my 3 year old daughter and i have only had two appointments with dr A but both times we had a blast ! as soon as we walk into the building, a friendly and engaging smile greets us. there are plenty of toys and books for any child to be instantly occupied, if need be, until we are called and taken through the doors to a very VERY kid friendly back area. as an adult who has only had the regular kind of dentist experience her whole life, i wanted to stick around and check out all the cool gadgets and gizmos they had installed to entertain children. i wont say much so that things can still be a pleasant surprise for yall, but my favourite is the wall stickers. all the dental hygienists are superbly experienced with dealing with small children (almost to the point where i thought she was better at dealing with my own kid than myself haha) and i can totally see my daughter growing up to be the first and only child i know of who is not afraid to go to the dentist !!! i get informed exhaustively about what im doing right at home in terms of dental health, what i could start trying, what to avoid, what to do more of, etc. you will find both your omg-im-taking-my-toddler-to-the-dentist anxiety AND how-is-my-childs-dental-health worries off and gone from your mind !

We love going to ABC Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. A is always amazing with our kids. She gets down at their level to shows them she is some they can trust. She is amazing with the little ones and evens looks at their teeth, when my daughter didn't even realize she was. We talked about my son needing to be busy when he is in the chair and things that will help the appointment go better. The next time we came in for our check-up Dr. A had a toy that was perfect for keeping his hands busy! The whole staff at ABC is outstanding and always going above and beyond for the patients and their families.

Just moved here and can’t seem to find a single children’s dentist who will help my daughter and take her in. Every place is ‘not taking new patients over five’ or ‘at their limit for certain insurance companies’ SUPER unimpressed that DOCTORS would let a child suffer.

We have never been to a better dentist. They are very patient and understanding with the kids. They have a method of acclimating the kids to seeing the dentist and each time they really do get better! We drive an hour to get here because it is worth it!

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. There was no long wait in the waiting room and my toddler loved everyone we had contact with. He didn't want to leave!

Dr. A is Amazing! and her staff was very friendly. You know she's great when your child thanks you for getting a tooth extracted, she even made the post op phone call herself! She is now our primary and look forward to seeing them every 6 months. Thank you Dr A for making my son feel so much better!

We love ABC and Dr A. Unfortunate the 1 star review is for someone who hasn't even visited this dentist. She has been so wonderful with both are girls from cleanings to tooth extraction. The doctor and her staff are friendly, attentive and personable. We highly recommend her!

We took our son for his 1st dental visit and he loved it. They are very accommodating to children to help create a fun and inviting environment. They did an exam and brushing/floss and fluoride treatment for the first consultation to ease him into it and then we will go back later for a in depth cleaning with instruments. He got to see a big kid in the chair "getting their teeth counted" and is excited to go back.

I really can’t say enough about Dr. A and her team. Our 11 year-old daughter has Down syndrome. We have taken her to the dentist since she was very little and she has never allowed a full exam to happen. As she got older, brushing became increasingly difficult. Our family dentist referred is to Dr. A after she tried to do an exam without success. Dr. A normally doesn’t see children as old as our daughter, but she made an exception in this case. I’m so glad she did. After one visit with Dr. A and her team, our daughter began brushing on her own after we said she needed to make Dr. A proud. We did a sedated cleaning and extraction with Dr. A (who had an amazing staff person with her. She stayed late to make sure our daughter recovered well) and then scheduled a regular visit at Dr. A’s office six months later. We just completed that visit, and our daughter allowed a full cleaning. I’m completely blown away. I honestly thought we’d have to do sedated dentistry for the rest of our daughter’s life. Life. Changing. This doctor’s goal of making oral hygiene a positive experience for ALL children is definitely being achieved. If you have a kiddo who struggles with trips to the dentist, or needs a different way of going about things, this is the place for you.
