If I could give this practice 20 stars, I would! They are AWESOME! I am a total coward about going to the dentist, and stopped having routine care several years ago because I just didn’t have the guts to do it any more. I started having some pain in one of my teeth last week, and was concerned that I had a serious problem. The dentist I had gone to previously couldn’t “fit me in” for a week, and made it clear that since I hadn’t been a regular patient, I wasn’t a priority. I called the Capalbo office in Wickford out of desperation, based on their excellent reviews, but didn’t have much hope about being seen. Instead, I got the most friendly welcome, and an appointment two hours after I called. The entire staff was so caring and supportive, and I didn’t get a lecture about why I hadn’t seen the dentist in so long. Not only did I have my problem evaluated and a plan of treatment developed, but they also managed to find time to do my first cleaning in a few years, and it was totally painless! Everyone was just so nice. Needless to say, I need to have a couple of procedures because I haven’t had care for a while. Ordinarily these would have terrified me, but now I feel confident about undergoing the treatments, and I am looking forward to getting back to a regular schedule of dental care. This is what patient care SHOULD be like!
