My mother has been trying since January to get in to be seen here. As a new patient you need to call the first Monday of the month but even when you start calling before 8 by the time you speak to someone you are told that there are no available appointments and to try again the next month. Thundermist, in general; seems to have issues with having enough medical professionals on staff to keep up with the needs of the community. It isn't just in their WW dental office either, it appears to be the situation in their regular office location as well. Its a joke! A very bad one, but they are indeed a joke.

The one star is for the female dentist here, and anyone else who IS NOT AT THE FRONT!! Honestly I’ve been here 3 times and NOT ONE TIME was I greeted by ANYONE at the front desk and even when you walk up to them, they ignore you unless you speak. It’s just sad. Came here last week and walked up, no one said anything. I said HELLO, can someone help me, one receptionists looks at me and says “he can help you” pointing to someone else. Not friendly AT ALLLLLLL!!! No smiles, no enthusiasm, no concern, NOTHING OF THE SORT!! But I am Going to stick with the office on the strength of the DENTIST AND HER ASSISTANTS. Definitely will be speaking with her next time about her people at the front.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Did not feel welcomed. Got a wisdom tooth taken out and the dentist was just awful. I could feel pain during extraction, told the doctor and he just got frustrated with me. I did not feel comfortable one bit during my experience here. Seek care elsewhere, because they have no empathy.

Ive been sitting, here in the chair, for over an hr. The dentist shot me with novicane and never came back. Im about to walk out. This is utterly ridiculous, and patients deserve better treatment. The place is freezing, and no one has come to check on me. Apparently i must not be human, because i dont appear to have rights here in this place. "You are safe here. You are welcome here". If only their slogan was true

I called 8 am to make an appointment the lady told me I couldn't make a first time appt because I did not have a primary health care provider with thundermist. That was a lie! When she transferred me to the healthcare center they told me that was not true and then transferred me back to dental and told me all appointments have been filled! I was literally the first person to call just to get lies and now im not able to make an appointment because of some idiots mistake. The lady Cindy was really helpful and apologized and tried to help me as much as possible, she even told me the other lady was wrong and reported the incident to her manager. Just very disappointed it's not fair that I have been waiting almost 2 months for an appointment and the first one to call and not even get an appointment.

Don’t like it. Rooms are too small and cramped. Not impressed. Have visited south county office which is modern and a pleasant place. Here for extraction and they wanted to do 3 teeth on both uppers. I had to decline 3. Want only one side at a time. After waiting onver 1 1/2 hours the surgeon said the space was too small to accommodate my stretcher. Last time, 2 weeks ago I showed up in a wheelchair, doctor said he couldn’t do the extraction with me in a wheelchair,, I had to come back on a stretcher. Dr said I’d have to go to a different facility. Make up your mind.

If I could put no stars as a rating I would. I have never been treated so poorly at a dental office.... first of all it took me over 3 months to get an appointment for a tooth extraction. Secondly, I waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen. Mind you my appointment was at 11am and by noon they were still dealing with 9am patients. Also, while I waited patiently to be seen I discovered there was 3 other patients who had 11am appointments. They doubled booked appointments just so you can wait 2 plus hours to been seen. So I finally got called into a room 2 hours and 15 minutes later. Once I was in a room I briefly talked with the assistant on what tooth I needed taken out. After the assistant left I then waited another 45 minutes for the doctor. He finally came in and out oral gel on my gums then IMMEDIATELY went in with the syringe of Novacaine. I paused him with his hand in my mouth an and questioned him about using the syringe before my gums are even numb, he said yes and continued to proceed so I took the pain until he hit a nerve which made my body jerk and my hand go up. He didn't like that so he unprofessionally got mad, said I need to be sedated (mind you I've never needed sedation for a tooth extraction) then left the room immediately. I was then told to go somewhere else and that he would not be doing the procedure. I was told to leave and go somewhere else. I was treated poorly, my doctor at the time ((((dr. Goldstein)))) was unprofessionally, not caring, did not make me feel comfortable, and was aggressive. I don't recommend anyone to this doctor.

Don't bother calling. All you get is a message that replays on loop 'If this an emergency, please dial 911...." blah blah blah.

I was a new person to the office, they got me in and out in great time. People were friendly and helpful. My tooth needed to be pulled and it was painlessly. Would recommend to others

One of the staff woman are Rude and she doesn't pay attention . She asks you the question that you already answered her the first time. The dentist are good. Besides the fact they usually claim wisdom teeth need to be pulled, they're pretty good. The only thing I dislike is dragged out appointments.

Kind, dedicated practitioners. Don't go by the recommendation of some illiterate sorehead who is too immature to realize that patients sometimes have to wait to receive medical assistance.

I had excruciating pain in my tooth and tried to be seen for a week as an emergency. No openings. What happened to emergency slots on the schedule? Turned out to be an abscess when I ended up in hospital ER. But they don’t extract teeth. Told to demand to see dentist next day. When I walked in dentist said you need to make an appointment to see a oral surgeon and ours won’t be in till next week and he’s booked. Wrong on so many levels. Ended up going to my old dentist and had it extracted immediately. Had to pay out of pocket as he did not except my current insurance. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend them. The Department of Health will be notified

They have never done me wrong, my dentist is very nice along with the staff.. aside from one woman, she was a little, ill say... 'spicey' because I ran 10 minutes late for first appointment. Had extractions, went well aside from my stubborn roots. Had a bone fragment that worried me, and they took me in asap to treat it. I was sceptical because of some of the other reviews, but the more I go, the more I like them. I feel like most other people just like to complain about the little things. It's an dental office, not a spa. Some appointments seem long away, but I feel they have a higher volume of patients than other practices so its understandable. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs help with their mouth.

I went in for a cleaning and was going to use the rest room and as always the toilet was over flowing I asked to use another restroom and the gentleman took me to the back to use another one and that restroom had no toilet paper or soap not even hand sanitizer I asked the gentleman if there was another restroom because of what was missing in that one and he said that those are the only restrooms. Well nothing like saying I’m sorry I’ll get someone to stock the rest room and clean it so you may use it no he didn’t do that instead he just went on his merry way like they all do in that place not to mention there machines are always dusty and not everyone in that place is friendly. I will never go back to that gross place again and it’s sad because I really liked my doctor there she was awesome I believe the health department needs to go there and make them scrub everything down including the restrooms.

The rudest, most unprofessional front desk reception staff. Between standing and waiting for people to get off their phones to acknowledge people standing in front of them, to losing appointments, to never getting confirmation texts, to losing xrays, to getting hung up on, to getting transferred in mid sentence to a managers voicemail who is out of town, if there were a zero star rating, that’s what I would rate this office. I would never put myself through the aggravation of ever trying to work with this office again.
