I can't say enough about Neighborhood Dental in Harrisburg. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. Natalie and Andie are incredibly welcoming and kind. They both took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot. I am always very nervous when I go to the dentist but, this experience was so different. Andie was my dental hygienist and she was very knowledgeable of everything I asked and walked me through what she was doing so I felt comfortable. She was also very gentle, I didn't feel pain and didn't even need ibuprofen afterwards. Dr.Rasmussen is very kind and caring. I have never been to a dentist that showed me my cavity so I could see what that looked like after he drilled and before he filled. He also took the time to call that evening to check and make sure all was well. I just can't rave enough about all the caring staff. If you are nervous about going to the dentist like I am, I highly recommend Dr. Rasmussen and his amazing crew. Absolutely wonderful!

My family of 5 loves neighborhood dental in harrisburg! They are always so friendly and flexible! Their kid area is absolutely amazing. They have coloring, ipads, a swing, books, and a cute little table and chairs. Their kid area always keeps my 6, 5, and one year old busy. They are very good at what they do, and Dr. Sean is so nice, but very straight forward. I always feel as though he has my best care in mind, and he is very professional, yet gives off the family/neighbor type of feel! Highly reccomend!!

We have been going to Neighborhood Dental in Harrisburg for years. The staff is very kid friendly. My son loves that he can watch cartoons while getting his teeth cleaned. We recently moved and there are dentist offices closer, but we still drive 20+ minutes for the great customer service. Can't wait to see the new office.

Not only did the dentist not do what she said she was going to. Apparently it is my fault that I am pregnant and they chose not to call me and get the name and phone number of my OB prior to my appointment. I sat and waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Don't be fooled by their promise to give you a 1.00 off for every minute you wait past ten. When I asked about that, they informed me it was my fault that my OB didn't call them back. Then it took the dentist almost two hours to do one filling, and she informed me that I would have to come back to get the other filling done because this one took so long! The very first time I was in the office, no one even mentioned what their name was to me or what exactly was happening. While the dentist was working on my tooth she proceeded to watch TV and talk to the assistant about where she had eaten. I can honestly say that I never had the chance to even look the dentist in the eye because she never even introduced herself to me, or once mentioned what exactly the game plan was for me. I will NEVER go back to this dental office again.

Fabulous dentist office. I was so impressed with how nice everyone was. They were also very thorough and explained things well. You could tell the Dentist really cared. I even got a call that even to just check on how I was feeling after my procedure. They truly are a clinic that cares and an asset to the Harrisburg community. I would definitely recommend them!

The reception area is very welcoming and we had a warm greeting as soon as we walked through the door. There was no wait time for my appointment. Dr. Rasmusson is professional, knowelgeable, thorough about about explaining treatment options, and personable. The reception staff, assistants, and hygienists are all very welcoming and professional. Patient comfort is a high priority for every member of this staff.They also truly seem to love their jobs, which is such a rarity anymore. I can't say enough great things about these folks. We ran into Dr. Sean outside of the clinic at the perfect moment because my 5 year old was complaining of her tooth hurting. He so graciously called in medicine for her while at the event and took care of her tooth the very next business day. I also had to get a crown for the first time. He did a winderful job. I was so nervous, but his staff and him did excellent work and it went smoothly. Our family of 5 is grateful we've found our new dentist who we completely trust!

I went in for the first time a couple of months ago for cleaning and was so nervous. The staff was incredibly nice and understood my nervousness that i have at dental offices and worked very well with me. I have been back a couple of other times since then and have always felt comfortable. I was really nervous about getting a new crown put in but Dr. Rasmusson did a fantastic job with my new crown and now i feel so much more confident with my smile than I did before.
