my son didn't get his braces until he was 15 and Dr Fotini made this experience so easy. my son's dental plan was originally for about 2 years but he wound up getting them off within 18 months. my son's teeth look beautiful...I'm forever greatful, especially that he'll have them off for his senior portraits!!

Every one of the staff members is extremely kind and patient. They personalize each interaction to make children feel comfortable. They go above and beyond to explain every step of the process to children and parents. My boys look forward to their visits each time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience each and everytime.

I would give it a 5 star but the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. Considering it was my sons first dental appointment it honestly made me and my husband nervous. Once we got upstairs everything went pretty smooth. The dr and the hygienist were very kind and our son got through the exam a lot better than we anticipated.

Recently my 5 year old needed to get a filling at the Providence location. The Staff are always friendly and the procedure went as well as can be hoped with a 5 year old who is afraid of the dentist and required more numbing due to hitting a nerve in her tooth. While she cried for most of the time (this is her first dental procedure other than a cleaning and she was scared) she was cooperative and they were very patient with her. The dentist allowed me to play a video on my phone to help distract her during the procedure and while it definitely helped her get her mind off of what was going on my arm was about to fall off by the end of it from having to hold it up, and I felt as though I was in the way although they assured me I wasn't. My only suggestion would be to have some kind of holder for phones or Ipad's attached to the light so they can try to distract themselves while its going on without impeding the dental team and allowing the parents the ability to comfort their children.

My daughter had to get 2 rounds of braces and my other child felt pain although they medicated him. Unprofessional behavior holding my daughters teeth hostage for a balance of 750 dollar balance. He’s supposed to be a professional why 2 rounds of braces?! Excuses is all I heard from him. Umm hello I can continue to make payments. If anything I should have gotten a discount!!

We had our first appointment for our 1 1/2 year old today to assess a lip tie and just make sure we were on the right track with her oral care for her age. Not only did they make my baby feel comfortable they made mom feel comfortable. Dr. Ellis & Erica answered all my questions and they were wonderful to and with my little girl. AWSOME results, no surprises, no complaints. Everybody in the practice is knowledgable, professional and kind. Our family greatly appreciated the forthright nature of the experience, from our consultation, through the sometimes tough braces experience for our girl. My son is 2 years old and a happy, curious little boy. He's always gotten a bit nervous at his doctor's appointments so his father and I were concerned with how he would handle the dentist. As soon as we walked through the door and into the examination room I could see the apprehension in his eyes. Luckily, the dental hygienist, Sokane (excuse the spelling) was AMAZING. He was very gentle, kind, patient and extremely focused on exactly what my son needed. He continously asked my son what his interests and favorite activities were and proceeded to discuss them in a very enthusiastic manner that only a 2 year old could appreciate! Dr. Lasser came in after and held my son gently in his lap and calmly explained what he was going to do with his tools. Because of the amazing and gentle staff, my son did so great! Never cried, never became shy, never became nervous and never seemed to be uncomfortable for even a second. A very successful first visit for us and my son even said that he looks forward to the next visit!
