We have been treated very kindly by the staff at Dr. Farmer's. Everyone is professional, personable, and considerate of our needs. From being offered a chilled or not chilled water or coffee/hot chocolate from the Keurig to making sure you are comfortable during the exams and other procedures, the staff are conscientious of each of their patients. Dr. Farmer is patient with lots of questions and great with all ages. Only one person in our family actually really enjoys going to any dentist (mostly because of the goody bag he/she goes home with), but everyone is willing to go and are treated respectfully. Having a bigger family and having everyone visit the dentist twice a year or more could take a large chunk of our savings, but we are thankful for the membership plan, which surprisingly has no limit to the number of people in one's family (even 9!). If you need a lot of work done or have a lot of teeth in your family, the price is better. There are just a few things we would like to see different. A few windows in the office would be really nice, a little more privacy while you are in the chair getting work done on your mouth, other alternatives to using fluoride, and an explanation of risks to doing some procedures, rather than only the positives. Overall, however, we have had a positive experience with Dr. Farmer and his staff and appreciate their patience, kindness, and humility as professionals.

Countryside dental was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist office. They take time to explain what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable with it all. They are wonderful with preventative care also, with 6 people in my family I truly appreciate that. I really feel like I have control over my mouth thanks to them! I am half way through a dental implant right now, and everything has gone MUCH MUCH better then I could have dreamed of!

What a FANTASTIC place to get my orthodontics done! Dr. Farmer and his staff make you feel like you are at home even while you are sitting in the dentist's office. I really appreciate the cordial way the staff treats me while I am in their office getting my braces adjusted. The warm lemon-scented towels are also a FUN way to end my time at Countryside Dental!

At age 66 I started going to the Countryside Dental, Dr. Farmer and his staff were wonderful. I had braces on my teeth for 2 years and 2 months, my teeth look unbelievable better then I ever thought they could. In all this time I was treated with the utmost care. They always explained everything they were doing and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I will be forever grateful and indebted to Dr. Farmer and his staff for their kindness and excellent care.
