This place is amazing. I have been to a couple dentist before where I was already uncomfortable and left feeling worse. ProGrin Dental makes you feel comfortable the entire time you’re there. Staff is friendly and very professional. One lady at the front desk, think her name was Tracie, was probably the most happiest and friendliest person I’ve ever met. I highly recommend ProGrin Dental.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Bagwell’s and if it weren’t for his quality of work and his staff, especially Tracie And Tammy, that I might of looked for another dentist when I moved. It’s because of them that I would rather travel a little longer to get the services I need from a professional, reputable, friendly and competent staff. Dr Bagwell has taken care of me when I have broken crowns, needed root canals and broken my night guard at some of the worst possible times. He treats me like a dear old friend like he’s known me and he knows me by name. Tracie has taken care of appointments and insurance issues but she never minds. She makes me feel important because she calls me by name and asks about my family too. Pam and Tammy give an awesome cleaning, gentle but rough around the edges if needed. They all know me and we ask about each other’s families. They do a lot of in house work or at least local labs, so waiting times aren’t bad. I don’t hate to go to the dentist. I trust the work, advice given and know they care about me and my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Bagwell and his staff at Riverside Dental ProGrin, across from the high school. I am so happy to be going to ProGrin Dental of Riverside! Tracie is always up front to greet you with a smile and get you checked in quickly. (And her homemade cookies at the 'help yourself' are buttery delicious!) I love the waiting area......beautiful, very neat, very clean, and sunny! Then I get to see my favorite 'team'....Dr. Rhoden and Brandi! You can tell they both love their jobs, and that carries over to how they make you feel more at ease while you are in 'the chair'!!! Brandi comes to get you with a smile and friendly conversation while taking you back. She is always so professional, as well as thoughtful, while assisting Dr. Rhoden. And he has been extremely understanding of the fact that I am such a big baby when it come to painful dental work! I KNOW that he is going to make sure that procedures will be pain free....and THAT always keeps me from being such a knotted-up-ball-of-nerves. Thank you Dr. Rhoden! Thank you ProGrin of Riverside!

I was really disappointed with my visit to ProGrin this morning. I had gone there for a basic cleaning. The lady did all the checks and said that I would need a deep cleaning on all 4 quadrants and after my insurance payments, I would owe $220 out of pocket. I was ok with that but told her that I would need to schedule it for another day as the procedure takes atleast 1 hour. I asked her to do the basic cleaning that my insurance would cover and it would be a lot quicker and she refused. My first expectation from a dentist office is to ATLEAST get the basic cleaning done. This was just ridiculous. Sounded like "do the expensive cleaning or get out". Anyway, I walked out and neither I nor any of my family members would ever go back there again. BTW I had been a patient of Dr. Bagwell for nearly a decade but this one incident literally blew me off. Seemed that they only want to focus on moneymaking and profit rather than provide proper dental care. It never used to be this way and I am sure they will lose a lot of customers. Very disappointed with my visit. I agree with a posted comment that ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TO SELL YOU ON STUFF !

Very disappointing. It took great effort to get me back into dentist ( i have fear of dentists), after numerous bad experiences. I was so excited to get my smile back. They took a mold of my mouth to examine the best treatment plan/ course of action. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and I have not received ONE call, ONE followup, ONE email, or ONE letter in the mail. I have teeth that need to be fixed promptly, been in minor pain, but nonetheless. I had to call them. I was told Dr. not in, nobody else could look at chart or get on phone with me to explain. I am so upset and disappointed. I can not say that enough. Now, I have to start ALL OVER again. Thanks ProGrin, that is the way to show you care about patients. Just ignore them. Brett Soper

Phelicia has been doing my cleaning for about two years now. She is patient and makes you feel comfortable. She also takes her time and does everything correctly and explains everything she does in detail so you know why she’s doing what she’s doing. Tracie is always welcoming when you arrive and leave. Very unprofessional! They are not friendly at all, keep me wait – it took me over two hours for a simple teeth cleaning. They are careless and ignore a slight gum infection and make the tooth getting worse! Then charge me a big portion of money and still couldn’t fix it. Overall, very bad service and just try to get money from patients. Please DO NOT go to this dental office.

Conveniently located on the Eastside of Greer, you'll find a gem called ProGrin. Our family of 10 recently moved our dental care here. We have been warmly welcomed by staff who genuinely care and are happy to see us when we walk in. Perhaps Phelecia will be your hygienist. If so, be prepared for a sweet, southern greeting and someone who is excellent if you're feeling nervous. Maybe you'll be cared for by Shanon. Her contagious smile and quick wit will put you right at ease. Tammy and Dr. Bagwell are an excellent team. They are incredibly skilled and make quick work during your appointment. Each staff member we have encountered has shown us the kind of southern hospitality and friendliness that will keep us coming back. Stop by their full-service office, just across from Riverside High, and see what they have to offer. You will not be disappointed!

New equipment as of 02:12/19 makes cleaning much smoother. I usually am very apprehensive about cleanings etc. 02/12/19 Clesnjng was a snap. At one point, I did not know that Felicia was even doing anything. The office is up to date, and the waiting area is kinda like a coffee shop. Felicia does a great job with individual patient needs. I was much more at ease this visit, with her using her new toys to clean my challenging teeth.

We all don’t like to go to the dentists (well at least I don’t) lol but the staff and doctor’s are very professional, courteous, and welcoming. What an amazing patient experience! I love the option card at the beginning of the appointment - those extra touches really set this appointment apart. Nikki at the front desk was so warm when I walked in - I've never had someone walk around a reception desk to hand me back my license or get me a bottle of water. What really stood out to me was how kind the entire staff was to my little boy. Max had his first ever dental appointment at ProGrin and the staff made him SO welcome. Phelecia explained everything that was happening during the exam, took fun photos to show him the inside of his mouth, took his x-rays in the "rocket ship," introduced him to each person in the office and let him take several items from the treasure chest - including something for his little brother. Dr. Rhoden clearly explained to me what he was seeing during my exam and was able to refer me to a specialist he works closely with. Amazing customer service and just the kindest people.
