It was my first time here after not going to the dentist for years. I was nervous because I’ve always avoided going to the dentist. Sue was amazing she was very understanding and walked me through everything she needed to do while checking if I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve also been here with my dad and they explained the billing process better than any other doctor(primary, chiropractor,etc) my family has ever been to. This was really important to us, because we need to make sure we don’t have any surprise bills that we weren’t aware of.

Dr. Udeshi and his staff always greet me with genuine, patient and positive attitudes when I walk in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. While in the waiting room I love the atmosphere with the comfortable chairs, couches, humorous tv stations that all ages can enjoy. I also love the vegitation in the waiting room as well as the drink and snack accomodations. These additions to the space make me feel more at ease while awaiting my procedure/appointment (Im always nervous to go to the dentist). Once the staff calls my name with a smile I'm always encouraged to ask questions when I'm curious or nervous before any procedure and the office is very accommodating, patient and supportive. Everyone is very personable. My fillings are always done correctly and without any furthur issues or pain. The cleanings are full of humours small talk and doing the job correctly and carefully. I couldnt ask for a better set of staff from the front desk to the assistants to my doctor, Udeshi. Coming to this office gives me a sense of professionalism but home-like comfort which is at a perfect balance for any patient. Dr. Udeshi is one of the most patient, kind and understanding doctor I know. He always makes me feel comfortable and does the job correctly! I have NEVER had to come back for the same issue to be fixed twice. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort after a procedure is done. I always get a white filling no matter where in your mouth you have an issue. The job is always done well and without any complications, mistakes or extra discomfort. He always puts his patients first and is even trying to implement therapy dogs for his patients to hold while they're nervous getting procedures done. He goes above and beyond for his patients and I would never want to be in the hands of another facility or doctor. (:

I didn't even want to give this place one star... but I guess you have to, in order to write a review. My husband went there a while back and wasn't really impressed... well last night he was in excruciating pain and in the morning it was worse. We figured because he had already gone there previously, it would be easier to just call them and get an immediate appointment... seeing he was already on file, and maybe the last experience he had was just a fluke. Nope... he went in there in such pain and all they did was take an xray... which of course they charged him for, and told him that he had a bad infection and they couldn't help him! They told him to go down the street to Aspen Dental. Well thank God he did... the people at aspen were great! They immediately gave him novacaine to help with the pain as soon as he walked in. They were so helpful and caring to him. He will be going there from now on. I wouldn't bring my pet hamster to this place...NO STARS!!!

I have had horrible experiences with dentists...So much so that I didn't go to the dentist for 4+ years. Dental Associates of RI have changed that for me. After my hiatus from any dental treatment, there were many things I needed to do. Dr. Udeshi and the team (specifically hygienist Dianne and front desk ladies Anna and Jen) made the transition so seamless and easy. I have had ~6 appointments in the last 12 months and I have never hesitated to walk in the door. Friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere. They really make it a pleasant experience. When I moved to RI from IL the one thing I was worried about was finding a dentist who was as good as I had in IL. I never thought I would find someone BETTER! Dental Associates of Rhode Island is amazing! They are so gentle, patient and understanding. I had a cavity filled tonight and they were wonderful! They also offered to support my classroom in Providence with toothbrushes and toothpaste. If you are looking for a new dentist. This is the place for you. :)

Kristen is the best dental hygienists! My gums aren't sore at all and she did some deeper cleaning. Dr. Peter Chang listened to my concerns and addressed them. This is by far the best dental office and experience I have ever had. From my first appointment, which was an emergency appointment, to the follow up appointments I have had, each one has been such a pleasant one. I need some extensive dental work done, which had made me not want to even go to the dentist for the past year, due to my previous dentist. After meeting Dr. Chang and Kristin they have made me feel so comfortable, they explain everything that is being done and are so gentle. The whole office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, including the adorable puppies that are being trained to be service dogs. I wish I could have switched to here a long ago, if I only knew. I have been going here for years now and can personally attest that I do not dread visiting the dentist like most do at all! Everyone is extremely professional and nice especially Dr Udeshi and Sue who I see 9/10 times but have never had a single bad experience with anyone else in the office. There is reading, snacks and drinks in the waiting room and thus far I have never had a long wait. I have also always received multiple notices ahead of time as scheduled appointments can be months out, and when busy you can forget to make note of the dates. I have received physical mail, texts and emails reminding me leading up to the appointment. I would, and have recommended them to friends and look forwards to my next appointment.

First visit was today. The waiting room was clean with a variety of seating options. The exam room was bright, clean and had big windows and also a TV to distract you. My hygenist was personable, friendly and thorough. I was examined by Dr Udeshi after my cleaning and he was also very friendly. They are training 2 therapy dogs that they rescued and I was invited to meet them after my visit. Everyone, from the minute I walked in the door to the moment I left was friendly. The only suggestion I would have is to mount to TVs in the exam rooms so that the patient can see it easily during the visit as it is a great distraction for the patient. Thank you!

This was the first time I visited the office. The waiting room was very cozy with a couch, chair, tv and a table and chairs which was great for filling out forms. They also had an area set up for water and assorted treats you could help yourself to. The front desk receptionist greeted me and was very kind. My hygienist came out and walked me to her room which was super clean. She did a thorough health history and exam and did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth with no pain. I then spent a brief time in the waiting room and the dentist came out and escorted me to his room. He Is a very calm, soft spoken man who explained everything he did before he did it. He fixed some issues I was experiencing and also repaired a couple of bottom front teeth that I had cracked and have been embarrassed about. They look fantastic now!! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone as it is really clean with a kind, caring and competent staff. I will definitely be returning here!!

Absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been trying to find a new dentist ever since my beloved one of 20+ years retired, and I finally did!! The office is beautiful and easy to fine. They have a lot of accommodations to make you feel welcomed as you wait. Especially if it’s your first time. The staff from the receptionist, dental assistants, dentists, financial associates EVERYONE was so warm and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what was going on. They break everything down for you and you don’t feel afraid to ask questions if you don’t understand. I’m moving at the end of the month and asked a million questions and they had an answer for each one and even went through hoops to make sure things like lab checks could be rushed so I would get my crown done in time. They also don’t seem to up-charge you or any hidden fees, they give it to you straight and prices are what they should be. So good! I love them and wish I found them sooner!! Highly highly recommend!!!

The Dr. was excellent and showed genuine concern for me. Generally speaking no one really wants to go to the dentist. Who honestly wants to get their mouth, teeth and gums plucked and picked at? I can definitely tell you that at Jaymie Haley's office the experience is as close to pleasant as it could possibly be. She talks to you keeping you busy but expecting that you won't be able to say much in return, offers a caring touch and calming tone of voice, which for me is comforting while I have my teeth worked on. In addition, the office itself is spacious and aesthetically designed while it will meet all of your sanitary needs. I highly recommend going to this office. For anyone that is looking to make going to the dentist more tolerable, in fact dare I say enjoyable... ask for Jaymie Haley!

I've been going to this same dentist for years. They have always delivered amazing service and it is evident in their work that they genuinely care about their clients. I visited just this past weekend to have some resin replaced - I travel here from Boston so it's usually a long haul for me. Best Dental office Ever! From the moment you walk in, till the moment you leave the care and service is phenomenal. Jen and her front office team do an amazing job with getting your appointments made, insurance and payments are set so you don’t have to ever have to worry about anything. Dr. Udesi is awesome! He takes his time make sure you are comfortable and explains any all all procedures. He really cares about his patients. Sue is a great hygienist! I highly recommend those two! But then again, everyone at this office is great! I have been coming to this office for years, I can’t stop telling others how great they are!
