This place is the worst .I had a filling done that I didn't even need as I questioned the dentists work having given me some rough grinding dental work I decided to have his work inspected by another dentist and he couldn't believe what city dental had done to my mouth I give them negative 100 stars

Went today to have several teeth pulled including two impacted lower wisdom teeth. The girls at check in were warm friendly and professional the wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The tech took xrays and i was in the chair. The dentist was super nice and very efficient. Absolutely hands down the best dentist i have ever been to. They accept state insurance for extraction and dentures only so I plan to call in a few weeks to get estimates and save the money to pay out of pocket.

As another posted, very unprofessional! More specifically the Doctor. The women at the front desk were quite pleasant and understanding seeing as I was about five minutes late. The doctors assisant was also kind and even sparked up some conversation. The doctor however was incredibly rude. He actually without notice grabbed my bottom teeth and top and literally stretched my mouth open he did it so roughly, I have never been treated like that.. I have a very small mouth so it is a bit of a struggle but no need to do what he did. I had a question that i was curious about because i like to know things and be informed, at that point ive already been given local anethetic so speaking was a challenge i tried a couple times and i swear he was acting like he didnt understand on purpose so i said its okay nvm and he actually said thankyou to me. I am a 20 yo F and I have far less attitude than this grown man. He should not be working anywhere that involves working with the public. I was absolutely dismayed when extraction of the second tooth, I raised my hand because every doctor I've ever been to tells you that if anything is wrong raise your hair. When I did the doctor continued and would not spot and they were basically holding me down. I explained to the doctor how I was being treated and he stopped and told me to go somewhere else. GLADLY! DO NOT GO THERE. Goodluck to you if you do...

I had a wonderful experience at City Dental in Woonsocket. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I saw all the horror videos on youtube and was expecting pain and misery, but instead I felt almost NO PAIN AT ALL. I was shocked honestly. I got local anesthesia, so i was awake during the whole procedure. The dentist I had was funny and comforting, and so was his assistant. I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience with getting my wisdom teeth pulled. I hardly felt the needles at all. They look daunting, but are honestly not painful. The whole procedure took about a half an hour. It was super fast, and as of right now, i am writing this review almost 3 days later and I have very little pain. I highly recommend this dental surgeon if you need to get your wisdom teeth out.

I went it to get my tooth extracted. The dentist made me feel at home, he was very friendly and made my experience a GREAT 1!!!! He explained everything he was doing he was going to do the procedure. He was quick and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all.

I had been 2 times at this dental and for the first time out of all the dentals i had been. this dental pull out my 1 back tooth out in an angle that they messed up my gums. first time ever most dental had done it with plyers not with an ice pick of how ever you call that pointed tool. now i have a big lump on my gums after all they try to make me smile. will never go there. so privately and for what. but also they had my mom get her gums fix 4 time to make some ugly denture that keep falling out of her mouth when she try to talk. what a bummer. then cause i got upset i was trying to tell her or explain how my mom had the old teeth done..lol she catch an attitude and called me crazy and all thee above a book of science don't even have. so i give it 1 star. i never had no problem with any dentist ever.

I went and got my wisdom teeth pulled today. They got pulled by Italo Lozada, he didnt numb my mouth enough and i felt all of it, and when i told him i felt everything he was doing, he yelled at me and said "well i dont have all day, its either you let me finish or you walk out now" This was the worst experience EVER and ill never go here again. Italo already has a claim on him from a patient in the past for doing something similar to my experience.

Amazing! The people there are so nice and really care about you. Had all of my wisdom teeth removed and the dentist there, Mr. Lozada, was authentically extremely nice and understanding the entire time. Even though it's a far drive, would definitely recommend and visit again.

I was 7 months pregnant and in need of a wisdom tooth extracted. While making the appointment over the phone the lady was helpful and courteous. When the day came for the extraction I was very nervous. Walking in ,it was a nice setting, clean. The staff were very nice and always smiled. It made me feel welcome. The Dr came in and introduced himself. We talked about our kids, and he even made me laugh. I felt very comfortable , like I was with people I knew for a long time. He did not rush and it was over very quickly. I have NEVER met a dentist/oral surgeon like him before.He is definitely one of a kind!

I've had a God awful time fixing my teeth due to the last doctors mistake. City Dental, however, have helped me a lot. First time I had 6 teeth pulled and my wisdom teeth pulled. I wasn't there any longer then an hour and I had no problem healing up quickly. Recently one tooth here and one tooth there due to cavities. I'll always choose city dental.

I was so scared to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, but I had the best experience at City Dental. The dentist and staff were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend everyone who needs any type of dental work done to go there.

Would not recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy , I had attempted to make an emergency visit as a tooth they had filled for me less than a month ago had fallen out , the earliest they could get me in was 2 weeks , while driving over an hour to my appointment that was scheduled for 9 am on 09/25 , I was called at 8:46 am telling me the dentist had called out and my appointment needed to be cancelled . I explained I was in excruciating pain and asked what the earliest they could resecdule ; the response I received was next Tuesday 10/03 . I explained my frustration and was told that thy had accommodated me and that was the earliest they could get me in. No apologies or anything ; no sympathy at all from the staff member that had called me to cancel . I called today 09/25 asking if anything was available before next Tuesday and was told they accommodate me and did me a favor , really did me a favor if that was the other way around and if I was to cancel I would get charged for a cancellation but it is okay from them to cancel 15 minutes before an appointment and have no sympathy ; WORST dentist office I have ever encountered ever ; This is not the first poor experience I have had with them , my other experience was scheduled a cleaning and staff members did not communicate with each other so they attempted to charge me twice for the visit . WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.. Could not post this comment wihtout rating it atleast 1 star but i give it a 0.

