This place will continuously cancel your appointments to accommodate a patient that has a private insurance just so they can get paid more. They don’t care for their patients they just care about the money and what insurance you have. Best believe if you have state insurance they will not care what pain you’re in , if it’s an emergency, if you need a tooth pulled . They will just clean your teeth make a little chump change off that and then give you a referral somewhere else. You can find a better office that will treat each patient equally and with care

I’m a new patient at Dental Solutions in Pawtucket Rhode Island. I came in with a tooth problem that I’ve had for over 2 years. Dr. Roca gave me different options about getting my tooth fixed, and most importantly...he gave me time to think it over for a few weeks before I made this important decision, but due to financial constraints I returned and had him pull out the tooth. He took it out within 30 seconds and I’m feeling great. The staff here are really friendly and caring...I recommend Dental Solutions to everyone out there in need of dental care.

I have been here several times, Dr Roca is my dentist. This Dr is one of the best dentists I've ever seen. He has done 4 extractions and surprisingly they did not hurt like I thought. Especially being wisdom teeth. I started my first 2 quadrants of deep cleaning today, I feel bad as I can't remember her name. She was the kindest, sweetest hygentist I have ever had clean my teeth. I do plan on coming back, as Dr Roca will be my dentist for as long as he practices. Keep up the great work!!! You all are kind and caring from begining to end. From the moment i walked into dental salutions i was scared, and the staff was understang of my anxiety.. They all treaded me kind and kept a calm kool vibe.. I haven't had insurance for 12 or 13 years so have been putting much feared dental work off, I finally got in to see dr. Rocca. I had to have a few extractions, and I am afraid of needles and dentists, I have to say the doctor and assistant went well out of their way to insure a painless ordeal. Now on my way to being able to smile !.. If you have been putting off dental work out of fear, do your self a favor and go to dental solutions state of the art facility's in Pawtucket RI..

Hello .. so they can be a little assertive at the front desk & communication could be better but all around experience 5 stars I went with no appointment complaining about a tooth infection originally they recommended a crown but DR. Roca saved me time and money and did an emergency extraction .. not to say speed is everything in the dental field but he removed my tooth correctly in about 5 seconds and prescribed me some medicine.. the after care directions were thoroughly explained anyone needing dental work I would recommend this place.. and I have never reviewed any business in my life before .. follow me on INSTAGRAM @lecture401

I went to get a broken infected tooth extracted and was quite nervous because of my phobia with needles, and getting my teeth pulled. The young lady who assisted him made me feel calm and answered my questions. I was still rather nervous and when the Dr. Roca came in to give me the numbing medication via the needle he also made me feel calm and relaxed and comfortable. Still I was nervous. After he started the procedure it only took him 1 minute and about 30 seconds to get the whole tooth out. I was so so relieved because I felt ZERO pain during th entire procedure. Thank you Dental Solutions and Dr. Roca and your assistant for making me comfortable. See you soon!!!!

This place is very professional. The girls at the front desk are polite and outgoing. I was brought back so quickly by the dental hygienist ASHLEY and as a new patient things take a while but, pictures were done so fast and my cleaning was done with patience and care. Not one time did ASHLEY hurt my gums which was always an issue at other places. I give this place a 5 star for being so attentive,efficient, polite and caring. I recommend this place for sure!

Customer service is horrible I rated this place 6 months ago poorly, but due to us needing the dental work I had to return. The experience I've had with the receptionist Jocelyn here was horrible. My initial concern was needing a root canal and instead of speaking to me with respect She was rude, curt, and down right disrespectful. After giving my wife an attitude she cussed when I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with a "supervisor" who I stressed the need for retraining but I feel like it was in deaf ears. We will be moving all or records to a new office and will not be returning!

Horrible receptionist, not professional at all. They start new policy without notifying the patient and if you are going to have a cleaning do not even think about bringing your kids because they don't allow it, it does not matter the age of the child, and when they call you to confirm they don't let you know of that "NEW" policy. Oh, and if you go within the 15 mts grace period they make you reschedule, they don't consider that neither.

I have seen both Dr. Roca and Dr. Leahy, they are both excellent dentist. Always asked if I’m comfortable, in pain, and doing ok. They are both very fast and my aftercare was explained thoroughly. I’ve never had any issues with anything done by dental solutions. Karlene has been awesome each I’ve come as well, always explaining what’s going on and checking in on me while waiting. All around I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I had the worst medical care I’ve ever had in my life here. First, they left me waiting for an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. Then the dentists did not communicate with me regarding any of the questions I had about the cavities I came to get filled. And later I started to get pain in the teeth I got filled and was dismissed and had to go get my issue resolved elsewhere. Then the bill I got was more than double the estimate they gave me. And even after I paid, I got another bill six months later. I have never been so cheated as I was at Dental Solutions. I do not recommend getting any dental care in there.

I called dental Solutions STEPHANIE WAS AMAZING , she first had no cancellation but about 10 Min later she called me for a immediate appt within the hour - I got two wisdom teeth out all within 2 hours time - dental solutions is now my primary dentist ! Best place to go for dental issues. They have the best staff including the doctor, the hygienists and the receptionist (I know because I use to work there). They are very professional you wont regret it. They accept all kinds of insurance including medicaid. They will work with you for payments. If not all, many of our patients have had a wonderful experience and I am sure you will too. They are so nice to ine another; It's like a small dental family. They tried to make me pay out of pocket for an unnecessary "deep cleaning". I told them I would not get it, but I needed a filling. They waited several days later right before my next appointment to tell me that they refuse to fill my tooth, because I wont get the deep cleaning. IMO they are greedy and want to milk patients for money.

