I have been using it for several months now, and it has made an incredible difference. My quality of sleep has improved tremendously. First off let me say everyone will appear super nice and friendly... until you’re in the waiting chair over hearing staff talk about other people and other workers. Not very Christian at all. Kim is awesome. She’s always been a constant. HOWEVER this place told me I HAD to replace all my silver fillings with white ones. I had to or I’d be risking my health. 4K dollars later and I barely have teeth to hold them in place. My current dentist said that was the worst thing they could have done. I have all the medical files, and there was no real issue Lin by they relaxed them besides being greedy. Malpractice suit anyone?? So, knowing my insurance had been cancelled they proceeded to do a lot of work costing additionally thousands of dollars. My final straw was when I was trying to get medical clearance to live over seas. Dr Anderson and his nurse who claims she was an Air Force wife and knows the ins and outs told me I would never pass. As I sat crying in the chair they printed out a 3k dollar plan of action. I never went back... went to another doctor. Oh and got cleared immediately. They tried to ruin my life and they did ruin my teeth. Edit;; to your response. - none of this is fabricated. I’ve got documentation including your notes, “ treatment lplan” from March 2010 when you said I needed 4K worth of treatment, witnesses and testimony from another doctor saying this unnecessary. You have review. Sure. Because you tell people you’ll give them $100.

Any 5 star reviews are directly incentivized with free movie tickets to do so by the staff. They specifically ask for 5 star reviews and not just a review. Just thought I'd make that clear. The place itself have friendly staff, but it's very person to person. I once had to reschedule for work and was made very aware of how inconvenient it was. That being said there are extremely nice individuals who work here. The most important part though is the work that's done and the price. The work that was done was natural looking but I had cavity that was entirely missed and another that wasn't capped correctly. I went in to get the missing cavity and broken cap done, but they just fixed the cap instead. I was billed more per filling than I have for any other dentist I've been to. Lastly don't let them rope you into an automatically scheduled cleaning. If you don't tell them you don't want it they'll schedule it and if you don't show up they'll charge you $60. Shady practice all around. Here I thought I found a Loftus alternative, but it's just another like them and their practices.

This place is awsome they use warm water to rinse your teeth. I have sensitive teeth and I could not even feel the water when they went to rinse. Dr. Anderson is a very friendly and caring dentist. My wife and I were home for the holidays, visiting family. My wife needed a second opinion on a diagnostics that she had received from her dentist in NC. After visiting her dentist every 6 months, she was suddenly told that she had 4 cavities and that it would cost almost $1,000 to fix. Thank God for Dr. Anderson, who was able to see her while were back in SD. Not only did she get seen right away, but he verified what we were thinking, that my wife did not have any cavities. It is nice to go to a dentist who has your best interests at heart. If we ever move back to Rapid City, Dr. Anderson will be our dentist!

Dr Anderson has been my family’s dentist for years now and his service has been amazing! He’s taken care of me through a couple dental emergencies and has brought me relief through his years of experience. I have also had an implant done at his recommendation and just as he said it would it improved my quality of life by not having to compensate by chewing food on one side only! I also have two young children who are never nervous about having to go to the dentist. Great service, nice modern equipment and the patient facilities are outstanding! Horrible place! Do not go here. Was told I had to have my wisdom teeth removed. Because I was upset about having to be rescheduled TWICE! in a 24 hour period with differing stories each time, they decided I needed to go elsewhere and canceled only 1 day before the procedure! I visited Anderson Dental yesterday afternoon for the first time. Wow. What a pleasant experience! I haven't had the best luck with dentists in the past, but they have changed my mind. I went in for a tooth extraction. Not only did they get that taken care of, but the hygienist had a cancellation so I was able to get my cleaning at the same time. They don't pressure you in to anything or make you feel bad about how your teeth may look. And they were very understanding about my fear of dentists. Everything was so gentle. My teeth feel great!! I broke a tooth and they managed to get me in on a Friday (and even stayed late for me!), so I would not have to go the weekend with it cutting up my tongue. Kelsey was so sweet and understanding when I told her it had been a while since I had been to a dentist. When I arrived everyone I dealt with was amazing. Ragalia answered my many questions and Dr. Karl was awesome as well. They all have great personalities and made the visit more enjoyable.
