ProGrin Dental of Boiling Springs has a great staff that’s very professional and friendly. A very nice dental office facility. They have no problem with me asking a lot of questions and provided great in-depth detail answers which made me more relaxed. They explained treatment plans into detail that’s easy to understand. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and a molar tooth extraction last month. The Dr had great techniques and the assistant made sure I was comfortable which made it a nice experience. Yesterday I had a perio scale and root treatment done. Maria had done an awesome job being gentle and precise with my perio cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and provide me a headset when I had mentioned that I forgot to bring mines. Definitely a wonderful experience.

They are the best! I had my 3rd visit today for my cleaning. They are very thorough and helpful. They offered me a warm blanket and pillows for my neck and head to make it more comfortable. They also go over, in detail, any work that needs to be done and what the cost would be after insurance.

Was convinced that my 5yo had a cavity and that I needed to get it filled in ASAP. Got a 2nd opinion because that just didn’t seem right, there was no visible cavity. She never had a cavity in the first place. It makes me sick to think I was going to put her through that for nothing. Not to mention the money I was going to pay. Really disappointing seeing on how nice the place is.

The doctor was great! However they will SCAM you out of every penny they can! They will tell you insurance will pay this much and that all you will owe is x amount. Then refer to you to a specialist and blame the specialist. "Well I didn't know the specialist was going to charge so much" Isn't that your job?! If you are referring someone then you should be aware of these things! They scammed us out if $1,500!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Stay as far away from these scam artist as you can!

Phenomenal experience. It was my little ones first dental visit. The office was clean, inviting, kid friendly, we had some issues which I assumed would be scheduled to fix, but they offered to start immediately and sent us to a private room for the procedure. I couldn’t believe we were being taken care of so quickly, they even consoled my guilty mommy conscience. The last thing I really appreciate is that my family is on Medicaid which has usually meant few doctor choices, yucky offices, really long wait and months before available appointments can be scheduled. I made an appointment less than a week ago with igrin and was met with respect, friendliness, cleanliness etc. it was awesome!

Asking me for a review the day after a root canal is risky. However I've got to say this is by leaps and bounds the best dentist I've ever been to. Everyone in the office is amazing from Nikki who greets you always with a smile and kind words to Michelle who is definetly a pro and takes pride in what she does. I'm so comfortable with her she's like an old friend and my teeth always sparkle when's she's done. Dr Butler and Dr Bevans are really professional, kind and gentle. I've had a really bad experience in the past with a dentist and have always had a fear. These two ladies are different they're are standard bearers for their profession. Their bedside manor along with their skills and commitment to quality care puts me at ease. I'm not an easy patient and they handle me with a smile when others can't. I especially want to thank Dr Bevans for staying late and taking care of me yesterday. I've never had a root canal before but I've heard they're terrible and very painful. I expected to wake up in a lot of pain today, I didn't. I don't know what she did but I'm pretty sure she pulled off a pain free procedure. Can't forget the boys Chandler and Brent you guys are great! Thanks everyone for being there and taking pride in what you do. *They also have fresh baked cookies in the lobby come on!! No one can compete with this practice!

We are so thankful we found Pro Grin! All of the staff have been above and beyond wonderful to our whole family! I am a total baby when it comes to going to the dentist, so I was beyond terrified recently when I had a tooth break and needed to have it extracted. Everyone was so patient, kind and understanding! Like millions of Americans, I hate the dentist and prefer not to go. I actually had FUN at progrin. It is like a spa, they offer complimentary comfort items. Blankie, pillow, headphones, lavender towels. Awesome. I get it all to help calm me down. Dr Henry gives clear, concise medical feedback. I am not afraid to ask him questions, as I have been at previous practices. Request Maria as your hygienist!!! She is so gentle and knowledgeable and will make time to engage you in conversation. I did not,feel bad or,scared under her care. Wait time is short. Husband was,squeeezed in last minute bc of a conflict in schedule, it was so nice of them!!! Feels like friends caring for me, not the principal's office being tortured..then having to pay out the wazoo for it. They offer great payment plans and options. Request Maria! Get comfort,menu items!!

Very rude, dishonest and non-responsive to customers. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and they quoted us a price at her cleaning appointment. They called constantly to set an appointment. When I told them I needed time to get the funds together, they offered a 10% discount to come in on short notice and another 5% if I would pay cash. I was also told it would be even less because this was the highest price based on worst case scenario. They stated it would likely be a couple of hundred less because of the pricing being the highest possible. I agreed and we were supposed to be called in January for a same-day or next-day appointment. My daughter called in February and they said they were not aware of what the previous women discussed and it's not possible to change these fees. It's amazing you would call over and over and then not honor what we were told. Shame on you guys!

The dentist and dental assistants are awesome. Some of the office staff are sweet and some very rude! They constantly called my husband about my appointment which he tried to cancel it. They would say they didn't have any record of talking to him even though I had proof they called his phone several times and told me it was going to go against me. It made me so mad I am not sure I am going to reschedule a appointment. One of the office staff hung up on me last time I talked to them when I was upset about them calling my husband and he gave them notice of canceling!

