This was my sons first appointment. He wasn’t sure about it when we first arrived, but Belva took such great care and made him feel comfortable. She talked to him so respectfully, Went through the whole procedure, Even did silly sound effects that got him laughing. He smiled in the chair and there were no tears. Absolutely the best experience a parent could ask for.

Respectful, Quick, Professional and Friendly OMG I love this place! We made it to our apt early and they were able to see us before our scheduled apt time. I have two daughters that get seen, always a quick and informative visit. Today, while one child was getting their teeth cleaned another employee came from the back and started working on my other child. That employee was just done with her job and wanted to help her teammate out. I love how great of a team they are and how well they work together. I love how quick these apt are, I love how professional & friendly the staff is and how respectful they are of my time as a working mother. I love all the reminders they send and how accommodating they are with my schedule. This will be my children’s forever pediatric dentist! Dr. Kimberly is just amazing!

We walked in yesterday and all of my children were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. They know my children by name and speak to them as if they are the most important people in the world! Very quick but thoroughly taken care of. It's like we were the only patients. Front desk, x-rays, cleanings, prizes and check out were seamlessly executed. Thank you guys! A+

My daughter had her first appointment here on June 12th 2019. Everyone was nice. The dental assistant put us in a room and was very sweet. However, she left the room to go get my daughter a prize. While we were waiting for her to get back, a different assistant or hygienist came in and basically asked what I was doing. I told her I was waiting on the other lady to come back. She then proceeded to rudely say “oh because I wasn’t finished with this room, I was using it.” Okay well I don’t work here so how am I suppose to know when a room is occupied? It was clean and ready for the next person when I arrived in there. Maybe take it up with your co worker instead of getting rude with a client? The customer service from her could’ve been much better. I was shocked. Idk her name but she had glasses on. Everyone else was great and we love Dr Duffy!

The staff is great, and have been there for us when we needed them. The entire building is very kid friendly. The staff was very patient with our sick two year old, hopefully she will develop a healthy relationship with dentists that will last her her whole life.

Everyone at this practice from the staff, assistants, and the doctor are amazing! I’d recommend them to anyone! Both my daughters have been going here for a couple years and both of them like going to their appointments. Today my oldest (9) had to have two teeth removed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for her. They not only comforted her but explained each step to help keep her calm. They will continue to go here for years to come.

Dr. Duffey and her staff members are friendly and efficient. She takes her time and is very thorough. She has a calm, quiet manner that eases those who are anxious when visiting the dentist. Dr. Duffey is a general dentist who loves to work with children, but I go to her and I am an adult! She has done routine exams and more difficult procedures for me and I am very pleased.

I work in the dental field, and when my infant had an accident in the tub, the only dentist I wanted to go see was Dr Kim! Her new office is fabulous and very unique and kid friendly, especially the chalk wall! Felt right at home there. The staff was very personable and friendly. I also went back for my older son's cleaning. Well worth the drive from west ashley.

My 3 year old son loved it at Palmetto Kids and is already asking to go back. Dr. Kimberly cleaned his teeth herself! She made him very comfortable, included him in holding tools, gave him whatever tv show he wanted to watch. The entire staff was so friendly, and we look forward to regular visits!

My son had an accident at school concerning his front teeth. I went into panic mode and did not know if to take him to the dentist or to the emergency room. So I called and the receptionist provided the dentist the information as far as what was going on and my questions. Quickly, she told me to bring him on in, I was excited and relieved. We got there and immediately we were taken back and his teeth situation was handled. They provide quick, efficient, and exceptional help. I was so delighted to have chosen them to handled my kids dental concerns!!!! Thanks you all soooooooo much!!!!!!