They don't care for state medical goers as much as they do for non-state medical goers. The horror I was put through during my wisdom tooth extraction was mentally scarring. I was so horrified he didnt even want to do the other side which was the one side I really needed done. "I was scaring the kids." He said. His scissors weren't up to date from what I was hearing after he clipped my lips twice. Its been 3 days and I'm still horrified from the whole experience. Yeah sure the building was nice and the people were to but if your dentist doesn't treat you right then screw the whole place. They recommended I get put to sleep for my anxiety. I recommend you just don't go here if you have state medical because theyll look at you like a piece of scrap metal.

I had four fillings to be done, but apparently this dentist only does them one at a time, so I had to take multiple days out of work for a 15 minute procedure. The dentist doesn't seem to understand how this is absurd. Also, I received conflicting information about my dental conditions from the dentist and staff. Once, I called because I had sudden pain in a tooth, and they offered to schedule an emergency appointment for the next day. I said no, I would wait until next week for my regularly scheduled appointment, just wanting to make sure the dentist will check it out because of the "one filling at a time" policy. When I got to my appointment, the lady at the desk told me that I would have to wait an "extra long time" because I had an emergency appointment. I told her this appointment had been scheduled for a month, but she had decided to mark it as 'emergency' anyway, so I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Then, the dentist announced that I need a root canal, which is not covered by my insurance, and referred me to a specific endodontist for the procedure, which would cost $1300 + $900 back at Dental Solutions for a crown (also not covered). Long story short, pleasantry is no substitute for professionalism. Avoid.

I couldn't be any more pleased with dental solutions. I have had a very hard time finding a dentist and my last dentist was such a hack. When making the appointment I felt good vibes from the receptionist. My dental hygienist and dentist were AMAZING and I was very happy with all results including an extraction of a wisdom tooth that literally took my dentist 5 seconds to remove. My last dentist that I had no choice took over a half hour. My experience was by far the best dental experience. I even made my boyfriend an appointment. Also the biggest is they are extremely clean and very welcoming . Thank you very much to both my new dentist and hygienist. I recommend dental solutions to all who are looking for a great dentist. Also they take ALL insurance which is rare. Thank you again!

I recommend to go here , good customer service , i was in there for like an hour and half and got two extraction and when I felt the pain he gave me more Novocain. I’ve been going there for a while and they never fail , I appreciate that the doctor was being honest with my teeth and the doctors care about your teeth and we have too keep up with them every 6 months so you won’t have any problem but everything was good and I’m going there again for my cleaning and my goal is too keep it up with my appointments and they will work with you

These reviews must be paid or fake. If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist/office staff, or whoever makes phone calls. Called one day to make an appointment- no problem, the next day received a call to cancel the appointment an hour before saying they would not see me. I understand they may have their policies but they should also make sure every employee knows the “policy” so they are not giving out incorrect information and wasting people’s time. Then instead of simply apologizing for the misinformation, she continued to argue in a condescending and unsympathetic way, completely disgusting “customer service”.

My insurance pays 100 percent, and I just took an X-Ray with another provider a periodontic last week, no they wont accept any third Party Xrays....What to say?????? Thank you...

When I called and made my daughters appointment the staff was wonderful. Now we are still sitting in the waiting room and her appointment was at 9:45. I had to sign a contract stating if I was more then 10 minutes late then they will refuse service, but they can inconvenience their patients by running 30 minutes behind schedule. I’m not a fan of the hypocrisy but I’m hoping the dental care outweighs this. 10/15/18 - the appointment today was timely and the dr was awesome. Fast. Efficient. Thorough. I have three kids and all of us will be receiving our dental care from dental solutions

I just left my second visit and already they welcome me like I've been a patient for years. They didn't just smile but they educated me. I was helped by Amanda, she not only did an excellent job with my cleaning but she told me about everything she was doing, why she was doing it and why it would help me. Amanda showed concern in my health, that's something you can't teach. Amanda's professionalism and passion to help others is the reason why I took time out of my day to write this review. For my first visit to the dentist in a year it was amazing! My last visit to the dentist prior to today was to thundermist dental in Woonsocket and they left me trembling, crying and bleeding from only the top portion of my mouth being cleaned. This was so unpleasant it took me a year to find another dentist that accepted my insurance. Finally, after searching through lists of dentists and pages of negative reviews as well as building courage, I finally found dental solutions. They were the only dentist I found with pleasant reviews. As a firm believer in reviews, I called and made appointments for my whole family and I couldn't be happier. They did not judge me or treat me as though I were less. They were quite patient with my worried nagging and caused me no pain for my basic cleaning. They were gentle with my broken teeth. I was handled in a timely manner considering they were booked solid. I was very thankful to be squeezed in for a first time visit so that after, my broken teeth could be handled. I don't even fear the deep cleanings I'll need to have done and the last time I had to have that done was 3 years ago or so and it was agony. I am so glad I do not need to fear the dentist anymore!!
