If you’re searching for a pediatric dentist, look no further! Great hours, and great staff! The hygienists are caring and meet the needs of each individual kiddo. Dr. Jay Hencler definitely knows his stuff, and is absolutely amazing at getting his exams completed by showing kindness, compassion, and incorporating parents to help ease the fears of little ones. Highly recommend!

Miss Michelle who answers the phone and claims she is a supervisor needs to be trained on phone etiquette. And she also needs to know how to schedule appointments correctly. She told me my appoint was today then I called to confirm and she said it was another day. Miss Michelle if you hate your job find another one please dont take it out on innocent children trying to see a dentist.

My son had an appointment with Dr. Hencler to have two teeth extracted but only one was removed. After removing only the first tooth, I heard Dr. Hencler say to his assistant, "I'm not doing this. We're doing the other one another day", and then he storms out of the room and never returned. You can't expect every child that comes in to just sit there and not budge. This was my child's FIRST time ever to have a tooth removed -- and that can be scary to a child! For a Dr. who is supposed to have experience in these situations, he did not handle it professionally at all. He cared more about how the other kids would react to his screaming than how my son is feeling on that table while he's yanking out his tooth. "I need you to stop screaming so the other kids waiting won't hear you". Dr. Hencler had NO patience and was highly irritated, kept shaking his head, and stormed out the room. Maybe Dr. Hencler is good at regular routine appointments but he definitely couldn't handle an extraction. Thank you for making my child feel like a failure. If he couldn't handle removing the other tooth, it could have been mentioned to his assistant outside the room where my son would not hear OR he could have spoken to Me outside the room -- but he stormed off and never returned. (Very unprofessional) To add to this HORRIBLE experience, no instructions were provided on how to treat the extraction afterwards and I had to ask if he could eat and what to do for treatment.

Excellent with my 2 older kids and my baby. Dr. Hencler has a very good attitude and the hygienists were amazing!

Dr. Hencler is great! My son had his very first dental appointment here and it went very smoothly with no crying. I do have a suggestion though, since you have very limited hours, I think a patient online portal may be helpful. I know my son has an appointment but I can't remember when and then having to remember to call during the only two days a week you're open is difficult. Other than that it's a great place!

My almost-3 year old has been here 3 times now for her cleanings. Dr. Hencler and staff are great!! Kendra & the other hygienists are so patient with the kids and know how to handle their different personalities. They move quickly & efficiently, but also let the kids know whats going on and wait for them to be ok with it. For a little girl with anxiety its amazing!! Bonus: The kids get to pick a "surprise" at the end of the visit too!

Brought my children to Dr. Hencler's office today. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Tara was very patient and sweet to my children when she was cleaning their teeth. My daughter who is six asked me if we could come back to the office before we even left. If they are happy I'm happy. Wonderful office.

Amazing staff - all so very helpful, efficient, accommodating, timely, respectful, nice and thorough both in person and over the phone...wonderful atmosphere that's bright, cheery, welcoming and calm. My children, aged 8 and (almost) 14 actually LOVE the dentist because of going here!
