My experience at this office was first-class! I called about the possibility of an appointment because of a broken tooth. I was not a client of this practice, & I wasn't sure how long it would take. They were able to get me in the very next day for an evaluation with a follow-up just a few days later. Everyone at the clinic was very helpful and friendly. My visit started with a tour and an introduction to the staff. Then the exam, review of x-rays, and contacting my insurance company. I was given a statement of how much it would cost to have the work done on my tooth. Ended with a goody bag (not the usual toothbrush and toothpaste)! I grabbed a cup of coffee from their snack bar, for the road and felt like I had visited a spa rather than a dentist!

The staff is great and I was pleased the procedure didn't take long but wish I had been offered nitrous oxide for it. I got more than I bargained for in the way of pain afterwards. I was told I'd be sore and to use ibuprofen but it wasn't enough. 5 days later and my mouth is so torn up that I still can't eat solid food, I can't chew at all. I just keep trying to tell myself, its all going to be worth it in the end. Despite the pain, I am so happy with my experience. I really didn't want to bother anyone but I should have. I was right I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Matt gave me my smile back and I'm so happy, thank you again.

Going to the dentist really is not my favorite thing to do, I have permanent retainers cemented in from when I had braces so flossing those teeth are nearly impossible without it causing pain or making me bleed. Knutson dentristry recommended a different way to floss those teeth and made sure that I was comfortable with everything they were doing. It wasn’t uncomfortable nor did I bleed! It made my experience of getting my teeth cleaned a whole lot better. I would most definitely recommend anyone to Knutson! 5/5 stars for these guys!

My family has been going to Knutson Family Dentistry for over 25 yrs. They are one of the most professional and experienced Dentistry's you'll ever find. The administration is courteous and always on top of everything from appointments to insurance questions. Tracey's been cleaning my teeth for as long as I can remember. She's personable, caring, and has a gift for her profession as a hygienist, so professional! Dr. Richard and Dr. Matt our outstanding when it comes to working on my teeth (kinda tell it like it is) but in a calming manner. It's evident that their vision is to be the best when it comes to care and customer service. I've always had a good experience at this office. They have some of the most advanced technology I ever seen. Very satisfied!

I tried this place out after reading some reviews online. They lied about their status in my insurance network, charged me almost 50% more than they originally estimated. I paid my bill the day of service and ended up with another bill almost a month later! When I called to complain they were very rude and told me that it was my responsibility to check if they were telling me the truth or not. If you have no other choice than to go here, make sure you ask for a 'pre-determined estimate' specifically from them. Don't let them tell you they can't get one! Otherwise they will charge you for whatever they can get away with!

Dr. Matt and his staff are amazing. They do high quality work on both adults and children, and they really care about their patients. My six year old knocked out a tooth on some playground equipment over the Thanksgiving weekend, and Dr. Matt was available immediately by phone to help us decide if he needed medical attention. After sending him pictures, Dr. Matt told us that everything looked fine, and since they were baby teeth, we had nothing to worry about. He gave us instructions and told us to call him if his pain increased or we were worried. While he offered to come in, he did not push us to run up an unnecessary, big bill. Knutson Dental has certainly earned my trust. They also constantly give back to our community and students in our district. Overall, they are just good, honest people who are highly professional. I know we will never go anywhere else.

Things never change around here...oh, wait, yes they do! It's sometimes hard to remember what this establishment even looked like before the beautiful renovations. But what DOESN'T change is the wonderful level of care by each and every one of the staff, from the receptionists through the Doctors. I had to reschedule an appointment recently due to a minor illness and I got a get well card signed by the entire staff! Now that's over and above. So happy to have been a patient of Knutson Dentistry since 1989. I'd never dream of going anywhere else.
