My Experience was AMAZING! At no point was I sitting idle, the process moved along smoothly which is great for people on a schedule. Ms. Judy is perfect, she was very professional yet made me feel extremely comfortable, like I was someone familiar and I really appreciated that. You need to feel comfortable when you have someone in your personal space to provide a service. She took the time to point out problem areas without making me feel scolded. But to top it off everything was explained and shown to me by Dr. Cranford. There are mirrors to point out areas of concern as the Dr. is examining you and they walked through all of my X-Rays and pictures educating me along the way. I am not sure of their names but the two young ladies at the front desk were very welcoming, confident and professional. Too often today there is a lack of customer service to the point where you expect to be disregarded when you encounter any business transaction/service. This office was far from that, they were a model of what professionalism and courtesy really is, with an appropriate touch of Southern charm. Keep up the good work, you have my support!

I decided recently to start taking better care of myself, and one of the things I needed to do was go to the dentist. I hadn't been in many years. Instead of making me feel bad for not taking care if my teeth everyone I talked to just seemed happy I was there. My hygienist was particularly wonderful in that she understood I wanted to know everything I could about what was going on, what the plan of care would be, prevention etc. She took more then enough time to answer all my questions and encouraged me to call with any others. I didn't come as prepared with paperwork and insurance as I should have and no one gave me a hard time about that either. This was just my first visit but I was so impressed, I am so thrilled I chose this office and can't wait to get my teeth straightened out! Thanks Cranford dental!

My wife made an appointment for me at Cranford Dental. She drives 45 minutes a day to work at this office because she thinks it is a top dental office in Rock Hill, SC. The dentists made me forget about anxiety and told me exactly what I needed. They also listened to my concerns. My wife tells me sterilization procedures are top notch and that is very important to her. The dentists treat the staff members fairly and the whole office is big on education. I see why she did not want me to go to any other dentist office in Rock Hill. I made another dentist appointment---a big step for me.

I've been going to Cranford Dental since I was a child, and I'll be hard-pressed to ever go see another dentist. I live in Charlotte and commute to Rock Hill for my cleanings, because the Cranford Dental team is just that good. Nan Katherine is such a thorough hygienist and cares about her patients' teeth and gum health above all else (even if she has to get on you to floss more, haha!). Both Bill and Elizabeth Cranford make you feel like you're sitting in their living room talking to them, instead of the dentist office. It's a great environment, with even better people.

The staff at Cranford Dental are amazing - from the receptionists, assistants, hygienists, to the dentists. Everyone is super friendly, eager to help answer any questions you may have, and they all have smiles on their faces. I never feel rushed. They will talk out treatment plans and what is best for your wallet and help talk you through insurance information and billing breakdowns. I don't ever feel like they are trying to make me do something that is unnecessary. They explain everything they are doing, which always makes me feel better so I know what is going on. My 8-year-old son goes here as well and he loves it! They are so sweet to him and make him feel comfortable. He is not scared to go to the dentist at all, because they make him feel that comfortable and relaxed. Every time I've gone, the office is very clean as well - which you would think that all dentist offices are that way, but they are not. I would definitely recommend Cranford Dental to anyone in or near the Rock Hill area.

My experience was incredible, the staff were really friendly too when I went to get both my bottom wisdom tooth pull out as well we were talking should I get numb or getting knockout and put to sleep LOL. I told them I want to get numb don't worry I can bare through it in which I did, and one of staff helping would stay by your side patting you like they're encourage you that your be fine. After that, I ask and they told me I'm one of the few who's able to go through the process of being numb and not many would do that and I was happy about it. Want to say thank you to all the staff that help me and I assure would come back again if I have problem with my tooth.

I just had the best dental experience of my life, here at Cranford Dental this morning! I am new to the area so after Googling local dentists, I chose Cranford Dental because I loved their website. After reading the employee profiles, I felt like I knew everyone even before stepping foot into the office. The office is beautiful and full of exciting technology like televisions in every room and tiny cameras used to take photos of my teeth, which was something I had never seen before. Betsy was my hygienist and she was great! I had so much fun chatting with her. She was very informative and definitely knew what she was talking about. She taught me at least two things about my teeth that I never knew! Dr. Robinson was also very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. After my appointment was over, I didn't want to leave, I wanted to stay and hang out with my "new friends" all day! They were so generous and sent me home with a beautiful tote bag, full of goodies. I really can't say enough nice things about this office and these people. I could go on and on. I'll leave you with this: they're the BEST and you should definitely go see them. :)

If you are looking for a Dentist that will not try to milk you for every dollar they can get out of you don't go here. I had no issues with the dental care I received here but when I went to pay my co-pay I was told that my amount due for the $600 visit was $250. When I said that could not be correct they told me, "Well how about $181?" I have never had to haggle over a dental visit before. I paid the $181 as requested and then when my insurance sent the explanation of the bill my amount due was only $128. Never have I been to a dentist that would not submit the claim first and then send you a bill for the balance until my visit to this dentist. I would not recommend this dentist not because of the care received but because their billing department doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I'm not going back because I don't like having to pay more than I'm required to pay. They did say they would send me the difference but the trust is already gone so I'm not going back. If you are retired military you should find a network dentist before going to this dentist or be prepared to pay more up front after your visit is complete.

I consistently get great service and quality care here. When I walk in I don't have to sign or fill out anything. They see me and say, "Hi! I'll let them know you're here." The dental hygienists are all very nice and very professional, but not impersonal. They ask me about things they know are going on in my life, and they genuinely care about my dental care. The doctors let me know what's going on with my teeth, and they recommend ways to be sure my teeth stay healthy given my specific challenges with my teeth. They also work with me on timing for procedures, understanding my financial situation limits what I can do that is non-emergency. There are probably cheaper dental offices in the area, but I know what I'm getting with Dr. Cranford. To me it's worth it not to chance messing up my teeth with cheap care.

I tried this dental practice based on reviews I found on google. I was in pain and desperate to find a new dentist. The reviews looked good, so I them a call. My experience surpassed my expectations! They were able to fit me in as a new patient and accommodate my request for a morning appointment right away. The office staff and my dental hygienist were lovely! They were all very approachable and professional. They take the time to answer all your questions, and make sure you understand all of your medical and financial options. Which is so rare these days! My dentist was professional, intelligent, and has a great bed side manner. She made me feel at ease quickly. They even gave me a discount on my X-rays because they felt bad my insurance provider is so cheap!

Several years ago he took excellent care of my son when he had an accident and damaged 3 teeth and recently my youngest had to go in on a Saturday afternoon, Dr. Cranford met us at the backdoor to take care of him. His daughter Elizabeth is now working as a dentist there and she did a filling for me in 2012 - she is awesome too!

This was my second time there. It was as awesome as the first time. I saw the daughter this time and will make sure to return to her. She was very careful and made sure i was in no pain for my extractions. I did receive my call back from Kathy and got my card with the dentist direct numbers. I wont go to anyone else. I am disappointed. I trusted my gut and went to a place where I believed I would have a remarkable experience. After receiving a tooth extraction, I was told someone would call and check in. That never happened. I was also informed that I would receive the cell number of my dentist so I could reach out in the event that I had concerns. I realized after I left that this also never happened. And now it is Friday, the office is closed and I have questions and concerns. The procedure was also more uncomfortable than I have ever experienced. It is without question that this appears to be a great team/office, I just hate that my first impression was damaged from the time my procedure began. I hope things will be better moving forward as I believe in second chances.
