They were very honest, told us exactly what it would cost, what would be involved and then when she had to have some extractions, they did those too. Through the whole process, they were kind, friendly, explained everything, and their quoted prices were what they charged. There were no additional fees. My wife is very happy now that she has her dentures and we love Affordable Dentures.

It feels like I have spent my life in a dentist office. The best thing I ever did was have all my teeth pulled. As a bonus, my life long sinus problems cleared up. Hooray! I looked around on the internet and just the name Affordable Dentures in American Fork, Utah stuck out. I couldn't be happier. Dr David Adam's did a great job with my temporary dentures. I chose the ultimate fit denture. However, I haven't had the permanent dentures installed yet. I'll update my review when that happens within a month. Dr. Adam's and the ladies that work there are the sweetest, kindest, most competent people I've dealt with. I highly recommend them!

I filled out a new application with my updated contact information but the front office did not go by that,so I had to wait over three weeks to receive the crown. After I called the second week to inquire about why was it taking so long to pickup the crown, I was told by the older woman with the blond hair in a very RUDE voice that they will call me when the crown comes in and that I didn't have to call them. After waiting three weeks, I was told by their front office that they left me a voicemail on a number my mom haven't used in years and that was just a contact number. But anyways, she tried to talk in a more nicer voice that they been trying to call me and left me a message, I told her that's not true because I don't have any voicemail messages on my phone and that's when she said, she left it on my mom's phone. I was very upset and no one there ever apologize to me. Very unprofessional.

I’m not happy with the North Knoxville office at all. First when they called the day before I asked where they were located she said turn at target I asked at Ray Mears? And she said we are on greenway so turn right, I had no idea come the day of my spot I could not find them and called and she mentioned East town mall clear on the opposite of town so I was already gonna be late. Next after all that finally got back there and she tells me oh u have to take off all your jewelry, ugh that would be at least a 30 minute task. So being aggravated I said forget it and left. I would like to go to Lenoir city office so I will re schedule and at least I will be prepared and I have heard great things about that office. And I know where it is vs clear over on the other side of town. All this should have been told at the beginning because I feel I wasted half my morning and getting aggravated at them when I first asked for directions and only given partial directions, they do not need to assume as none of us do. Again this is the north Knoxville office

I actually would have given a 5 star if the doctor was nice. He was very rough with my mother when he was showing her how to put in her partial. She can’t hear well as she is 96 years old. So when she didn’t move her head in the direction he wanted he actually raised his voice and was very harsh. He was impatient with her and we felt as if she were an irritation to him. He just walked out of the room without saying thank you, goodbye, kiss my foot. If he doesn’t like people he shouldn’t be in this business. The staff however was very nice and helpful.

Went there to get a simple tooth pulled, while he was pulling the tooth I told him it was painful but still was pulling. Had I known it would hurt so much afterwards I would have walked out. Worse pain I have ever experienced. Called the office they said "sorry can't help you" ended up going to the ER cause the pain was just so bad. Do your body a favor, DON'T GO THERE!

I've never been able to wear my bottom dentures because there wasn't enough of a ridge for them to fit properly. I waited 6 yrs for denture implants because my dentist quoted me such an outrageously high price. I found Affordable Dentures online when I started looking for a better price. I actually chose them because their cost was so low. I'll never go anywhere else! Dr. Adams is awesome! The entire staff is great. I was really nervous but Dr. Adams and staff immediately put my mind at ease and had me laughing. Dr. Adams is extremely thorough and careful of how and where the posts are placed. I cried when I finally had my new teeth. For the first time in 6 yrs. I can smile without covering my mouth with my hand. I can't believe I have my smile back! I'd forgotten what it was like to be able to actually chew! It's an amazing feeling to be able to eat what I want instead of just soft foods. My teeth are the best quality I've had since my first set (20+ years ago). They are half the weight of my old ones and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and my beautiful teeth. Anyone looking for denture implants can stop looking once they find Affordable Dentures! Prices are great and very worth paying, but even more important is the care you receive! This place left a piece of tooth in my gums after 21 extractions I had many slivers in 3 weeks but they didn't have to surgically remove my stumps either but I went back to get refit on dentures n they told me the tooth was my jaw one n it would heal in a week, I just pulled it out w tweezers I knew better,but a chunk,now if my gums would grew over that it been sore always there w foreign object left, c'mon u guys got 50 years exp. In u didn't brush my teeth before u stuck them in after refitting them either,this isn't professional practice I guess u get what u pay for n they got there asking price upfront already too for dentures I won't see for 10 months smdh!

