I almost never right review but I had to. I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years I chose this place because it was close to my house but I am glad I did. Every time I go in Dr. Lakhkar and the rest of the staff put me at ease which I know is not easy because I am always so nervous (paranoid about my teeth falling out) when I go in. Robin the hygienist was also the same way and I appreciate that she took the time to call and follow up on the same day after I had a deep cleaning with her. I cannot highly recommend this dentist office more.

Let's face it, no one enjoys a trip to the dentist, but when it's time to go you might as well go where you feel comfortable, and surrounded by extremely competent professionals. Dr. Prasad and team are the best... When Karla gets through cleaning your teeth, you not only have that clean feeling, but also know that a professional has checked the entire mouth, looking for anything that could be a problem down the road. If you do need work, or want a cosmetic change Dr. Prasad is the best. You will be pleasantly surprised that Dr. Prasad is not the, "every tooth needs a filling" type doctor. He lays out a plan for you, and it's up to you whether you want the work done. He becomes a trusted doctor and a good friend, Dr. Prasad also has a great assistant, so your never without a dental professional. Laura, the office manager makes you very comfortable and greets you with a great smile. I can't say enough about the team except to say my wife and daughter also goes and are completely satisfied....Anthony George and family

I discovered Cranston Cosmetic Dentistry a few years ago on Groupon and loved it so much I became a regular patient. The office itself is modern and beautiful and the entire staff is phenomenal . I truly feel I'm in great hands when I go in and the customer service is incredible.

Dr. Prasad has been my dentist for more than thirty years, even though I now live more than fifty miles from his office. Dr. Prasad, Dr. Shanthi and his entired staff are pros who are superbly skilled in what they do. Moreover, they stay up to date on the best and latest procedures and materials and apply that knowledge in their practice (in fact, I am amazed at the number of conferences and training seminars that the entire staff attend every year). When Karla cleans my teeth, on more than a few occasions, she has spotted issues that could have been serious problems later. You always feel very welcome by Office Manager, Laura, who is also adept at putting you at ease. I have no reservations in recommending Cranston Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone who is looking for quality dental advice and work.

I had a dental emergency and they went above and beyond to see me as soon as possible as I was leaving for vacation the next day. The entire staff was so nice and the office is modern and immaculate! I was not a patient before I went today and now I am. I will be returning for my cleaning very soon. I highly recommend Dr. Lakhkar!

Cranston Cosmetic Dentistry is a very welcoming dental office It looks a five star facility and the service is five star too.. Laura greets you with a broad smile as we enter. Dr.Shanthi has been treating me ,she is very caring & a thorough dentist. Enjoy getting treated by her any day. Karla is one of the best Dental Hygienist I have known. Over all , I am very much at ease getting treatment here.

I have known Dr Prasad for over 20 years and was dignosed with a sleep disorder.I snore at night and was not getting a restful good night sleep. Dr Prasad dignosed my condition and fabricated a Sleep Appliance to be worn at night. I felt relief immediately and have been telling everybody. He and his wonderful team took great care and the customer service was exceptional . I referred a family friend who was studying at Brown University and they also had a positive experience.

Worst dentist... Told me I needed work when my teeth were fine. Also, drained my husband and my d natal account, he needs tooth repair (which is why I called them in the first place) and now he has to wait. I never do write ups, but people should know these people aren't out for you.

I prefer to have my teeth cleaned with the total attention of hygienist. Two separate times I went for cleaning, as I sit in the chair with mouth open and eyes closed. I am thinking where did she go? Opening my eyes to find hygienist right there. WATCHING T.V.!! NOT JUST ONE VISIT BUT TWO! NEVER GOING BACK(seven family members not going back either!) Got a new dentist,one who actually does his own cleanings!

Dr. Prasad and all his staff are incredibly professional, compassionate and really treat you as if you were part of the family. Dr. Les Prasad is also very careful when working, making sure not to do anything to make one feel uncomfortable. In fact, he and his staff genuinely work to make one as relaxed as possible. I am a naturalist at heart as well and he takes the time to listen to me about the concerns I have with using certain products. He respects my decisions and doesn't try to guilt me or coerce me into products and procedures that I neither want or need. I even have my son who is 2.5 go in for wellness visits and he loves the experience! I always recommend Dr. Prasad for general dentistry along with those looking for cosmetic dentistry. I had three veneers put on my front teeth and you can't even tell. My smile is wonderful and I am so grateful to him for doing such a great job because walking around being self conscious of chipped or jagged teeth is depressing, I never wanted to smile. Ugh.... But now, I smile all the time! If I had ten thumbs, he'd get 10 thumbs up, but I only have two so that will have to suffice. Basically, you won't be disappointed with the caliber of service and genuine care at this office.

It was probably 10yrs since i been to a Dentist before coming to this office. I have had several cleanings done and some work done with a lot more work to go. The cleanings are always pleasant, i always leave happy and with a tooth brush! Crown or cavity i couldn't be happier with my experiences it is always very quick, painless, clean and they listen very well as well as ALWAYS making sure you're comfortable and that nothing it bothering you. Highly recommended!
