The entire staff: receptionists, hygienists, assistants and dentists are warm and welcoming. They mix professionalism with winsome personalities. It seems everyone there is glad they work there and they communicate that through their gracious and gentle care they provide. At 68 years of age I’ve been to quite a number of different dental practices. I have not found another practice that is as consistently as competent and engaging as Palmetto Smiles.

Dr. Perry and his staff are great! My son was having an issue with a tooth, and I called late one afternoon. Dr. Perry called me back after hours and scheduled to see him first thing the next morning (on a Friday morning at that). That's top notch customer service and responsiveness!

I had been going to this dentist every since I can remember. When Dr. Player left I was nervous about who would take his place. I met Brian Sang personally before I had even known about him taking the position and he has always been so great with people. They hygienist, assistants, and front office staff are great. Mrs. Debbie is the best hygienist ever and Rachel Timmons rocks as a Manager as well! I never am nervous or worried about the dentist and they always give me great service. So if you are looking for a great dentist and want to experience a family like atmosphere please go and visit this dentist office!

Honestly, the best dentist I've ever had. The staff at Palmetto Smiles is always warm and welcoming and greets you by name when you walk in the door. Everyone in the office is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. Every procedure I've had has been completely painless and Dr. Sang is careful to make sure you don't feel a thing. They aren't an in network provider for my insurance, but I'd rather go here than one of the cut rate dental clinics any day and almost all of my charges are covered anyway. tl;dr This place is great.

I had avoided going to the dentist for.... let's just say too many years... and Dr. Sang+team could not have been easier on me coming back into the dental routine. I am young and thought that I could live without regular dental care but I know now I was wrong because your mouth is very important to your overall health and it's good to have it looked at regularly. The team there is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to see me come in the office. They have the full line of services you would expect in a dental practice and have always been easy to schedule with an my appointments start on time - I get ushered back immediately upon arriving every time. This is a great practice with friendly people who want to help you with your dental needs - I would recommend them, especially Dr. Sang, to anyone.

My first visit to the Dentist in their new building and I was impressed with the comfortable atmosphere, design and layout of the building (lots of light streaming in through large windows) and the new equipment. As usual the staff including reception, hygienist and Dentist were all very friendly, helpful and thorough and I left with the same number of teeth as when I went in. So it was an excellent visit.

Awesome first time time experience today. I was caught off guard by the light and friendly atmosphere. I’ve never experienced that kind of delight at a dentist’s office. Dr. Perry as well as his hygienist and secretary were absolutely inviting and knowledgable. Also, they all like to smile alot. Dr. Perry caught me off guard when he held my hand, but that’s what doctors do to develop positive patient/doctor relationships. Also, they actually listen! I’ll more than likely stick with Palmetto Smiles for all my dental needs.

My first visit, the DH was very friendly and cleaned my teeth very gently. It was the best teeth cleaning I've had as an adult! Sadly, I had cavities, but they took care of that too! Dr. Sang has an amazing bedside manner and his DA was pretty sweet too. He knew when I was uncomfortable and took care of it very quickly. The office staff is nice. They take their patents and treat them as if they are were a part of the own family. I have never had a bad experience with not one employee and my whole family has been going there for 35 years.
