Everyone is very friendly and kind, the location is clean and they do a very extensive job on the exams etc. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that both times I've been they've been running behind and I've waited at least 30 minutes to be taken to the back and then a bit longer while waiting in the chair. Not a huge deal the first time but the second time suggests a pattern of maybe not scheduling quite enough time for everyone. Would definitely be a 5 star experience if that changed (or I could have just been unlucky twice :)) EDIT: Changing from 4 stars to 5, Dr. Friedman called me personally to apologize for the waits and to thank me for the feedback as she's always trying to improve the office. That was very cool of her to do and I very much appreciate it!

Dr. Jennifer Friedman and her staff are very good at what they do and always do so with a smile. When I began seeing them over 5 years ago it was out of convenience to where I lived at the time. After moving it is not the closest place to go, it's the BEST place to go.

I went once. I have never had a cavity or an issue with my teeth. The entire time I was being examined it was one sell job after another. I felt like she cared more about some way of generating revenue and not my overall oral health. I went else where and am quite happy.