Very inviting environment, Dental Tech was very knowlegeable and thorough explaining all the "Affordable" options. Went to two other highly advertised dental practices and cheapest of the two for full set of all on 4 dentures was $28,000! That was for 4 implants upper and 4 lower. We couldn't afford either of the other options and the snap on denture makes more sense from the standpoint of cleaning and preventing dental infections/gum disease, etc. This option was not presented by other two practices. Dr. Adams is a seasoned, experienced professional and has a down-to-earth, practical approach and he understands budget constraints. Looking forward to the total "System" that provides the necessary follow-up and always, "Options".

I wanted to try this place out because a friend of mine recommended it to me but the one in Sevierville. The Knoxville one was the closest to me, I made my appointment online had the confirmation and everything, I get there the next day, not only to find out that they didn’t have my name in their system but the assistant was so unprofessional , she was like well we don’t have your name on our system, are you sure you made your appointment here? I told her that I had made my appointment online and I showed her my confirmation email and she was like well it happens all the time, our system doesn’t get the online appointments, & we don’t have any openings today but if you call us, we’ll set you up an appointment. What?! Are you freaking kidding me! Why can’t y’all just take the online appointment form down if it doesn’t work. Secondly, why would I call if I’m already at the place I needed to be at.Thankfully I found another dental business that accepted walk-ins.

Affordable Dentures staff in American Fork, UT, and J. David Adams, DMD, FICOI, FAAIP, have been great service providers for my dentures. I required extensive work, with 23 teeth pulled, 3 bone grafts, and placement of 4 pins in order to anchor the dentures. While one pin has failed and so the possibility of anchoring the bottom plate is in doubt, I can still say that the providers are able, skilled and caring. I live out of state and they have really done their best to arrange the appointments to maximize what I could get done at each appointment. Dr. Adams is extremely skilled and talented. I understand that my uppers are loose from losing weight but my lowers should snap down on implant post. Now I have estimated 2000.00 + in dentures that are not right.

This is not the place to go if you have a job and you want your teeth within a reasonable amount of time. It's been a year still waiting on finals. If you have any issues you only have a 2 hour window to get it looked at each day... get there early youryoull wait the whole time. Found out today you only get a 2 hour window to get your finals 9 to 11 each day... that's great if you dont have a job. If we would have know all this last year we would have taken our 6k elsewhere! This place is a joke. My husband has has so many issues with his mouth this past year. So many missed tooth fragments and he had to dig them out himself. If you move... dont because you have to apply to go to a daily dentures closer to you...could take a while. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

This is the worst experience you can possibly have. They pulled 20 some teeth at one time while my wife was awake. The teeth Never fit The bite was off and the lower plate Brook while while she was eating. We went to a legitimate dentist yesterday and he couldn't believe what this dentist did! He said these dentures have caused so much damage to her lower gum she now has to have implants. The receptionist has no personality and is as rude as any body I have seen. They gave me some horse teeth ive gone back in 3 times for an adjustment an they havent made them any smaller. I really like i was being a burden an that i was getting on their nerves. I had a new upper plate made to replace my old one, the people there were nice and professional. The teeth were very pretty, the one complaint I have is the dentist made the new one's to come forward more for showing of my teeth, he did this without asking me, I didn't want them that way. When I got them I felt like I had buck teeth, the roof part is forward more so I still am uncomfortable with that. I paid over 900.00 for my plate and thought he should have ask me before doing that, he wasn't the one paying for them.

I thought I had gotten a great deal... Have only have my dentures for 2 years now, and have a big crack on one side on the bottom, 2 teeth have fallen out on the top. I called to see what kind of warranty the have on their workmanship and was told only 90 days the first time, called back a second time and was told a year. The workmanship is ridiculously cheap, and I'm sure they know it, that's why they only cover for such a short amount of time. And I didn't get the cheap, bottom of the line dentures either... I definitely will not be going back to Affordable Dentures again.

Well so far I am not happy at all. I paid them for a service and I feel as if that service isnt complete yet. It's been two weeks since I had 8 teeth removed and affordable dentures made me a top plate. Well I've had nothing but problems with it.. it's way to big, I feel as if it's a mold for someone else mouth not my own. They told me that I get free adjustments done to my denture plate as long as I come within 60 days of getting it. Like I said before it's been to weeks and I have been for 3 different adjustments and now they tell me that I need to pay 60 dollars and schedule to get a reline. Now first off shouldnt they keep adjusting it until it fits properly? I think so. And second, I will have to take another day off work in order to do so. Now that leaves me paying 60 more dollars and loosing a day of work for something that they should fix to begin with. I feel like they just want more money. I know others who have went to affordable dentures and they have not had the problems that I'm having. Why do I have to pay more money for something that still does not fit properly..

