A great place with great people. I had a chipped tooth and called and left a message on Saturday, they got back to me Monday morning and I had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. They fixed my tooth, fixed some old work I had had done on another tooth, and did a cleaning; they stayed longer to make sure I got all of the services I needed done in one apppintment. FANTASTIC! Recommend to anyone and will be coming back in 6 months!

if you experience any kind of anxiety associated with dentist's visits/dental work, do not book an appointment with Dr. Rogol!! He is extremely insensitive and makes even basic examinations painful.

Amazing experience from start to finish… Got me in right away when I had a problem with one of my teeth. From check-in to booking my next appointment, and everything in between, everyone was amazing to deal with and, although I have a hard time saying going to the dentist is “fun”, this is as enjoyable as it gets. Dr. Abernethy is the car salesperson of dentistry. She scared me into thinking I needed 9+ fillings during my first visit after Dr. Rogol sold his practice to her. Skeptical and unconvinced, because I hadn't had a cavity in years and no warnings during any of my prior 6 month visits, I got a second opinion. Without prompting the second dentist as to why I was visiting, he placed 2 teeth on watch, and told me both my teeth and gums were in excellent condition. We laughed about the situation with Dr. Abernethy. He asked if she was young. With my answer being "yes," he figured she just had to pay off debt. She knows what she's doing—both on the dentistry AND business side. Just be smart about your visits with her, especially if your track record has been clean to date.

Diamond Dental staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I’ve never had to wait for an appoint for more than 10 minutes. Dr. Abernethy is thorough, personal, and does a wonderful job. Her attention to every detail is such that another doctor I went to for a root canal commented on the great job done on my crown. Dr. Abernethy followed up with the other doctor doing my root canal to ensure that it was done immediately so that I was able to go on vacation as planned. I highly recommend the practice for routine care and more serious needs.

This dental practice is amazing! I am so happy to have finally found a practice that is so easy to work with, provides the latest technology, and works well with my busy schedule. Dr. Abernethy is very professional at all levels and takes the time to explain each and every procedure that she recommends. She used the latest camera technologies to show me my problem areas and was able to complete all of the necessary work during the same appointment! She had a friendly demeanor throughout the procedure, making sure that I was comfortable along the way. The staff was also great during checkin and checkout, and kept me well informed during the appointment. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service. I have the text messages showing their hygienists being unable to make the appt on Monday’s june 17th so they needed to reschedule. Those messages are time stamped at 10:17am. I was told the appt needed to be rescheduled and no option. I called the same day the following week and was told I was being a same day cancelation of $50 for having to cancel. When stating the same thing happened the week prior I was told that is different circumstances and not a policy violation. When being upset about the situation and saying there is no chance I am paying that fee since the same thing happened to me I was told by Rosa that I needed to watch how I spoke to her and that she could send my x rays anywhere else. I am cancelling all six patients, horrendous service. I have the time stamped messages and would post if i could

I visited Diamond Hill Dental today. The entire staff are very competent, pleasant and made the visit easy. Sean is a wonderful "front office" person, remembers your name and helps in all ways. The doctor is not only competent but explains everything in the procedure before she does it and asks for questions. She chats with you during the process which distracts you from "what is going on and helps you enjoy (if that is possible in a dentist office) your time there.

I went to Dr. Rogol my entire childhood. I have never had a cavatity until one day he tells me I have 7 that I need to have drilled filled. Thankfully my mother decided to get another opionin because I didn't have any pain. I was told by another dentist that the cavities are so small they may not get any bigger and unless they do, there is no need to do anything. 7 years later my 7 cavities have not grown nor have they caused me any pain! I've heard from numerous people that Dr. Rogol has caused more damage by unnecessary procedures. I would never let that man touch my mouth again!

Great staff, very knowledgeable, immaculate facility, very clear and up front about cost of services. I've been to about 10 different dentists in my life (moved a lot for work & school) and this is one of the best by far. I went to Dr. Abernathy at a previous practice 7-8 years ago and she's done 10-15 composite fillings for me that have stood up well to my less than adequate oral hygiene. Highly recommended.

As usual, Robyn did wa wonderfully thorough exam and cleaning. I was very disappointed that a new toothbrush was not offered at the conclusion of my visit. This is the first time in my 50 years of dental cleaning appointments that I have NOT received a complementary toothbrush. That is a sad sign of the times.
