Great dental office. Front desk staff is always friendly and greets me with a smile, all of the hygienists are great, as well as Dr. Unger. Very professional and sanitary. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ‘ve been coming to this Dentist Office since we moved to the area in 2003. Dr. Salem is a fine Dentist, but the reason I continue to come to this practice is my Hygienist, Jenna Carneiro. She is friendly & the most thorough Hygienist I have ever had. My teeth are squeaky clean when Jenna is finished her work. Jenna is a valuable asset to this practice ! I had my regular appointment last Wednesday with Jenna, my Hygienist and as usual my teeth were squeaky clean and attractive. Jenna keeps my gums pink and healthy!

Since finding this place, I now don't mind going to the dentist because my hygienist Lorna makes me comfortable and she's so thorough. She communicates well. There's no surprises, she tells me everything she's doing and why. The atmosphere is great too!

I would have given 0 stars if I could. I went to this dentist in search of immediate emergency care. I was treated with the up most disrespect and was shocked by the dentists extreme disregard for the importance of someone's smile. She told me that she would need to pull almost all of my teeth out and that there are "worst things in life". That may be, but as a dentist she should have offered me some kind of beneficial option. So now, I have found a dentist that is FIXING my teeth and they don't need to extract any of them. You are a lousy dentist. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There is nothing worse than someone who does there job without any CARE for the people they treat.

I have been afraid of going to the dentist for so Long.. Had experienced lots of pain before at other dental clinics..my front tooth chipped so I walk in Alpha Dental and Staff was very friendly. Was given an appointment for the next day. I arrived they took xrays and Immediately the Dentist came in very professional and friendly..didn't feel any pain at all.. Now I can smile again..great job!! See u guys soon

I went in for a sore swellon tooth and instead of being treated I was told there was nothing wrong with my tooth. When I go to check out I'm presented with a bill close to 3000$ dollars to fix 2 cracked fillings. I ended up seeing another dentist for the same sore tooth and find out it was infected and was given an appointment to have it removed. Never again will I go here. The dentist and dental assistant were both rude and uncaring. Only was concerned about the work that cost the most money not about the paitients.

I needed a tooth pulled badly and I got an appointment the very next day and had my tooth pulled on the spot. I didn't need to make another appointment to come back to have it pulled like many other dentist's offices . Quick, speedy & VERY friendly service . Best dentist I've ever been to . I would definitely highly recommend this office to EVERYONE .Extremely satisfied, thank you!

I also would give them zero stars if could because of the simple fact that I find them unprofessional I had to correct them an what tooth need to be pulled not once but 3 times (they made the appointment an should know) I also had to yell to stop when they went to check it the novacaine had taken effect which it did not

I used to hate going to the dentist but since I've came here, I love going ! Jenna is an amazing hygienist. I've also had two filings done here and they always do an awesome job. Always leaving with a big smile on my face. My little sister loves it here as well! Would recommend to anyone!

Called Alpha Dental because I was in severe pain with a abscessed tooth. They took me in right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They started by taking x-rays and shortly after, the dentist (Thomas Unger), came in and explained to me what was going on and also talked to me about some different options. I decided to have my tooth extracted. I cannot stress enough how comfortable he made me feel, I always knew what was coming next, no surprises. Within minutes, my tooth was out and I was pain free. It's been 6 hours since I left and everything is going great. I highly recommend Alpha Dental!!!!

Dr. Thomas Unger is either incompetent or lazy. After complaining of tooth pain he accused me of having 'phantom pain syndrome'. He referred me to another Dr. who barely looked at my tooth and agreed with his bizarre diagnosis. I dealt with the pain until it required an emergency visit to an Oral Surgeon who looked at the tooth in question and within 30 seconds found a crack in my tooth (and a substantial infection to explain the pain). Unfortunately at that point my tooth was beyond repair and needed to be removed. Against my better judgement I stayed on as a patient at Unger's 'Alpha Dental' branch, never seeing him again until this morning. I have pain and sensitivity in a tooth with a filling. Once again he says nothing is wrong after taking a 10 second look in my mouth. Also he did not remember me as a patient, forgot my name altogether, and neglected to review my medical chart and so knew nothing about my specific case.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I went to get partials, & the lady dentist was great. She was fast & efficient. In fact when the teeth came back , she didn't like the way they looked on me, so she sent them back & they were perfect. I now have a great smile & would definitely go back if I had too. She was very professional. She also did some fillings.

Well let's just say I didn't go to the dentist for a while. I went here and the cleaning was great but the dentist came in looked at my x rays and told me I had to pull a bunch of teeth and get partial dentures. I was freaked out and asked about fillings or anything she said no. Then I asked about root canals and she said well yeah if you want to do that and gave me a price list for 4 root canals. Long story short I went to another dentist after having my wisdom teeth out and they tell me they can all be fixed and one possible root canal. Looking at the rest of the reviews im not the only one they have done this to. So if I didn't ask questions or get a second opinion I would have pulled all those teeth and had dentures not knowing they could be fixed. Btw she was extremely rude and didn't even look at my teeth just the 2d X-rays.
