Today I went a non conventional route and looked to social media for help in finding immediate dental care with a dentist who took my insurance. Leanne (in billing I think, tho not sure) saw my post and commented that they were in the network and would be happy to see me this afternoon!! Amazing!! I called immediately, set up the appointment and was seen. Extremely friendly, great staff all around. I highly recommend Nelson & Bury dentistry.

Great customer service and care. They always give tips for better oral care. I was fit for a night guard for clenching as well. They adjusted it when it wasn't fitting well without issue.

Front desk is so kind and helpful. Assistants are nice and as gentle as they can be! Dentists are nice and will explain things in normal terms after having the assistant type up the doctor terminology.

I am very happy with my experience at my new patient appointment which included X-rays, cleaning and exam. The staff was prompt, super nice and professional. The office was cute, clean and inviting for both adults and children. I was able to schedule a follow on appointment for just a few weeks later, so their availability is great! I have been going to Dr. Nelson for over two years and feel he is great. The prompting for this is review is my wife's visit. She has always been afraid of dentists. Dr. Nelson and his staff were caring, compassionate, and gentle with her as she went through the process of getting a full set of dentures. From the intake assessment, to the extractions and fitting, they operated like they were taking care of one of their own. Pain management, apprehensions, and general questions were all handled professionally and personably. My prayers for a diligent and caring health care team for my wife were answered in them.