Attitude!!!! Rude, dishonest and unprofessional! The girl Leishia told me they were ONLY taking an x-ray. (Because I asked to meet the dentist, I had a few questions before the extractions on my daughter. She was in so much pain she wasn't thinking clearly and has med-allergies.) The dentist, didn't give the Novacaine a chance to work before ripping 2 wisdom teeth out...I though she was ONLY TAKING AN XRAY???!!!!??? My daughter came out to the waiting area crying her eyes out "they hurt me!" The dentist actually, cracked the 3rd tooth then said "you can't take the pain, I can't pull it!" Let my daughter leave with a now cracked wisdom tooth. From the time they took X-rays extracted two teeth and cracked the third it was a total of 15/20 minutes.

I had an abscess under a tooth with a root canal and crown. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was told 20 minute wait. At 30 minutes, one of the receptionists came out and apologized for the wait and said that they were just trying to find a room for me. A minute later I was brought in for X-rays then brought to the dental room. The dentist, although a 'little' difficult to understand due to his accent, was friendly and informative and answered all my questions. The only complaint was he did not use a topical anesthesia before injecting the lidocaine, so the needle was extremely painful, especially considering I was already in pain. The extraction was relatively quick. They gave me 2 sheets of instructions to care for myself to aid in the healing process. They took me the same day I requested service, treated me well and showed care in my treatment. I would recommend them.

I just went today to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out 1 semi impacted 1 severely impacted 2 decent. I was so nervous going in but the whole procedure took all but 20 minutes including numbing. Painless and quick the doctor was the nicest man I have ever met he made me feel so welcome and so relaxed to get it done. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

All i can say is my experience there was HORRIBLE!!! Rude,waay too rough im in so much pain!! The dentist and his assistant were so ignorant!!! He was going to leave me with half my tooth pulled because I told him I was in pain....He should NOT be allowed to touch another mouth!!! Only reason for his 1 star is cause i can't post anything without rating

The place milks the insurance company and screws the patient in the process. They have you come back 4 times for dentures for what can be done in 2 appointments possibly 1. They had me drive up 2 times for impressions which should of been once. Then 1 time to pick a color which took all of 1 minute. All the while you are waiting for a denture to eat solid food! This shows they dont care about the person coming in....Your just another buck!

I unfortunately had to have the rest of my bottom molars pulled out. The Dr was very very informative about why. He also reassured me about coming bAck and making sure I will be able to eat right again. The nurses were also very very awesome when I had a meltdown after the novicane injections. Thank you so so much Dr!

I call today to schedule an appointment for new patient and there website say they take all insurance providers but they lie they wont take my state insurance unless I'm 18 or younger that not right plus i hear good thing and people say there the best but maybe they got pay to say that about them will i guess i wont be going there at all

Extremely unprofessional, the office manager is rude, she made my 3 year old daughter cry. Apparently, no children are allowed in the waiting area, but she never informed us of that before the appointment.

They r very nice ppl and my dentures look like real teeth but I went back 2 twice and I still can't eat good wit them even when I glue them in that's the only thing I dislike other than that I like them

There's nothing I can say that's good about this place. My tooth was extracted wrong and had to go back for two visits so he can fix his mistakes and shave my gums down, which is not fun. Pay attention to how they treat you before you let them touch your mouth. I waited two hrs after my appointment time to be seen and the lady at the desk was rude.

Absolutely awful. Terrible customer service regarding questions from the staff. Guarantee on a minimum of 30 minute wait past your scheduled time (I've waited 45mins to an hour) I wish I never came here but I'm mid procedure and basically "stuck" as I don't want to prolong the already extended process of replacing teeth. It's embarassing to have to talk and be in public when my mouth looks like a mess!

I highly recommend City Dental. I just had 3 teeth pulled and had the best experience there. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I felt comfortable. I am usually very jumpy when getting my teeth worked on, but not here. I was laughing and not at all nervous! This was absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had in my life. I am almost 40 yrs old so that has to say alot! I am going to make this my permanent dentist from now on!!!

I have never had issues with my teeth until i went and got an examination done on my teeth. I expected to have some work done since i had a cracked tooth for the past 2 years. NEVER have i had any issues until i got a cleaning and then sent back to see the dentist for another exam and all he did was bang on a few of my teeth with that medal thing. The following week i had the worst tooth pain, my face swelled up so bad i had to go to the ER. You would think i would feel comfortable but nope. The receptionist are not nice to you unless your HISPANIC .. just so damn rude I am so pissed off man.. Then told me TWO different out of pocket costs before i could get my tooth pulled. I so strongly don't recommend anyone to go to this freaking dentist office unless you want to feel like a piece of crap. Or unless you can speak Spanish. So rude and then the lady hung up on me.. GREAT way to keep your costumer STUPID.

I waited for a long timw to be seen and while i was waiting the dentist was in the other room talking to the other patient about drugs. Real nice. To top it off he comes in my room and had nothing but attitude i was furious needless to say i didnt get my teeth removed. Definately do not want someone injecting me with a local anesthesic with that kind of attitude.

I continue to receive calls from this place about appointments for someone named Anna. I've had my number for at least 10 years now and no one in my family is named Anna. I told one receptionist who called to confirm the appointment that they have the wrong number and continue to receive these annoying calls to confirm this person's appointments. If they can't manage the administrative records aspect, then I wouldnt trust them with medical procedures. Please stop the harassing phone calls.
