. I’ve also never received the level of care and service during any other endeavor, that I received from Dr Stone and his staff. From the time I walked through the door until I left I felt like I was the only patient they had. Not once did anyone seem in a rush to hurry me out of the chair. Dr Stone and the girls took the time to explain everything they were doing and made certain that I never felt a speck of pain. Amazingly, the price was less than I paid for the same procedures over 10 years ago with a dentist in IL, and with far more favorable results. What can I say? If you live within a couple hours of Lead, this is the place to go. They’re terrific!

Great experience for both myself and my 5yr old and 4yr old. As for me, I enjoy the new technology that Dr. Stone uses. The staff was unbelievable making the children feel at ease and by the end of their checkups they wanted to get back in the chair again.

I'm late in submitting, but wanted to thank the staff for getting me in on an emergency basis recently. I am a new resident and had not yet established a dentist. They were able to diagnose the problem and get me referred to an endodontist who also got me in same day to relieve my pain. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I am so thankful and will soon be establishing regular preventative check-ups!

The only thing I think that would make it the best experience is if they gave you a free beer ticket after every visit.. maybe something like a free beer at Dakota Shivers????? My first visit to Dr Stone and staff, "Wonderful and companionate staff" I am traveling between SD and ND and had an issue with a tooth. I called Dr Stone's office on Wednesday and after looking at schedule and making adjustments they found a place to fit me in the next day. Unfortunately my tooth is too far gone for a crown or a normal extraction. Dr and staff gave me referrals and suggestions and pricing for moving on to an oral surgeon to handle my issue. Even though I didn't get to use Northern Hills Dental, the short time I was in the chair I felt like I was in caring hands. Thank you

I have to say Dr Stone was amazing I came in with a bunch of teeth that needed adjusted and he had such a keen eye patience and caringness to take the time to get everything exactly the way I needed it. I had been trying to get everything correct with many other dentist for quite a while and they could not get it adjusted correctly and now I am feeling confident that everything is proper. I am so grateful for Doctor Stone for this, he and his assistants really care about the patient and he was extremely nice and very to the point and did not try to sell me anything or have me do extra work that I didn't need. If your looking for an honest, sincere, caring dentist by all means Dr. Stone is your best bet. His staff is outstanding, they will set up appointments if you need a specialist and Dr. Stone has the best connections for these specialist, he will go over options with you first,. They will set you up with Care Credit which enables you to make payments. He will not led you to believe that you need unnecessary procedures or "discover issues" you Do Not have. When you look in his eyes the reflection is that of concern for the care of you dental needs. You will not see dollar signs as you see in the eyes of other dentist (the big dental arts office in Spearfish and Rapid for example). If you are in need to see a dentist quickly you won't have to wait, he'll get you in as quickly as possible. Some dentist should be required to carry a lie detector at each appointment so you can tell if they are truthful or lying to get your hard earned money so they can promote themselves thru donations which are actually advertisements that are be tax write offs and thus more money in their pocket, less in yours. deductions. Dr. Stone is NOT that make of a dentist, he's honest, kind, wants to help you and has the knowledge to do so. I give him 10 STARS Thank you Dr. Stone and your awesome staff!

From the moment you make an appointment to the moment you sit down in the dental chair, Dr. Stone and his staff make you feel like family. Scheduling large families can be a daunting task for any dental office, but Angie and Jamie always work together to get everyone seen at one time. As a mom of four kiddos this makes time management and organizing schedules especially easy! Dr. Stone also holds patient comfort and sensitivity very high on his priority list. He and his staff work together to make patients of all ages comfortable and informed of everything that is happening. My kiddos are sad they have to wait 6 months in between cleanings because they love the dentist so much! Dr. Stone also takes the time to express the necessity of and teach preventative care to little ones to make oral care fun and painless. Teaching kiddos fundamentals of basic oral hygiene and getting them in the habit of regular check ups is a must. Its just nice to know that we have a dentist with a staff that cares for our kiddos health a well being as much as we do. With out a doubt don't hesitate to visit Northern Hills Dental. Not only will they make your teeth smile but your heart will too!

I would rate this team of professionals’ ten stars if I could! I was seeking a deep bleaching for my grey heavily tetracycline-stained teeth (resulting from medication given due to a childhood illness). This practice offered me products from Phillips called ZOOM. I also needed to have bonding re-done on my two front teeth. All I can say is WOW: my teeth were lightened 11 shades brighter! Additionally my teeth have been cosmetically bonded for some 20+ years and Dr.Stone made them to look the best they ever have; he has the “eye” and the skills of a true artist! Truly – these folks have made me want to smile again. My treatments were more than fairly priced and I was able to spread my payments over a budget -friendly 12 month period via Care Credit. This office is truly exceptional and I could not recommend them more highly!
