What a relief! I have never felt more comfortable or more satisfied with a dentist in my life. Because of my anxiety over past dental visits, I had been avoiding dentists for a number of years, and due to my neglect, I had developed quite a few cavities. My first visit with Dr. Hamrick immediately renewed my confidence and now that I've had all the work done, I can say that I have honestly never had a better experience with a dentist. Dr. Hamrick is truly the nicest, most gentle dentist I've ever visited, and the work that he's done on my teeth is outstanding. I am very thankful to have found him and feel blessed to be in his care. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Hamrick and his staff. I’ve known Dr. Hamrick for years and grew up as a patient at Heritage with Dr. Matthews. This was my first experience there since Dr. Hamrick has taken over and truly everything about it was pleasant. Regina, one of the hygenists, has been there for years and she is always great. Going to the dentist can be uncomfortable, but both she and Dr. Hamrick are gentle and do their best to ease any discomfort. Dr. Hamrick is also fair, honest and trustworthy, and I feel completely confident in recommending him and this office.

Anyone out there so upset over Dr. Matthews retiring? I know I was. Well, guess what? We got a real keeper in his place. Dr. Hamrick is just wonderful. He says everything he is doing and I really like that. I would have a camera in my mouth watching if it were possible. My first appointment with him today was a temporary cap. Dr. Preston Hamrick is a fabulous dentist! I’m 75 years young and am still taking care of my teeth. Preston’s great grandfather, Clarence Preston was my first dentist (pulled 2 wisdom teeth when I was 12). His son, Fitzhugh, took care of me for the next decade. His other son, Buddy took care of Carolyn, my future wife. Eric Hamrick, Buddy’s son, is now my periodontist and does my implants when needed. Preston, my “everyday” dentist, is competent, up-to-date with the newest devices, equipment, and technology. He is a kind man who also will go “the-second-mile” when emergencies occur. My wife, also his patient, and I could not be happier.

Regina does top notch cleaning and Hamrick is very through and precise. Shannon is beyond helpful and friendly to work with. Even when I’ve had minor problems shes always made it a point to make sure id been taken care of and that even the most minor adjustments were perfect. Kim is always on her game and amazing at dealing with insurance and keeping up with my family as she usually makes sure I know the next few appointments for the family. Their text reminders and the ability to get a near instant response when I have questions is perfect when life is hectic.

The entire staff is fantastic and Dr. Hamrick is very friendly, personable and professional. He seems to know all the latest trends in the dentistry field, making a visit or procedure as smooth, painless and actually pleasant as possible. I've always dreaded going to the dentist because its inconvenient and I dread having cavities, but I prefer to keep all my teeth so I go. I actually in a weird way look forward to going now! I've been with Heritage Dentistry for about 2 years now and had Dr. Hamrick for about a year. All of the staff is so friendly and are always great to talk to. They are all super nice and happy all the time which is pretty unique. The reason I'm giving a review now is because I got a filling today. The last filling I had was 10 years ago and very unpleasant. This filling was actually enjoyable? (I know I'm still getting over the shock myself) Throughout the whole process, Dr. Hamrick and his awesome assistant kept asking if I was doing ok, and they genuinely cared how I was feeling. They have the latest in all the dental tools and gadgets. His expertise and tools made the whole process a walk in the park and I might have fallen asleep during some of it ;) It's so refreshing to have a medical professional who cares how you're feeling. You definitely need to go to this dentist if you want the job done right and as pleasant as possible. Well that was longer than intended, but hopefully helpful. BONUS: Dr. Hamrick called me around 10 hours after my fillings were done to ask how everything was feeling (and if I could feel again in my face). Great patient care :)

Dr. Hamrick and his staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Dr. Hamrick found issues that needed to be addressed that other dentists had never taken the time to treat. For example, he was able to explain how seriously I needed a bite guard. No other dentist had ever taken the time to show me how badly my teeth had been worn down by grinding, but Dr. Hamrick did. And my teeth are now protected! He and his staff are also wonderful with my very shy children, putting them totally at ease for their cleanings. We are so happy to have found this practice and highly recommend them!