I am still fairly new to the area and wanted to have my two boys' teeth cleaned for back to school and to keep up with their 2x a year schedule. I found ProGrin, and made an appointment. First impression: Wonderful! Polite, courteous and easy to talk with. The appointment was set for mid July and I had to reschedule due to being out of town. Second impression: Wonderful! No hassle, easy reschedule and very pleasant and informative! So I received a call a few days later to informing me that the insurance I had provided wasn't for the dental insurance (THIS WAS TOTALLY MY MISTAKE) so I called back gave the correct information and found out that ProGrin was not in network. I spoke with Brooke several times in communication and she was super super super nice! Third impression: AMAZING!! Brooke was honest, friendly, and she helped me even when she didn't have to! For that I can say, though I won't be going to ProGrin bc of insurance reasons-I TOTALLY 100% recommend them based on every encounter I've had with them on a customer service level. I was and still am very impressed by their genuine response to the customer! Great job! And thank you Brooke!!

Very disappointed been going here for over a year in that time very satisfied with there service. Until today when we took our 4 year to have a cavity fixed I understand that 4 year olds don’t comply very well because of being worried is it going to hurt am I getting a shot and so on! If your staff can’t console a child while in there care should shut the pediatric side down the doctor was rude actually calling her rude is an understatement can’t put the real word I was thinking. The dentist was blunt straight to the point while working on him and while trying to get the laughing gas to work he was asking them questions the dentist made a smart comment like this is never going to work if you done hush then proceed to hold his mouth shut he just didn’t understand why she was being mean to him! Long story short DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE if they are under 6 take them to a real pediatric dentist who specializes in children!

My husband had the first appt was taken back his hygenist was very kind and helped him to the chair as he has a walking disability. I am terrified of the dentist. Can hardly get through a cleaning without crying. Coming to Progrin, i was so scared, but as soon as you walk through the door, they are the most welcoming and considerate dentist office i have ever been to. The nice young lady that did my cleaning was Maria. She was AMAZING and i will be requesting that she do my cleanings from here on out. She was patient and talked to me through the whole thing. She asked multiple times if i needed a break or if there was something she could get me. I may never switch dentists again.

Maria was wonderful with cleaning my teeth. The staff is always so accommodating. They offered me a pillow, blanket and even chap stick. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to attend to my dental needs.

If I could I would give 0 stars !! Set an appointment for two wisdom teeth removal two months ago. Three days before my appointment they send a confirmation email (which i confirmed) so the day of the appointment they tell me my appointment got canceled because I did not confirm via phone when someone called me(which I did not have a missed calls or voicemails) so now I have to walk around with this pain even longer !!!!

I had a dental emergency and was able to get in at ProGrin Dental yesterday. I can’t explain how lucky I am. This was my first time there, I was distraught because I broke off at the root a visible top tooth. I had not left my house in days from embarrassment. First appt was an evaluation, impressions for temporaries, and a deep gum cleaning to clear out any bacteria before extractions. Maria did my deep cleaning yesterday and she was amazing. So sweet and patient with me b.c I am such a wuss. She made sure I was comfortable in all areas, including the lavender scented towel which helps with relaxation. Her injections were very gentle. The whole experience was great and my teeth felt much better afterwards. I have requested she be my hygienist every time. The extractions were today. Jodie was my assistant and Dr. Nyenhuis did my difficult extractions today. I was so nervous but with a prescribed low dose nerve pill, neck pillow, and offer of a lavender towel I was pretty well off. De. Nyenhuis was very great at her injections which are always the worst part of any dental work for me. Jodie and her fun personality helped me to chill out even farther. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially when it comes to dental work I am such a wuss and so high anxiety. I could not have asked for a better team to aid in my care. Thank you all at ProGrin Dental!!!! I will recommend you guys to everyone!

I had gone to Pro Grin due to a dental emergency. It was my first time there and I was a walk in. As soon as I finished my paperwork, they called me back. After xrays, etc, the dentist came in. We worked out a plan... she numbed me up, I went home for 1/2 hr until my appointment. I went back in, she numbed me up again and took care of my 3 teeth that were really infected. I was in such pain, even through the numbing medication, but she and her assistant were empathetic and so helpful to me. I appreciate that more than they realize. Thank you to all who were a part of my good experience.

The front desk staff are patient, and quick to answer any questions or requests. The dental hygienists and dentists are all gentle, but effective at what they do. Called yesterday about my wisdom tooth causing a great deal of pain, and they were able to get me in today to get it removed. I ended up paying $100 less than quoted, because they were able to do a simple extraction. They were not pushy about other work i know i need. From the beginning through the end, everyone was fantastic. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely go back. I cant thank you guys enough!

Love ProGrin Dental. The staff and faculty are amazing!! I love the fact they offer a "complimentary" menu. Chapstick...you know how your lips get stretched out and it's so uncomfortable? They provide you with Chapstick..among many other amenities! Love them! I have found my Dentisty practice for life! I am so scared of the dentist...but NOT with them!!!! #love
