Great dentist! Just be prepared to wait....throughout my daughters whole course of treatment averaged getting called back about 30 mins after appointment time.

Best Pediatric Dentist ever! All staff and dentists are wonderful! Very caring to even the high anxiety patients! Love this practice! Dr Goodman by far exceeds my expectations. Having a son who's 5 with behavioral issues and extremely high anxiety she took him and was able to fill a few cavities he had with little to no issues as soon as she was able to feel him out he listened and let her do everything she needed. Wonderful staff also helped in easing him! Im greatful for them!

I can't say enough great things about this practice! I called, desperate, as my daughter was in pain from a tooth she was supposed to see her normal dentist for and they cancelled on us a few hours before. The receptionist here gave us a same day appointment even though we had never been. I was terrified, as was my daughter, because her last few visits at the old dentist were NOT good! The Doctor pulled her tooth the same visit and she never shed a tear. He had patience with her (and me) and took the time to comfort us through the appointment. Needless to say, I switched to this office on the spot. My daughter went from being fearful to having no trouble at all thanks to the Doctor and staff here!!

I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with Dr Denise Goodman! My daughter had extreme anxiety from previous dental experiences and pretty extensive dental work that she had to have done at a very young age. Dr. Goodman Worked directly with my daughter to overcome her fears and anxieties about the dentist. She has amazing techniques that absolutely work. The office and staff is very warm and caring. My daughter is now a pro at the dentist!! I actually hug Dr Goodman every time!

I’ve been going to Dr. Chan since I could remember. As a kid it was always a positive experience. His staff are kind and gentle. Over the years, he straightened out my smile so now I have one I’m proud of. Im not sure who else could have done the same: I had teeth grow in the wrong places and would have had multiple rows of teeth if it weren’t for his years of dedication to my smile! It was a long road, but he never gave up. He strives for perfection, never settling for anything less. I’ve actually had people compliment me for such perfectly straight teeth.

First of all, the location and the overall appearance of this dental practice is outstanding ! Secondly, they have a great waiting room with lots of chairs in a clean and friendly environment. Not to mention, they have a Disney movie on for the children on a big screen TV and lots of educational toys to sit down and play with. Can’t forget the magazines that are always trendy and up-to-date for the parents and older kids. Thirdly, After entering the waiting room you open the door to the front desk where you sign in. At that point you meet two fabulous hard-working front desk assistants. I must add in that the first faces you see when you walk into a dental practice for a medical practice in general are the front Dess staff. Often times, many people complain that they have a negative experience. Well that is not the case here. They work amazing together and go out of their way to make you always feel comfortable. The two laddies have worked there for over a decade. I know that because my son is now 12 and his little 2 year old sis and him both attend Dr. Chan and Associates currently. We have seen all The three dentist and most of the dental assistance who do the cleanings. I have not one single bad word to say about any of them. Another great quality about this office that says something, is that most of the employees has been there for a long time. In the years that I have been with this practice I have never had one single issue. They are great with rescheduling and not seeming like they are upset if you can’t make it to your appointment on time. When it comes to motherhood, having to cancel close to the appointment time can happen. With that being said, the front desk go above and beyond to fit the patient right back into the schedule. Also, if you need to reach one of the dentists when the practice is classed, they Leave their personal lines on the answer machine so you can call them and ask them any question you may have regarding your child that they are caring for. Dr Chan, Dr. Goodman and Dr Lavoie are truly the three best dentist I have ever met in my entire life. As a child, I can remember having horrifying visits to my dentist and always had a negative feeling towards going to the dentist in general. However, that has now changed since I have seen the amazing bedside manner these Hard-working top notch dentist show! If I was still in the age range I would definitely be a patient at this practice. I would just like to say thank you to everyone who was a part of William Chan and Associates for all your hard work and dedication towards your patients and practice. If you ever feel like you’re having a bad day and your hard work is not being noticed, just read this big review and hopefully it’ll bring a smile to your face.

We have been seeing Dr. Goodman for years and I don't have enough good things to say about her. She's great with the kids and we've hadn't nothing but good experiences at her office. Also she once helped me by adding some bonding to my teeth and when I went to another dentist to get work done he wouldn't touch it because he couldn't tell where my teeth ended and the bonding began as her work was so good! We have been going to Drs. Chan and Goodman since the kids' first dentist visit nearly 12 years ago. The experience has been excellent from baby teeth to braces. The kids are always treated kindly by the staff, and the hygienists and dentists talk directly to the kids about their teeth and brushing habits. They also clearly explain to us (as parents) what is going on, and discuss what the options are based on the situation. There are usually a few options, and they make sure we are comfortable with the recommendations - with time to make informed decisions. This team really cares about their patients and it has made going to the dentist a positive experience!
