Dentist are top notch but front office staff is not. Front desk was rude and unprofessional over the phone when i had questions about the bill. I work in healthcare and the way the conduct themselves would not be allowed in my office.

Initially I had good vibes at this place. The staff is friendly, my visit went well, and I was pleased. Fast forward to preparing for a crown. While I was waiting, there was another woman waiting with me. After a while, they came out and told her that her crown hadn't arrived as planned and should sometime that day and did she have any errands to run. I thought this was disrespectful of this woman's time since they should have called her ahead of her appointment, but I went ahead to get my crown prep. Next week my gums aren't healing properly, there are pieces of my gum literally falling off and nobody answers the phone or returns my calls for days. Oh, and they aren't open Friday like Google says.

I have been a patient for over twenty years. Dr. Morrow is a top of the line dentist. He works at a fast pace and is always painless when performing work that would otherwise be extremely uncomfortable. I recently have seen Dr.Llewelyn at Carolina Smiles and she is an incredibly talented dentist too. I would not trust my dental care to anyone else other than Carolina Smiles.