Initially my experience was ok. The whole process was easy and comfortable, well as much so as having all your teeth pulled can be. My temporary dentures had a pin whole as soon as I got them that had to be fixed.(Didn't think much of it at the time) After many, many, many adjustments, they were somewhat manageable. Although the process of adjustments can be quite unreasonable. Why pick the time of the day most people are getting their kids from school to be the only time you will do these? And a couple insistences of techs who basically tell you, you are crazy and don't fix what's bothering you, although you bought a package and this is all supposed to be part of it. Anyways for a year, I fought with the too big, uncomfortable, temporary dentures. Finally the day for my permeant arrived, I was so excited. As with all, a couple adjustments needed. Just shy of six months later and I found myself with a crack from between my top front teeth almost to the roof, just by biting down on soft food, not hard, soft. I call they say come in, I do, unknowing that I would have to leave my teeth all day. I'm in the lobby full of patients and told to take my teeth out. In the lobby. The crowded lobby. Not only somewhat embarrassing, but not very sanitary as well. I'm told to be back at 4:15 unless they call.( First I have heard of not having my teeth) I get the call to come back and do so, assuming, because no one has said otherwise, it will be like every other time, I go in, go to the back they bring out my dentures, try them in make sure nothing hurts or rubs, fix it if so, and send me on my way. Nope, I'm handed a bag and sent right back out the door. Get home, go to put them in, and I'm being stabbed...not poked, or rubbed, stabbed by the acrylic they used to fix the crack, in an area that wasn't even messed up to begin with. Impossible. Absolutely impossible. Can not wear them with out tears in my eyes.(this was all yesterday) So today I show up, same time as I did yesterday morning, explain what happened, and I'm rushed back out the door and told to come back for an adjustment between 2-4, I will then have to pay for because although the repair was covered under warranty, and THEY messed up, I now need an adjustment which is no longer covered by the previous THOUSANDS of dollars I paid for the package. They messed up my teeth, now I have to pay them to fix it... Wow. Never again. I plan on buying an even better set in the next few months, it will DEFINITELY through someone else.

I went in for a complimentary consultation so my interaction has been brief. But first impressions are good. Friendly staff and very efficient. The office seems very clean and pleasant. They are upfront about costs, which I greatly appreciate. The new denture wearer program seems to be a really good value. My only concern is it seems like they're kind of a factory. Getting as many patients in and out as possible. Then again, being a high volume practice may make them really good at making dentures. I have yet to decide on a provider. I was in the Knoxville office most of the day Monday 3-11-19 for a new upper denture. Was pretty pleased with the entire staff with the exception of Agnes in billing. For what ever reason I could not get my HSA (Health Savings Account) debit card to work so I had to put the entire amount on my credit card. After calling the bank and getting the problem solved, My wife called the office the next day (today) and ask Agnes if I could switch the payment to my HSA card. She of course told her that I would have to be the one to do that and that she would call me and take care of it for me. After waiting a few hours and not hearing anything, I called and asked for her and was told that she would call me later. Later has obviously never come, as she has not returned my call. I my self don't think that this is an unreasonable request as I have been saving this account for the sole purpose of a new denture. I'm very disgusted with the fact that I will have to pay interest on the amount charged where I would not on the HSA card. It's a SIMPLE request. Charge my HSA Account the full charge and REFUND my credit card. Its unfortunate that the actions or inactions of one employee has to reflect negatively on all who work there. Jeff D. Rich

If I could give him zero stars I would. My wife had her teeth pulled by this dentist and has been having problems talking from muscle spasms in her jaw for a year and a half now. He made her dentures for $1500 and she has not been able to use them to eat even one complete meal without pain. The temporary dentures didn't fit for a year despite many adjustments and the permanent denture won't fit correctly either. She's even had thrush that she battled for over month do to these poorly fixing dentures. We had his employees adjusted them many times with no success. The last couple times we went for adjustments he personally tried to adjust them right but couldn't. We eat at the Mexican restaurant next door directly after getting them adjusted and she couldn't make it through a meal without experiencing pain.We had to have a dentist in Alabama fix them for over $600. She said the dimensions were all wrong. We're very unhappy and don't understand how Dr Brett Orr, a fellow Christian, could do us so wrong. This man is not professional and should be avoided.

Rachel is AMAZING and very patient. I work face to face with the public everyday so im concerned with my teeth looking perfect. The first lady i dealt with older gray hair, RUDE!! NOT PATIENT!! Looking for affordable full set of dentures for my father in law. Had no idea what I was doing and saw all the great reviews for this place so called them. I was so pleased and impressed with this business. They got us in within 2 days and all the work was done same day. The staff was friendly, nice and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My father in law can’t speak English but they still spoke to him and did all they can to make him feel included and comfortable. They provided us with the education we needed to take care of the dentures and also the prices were straight up no hidden fees. We loved how they turned out and made my father n law look and feel good about smiling again. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for dentures!
