How rare it is to find such a well-run dental studio full of caring, knowledgeable folk! Dr. Castillo is incredibly skilled and caring; she treats both her patients and her staff with real respect. Most importantly, she does things the “right” way, with great integrity and state-of-the-art knowledge. The dental technicians are clearly well trained, and they, along with Dr. Castillo, have taught me so much about dental health. Likewise, the office staff is patient, caring, helpful, and organized. I always understand the cost of a procedure beforehand, and I never have to worry about pain or roughness because they take the time to make sure the patient is comfortable. In a world where time is money, that’s a generous act. I can’t say enough good about this dental studio; I like it so much that I drive in from out of state.

I love it here! I am a new patient and just had my second visit today. Everyone is incredibly kind, from the front desk staff to the hygienists and Dr. Castillo! The office is pretty timely - both times I’ve been, I sat only a few minutes late (better than many offices I’ve been to!). The front desk is very well organized, friendly and helpful. In fact, the first time I visited, I accidentally left my card there; they called me and stayed a few minutes late so I could go back to pick it up! Happy to continue as a patient here for many years to come!

Being someone who needs extensive dental work done due to a chronic medical condition, i began looking for a new dentist, with a solid reputation, who also offers an option for sedation. This office is beautiful, clean and equipped with modern technology. Dr. Castillo is not only kind and charitable, as evidenced by pictures and awards displayed around the office, but she's also a dentist that continues to remain passionate and educated on the current trends and technology of her industry. She by brings that passion to her patients in her treatment plan explanation. Nothing was sugar coated or vague. I left the office understanding the full extent of the damage my mouth had suffered and also understanding the amount of work needed to restore it to health. I am 100% confident that if anyone can help me with my massive dental needs, it is Dr. Castillo. I'm extremely grateful to have found this office and relieved to no longer be full of fear.

I AM VERY IMPRESS WITH MY NEW BIOLOGICAL DENTIST.!!! I went to see Dr. Castillo for a consultation for my amalgam safe removal procedure. I have mercury fillings and I am afraid I will get more sick If I do not get them out soon. I was recommended by my girlfriend to the office. When I came in, the office is high tech with nice smell, like a spa. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Dr. Castillo knows her field. She gave me a tour of my mouth and told me about mercury concerns, and how she does the amalgam safe removal. This is the first time I go to a dentist that I am not afraid. The office is very clean and I am impress with the amount of knowledge and compassion Dr. Castillo showed. I made my appointment to get my fillings replace.

I was very hesitant to share my story but I feel that it’s necessary to prove how amazing Dr. Castillo is. . . . Saturday morning I became very ill and fell face-first on the side walk. The fall was so bad that I became unconscious, bruised my face and chipped three of my teeth. If you know me, you know that I love to smile and with school starting in a few days, I was devastated that I couldn’t greet my kiddos with a genuine smile. I automatically reached out to the one person who could come to the rescue; Dr. Castillo. & sure enough she did! Not only was I serviced on such short notice but my visit was a pleasant one starting with Dr. Castillo’s staff, especially Liza and Isabelle who are super caring and knowledgeable and ending with Dr. Castillo who restored my smile. I am SUPER SATISFIED. I came into this appointment with fear but I knew that I couldn’t trust anyone else with my smile. Thank you Dr. Castillo. I am forever indebted to you.

I didn't even know what a biologic dentist was until I met Dr. Castillo. Imagine Whole Foods... but for Dentists. This office uses less of all the bad chemicals and Dr. Castillo promotes natural products instead. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her field. I had no idea that toxic chemicals were already in my body in the mercury fillings and I'm so happy that I've had them taken out. Since then, my energy level has increased and I feel so much stronger.

Dr. Castillo was recommended by my wife who goes to Aesthetic Dental Studio of Rhode Island for her dental care. I usually avoid the dentist at all cost. After going to Dr. Castillos dental office just once, I find it much easier to keep up with my dental hygiene and dental care. When I hear my friends dreading their dental visits it gives me pause. I have such a different experience. I am warmly greeted, my appointments are timely, the hygienist is thorough and always gentle. They always ask about concerns and health changes. They always offer excellent advice and guidance in caring for my teeth. The office is clean and relaxing and they even ask about my son who was a former patient. Dr. Castillo is knowledgeable and very thorough and practices safe mercury free dentistry. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here.

If you have been putting off going to the dentist because you’re afraid, go see Dr. Castillo. The staff is always so welcoming. I actually had a different hygienist this visit named Maria. Both hygienists, Cynthia and Maria are gentle and make your teeth feel great.

I just called this office to find out some information about seeing the dentist and having a tooth extraction done. Before I could finish explaining what was going on with it, the woman who answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said we don't do it that way. So I said well you don't let me finish explaining what is going on so I won't be making an appointment with this practice if you don't listen to the patients explain themself first. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The woman who answers the phone was rude. I don't recommend trying to call and explain why you need to be seen, just find another practice.

My husband and I never had been so mistreated by a receptionist in a dentist office like this one! There's has been numerous incidents that I cannot take any longer! I cannot say the same thing about the dentist which unlike the receptionist is very professional and kind! The receptionist often treat patients bad, very unprofessional and rude! I wouldn't be surprised if she she is related to the owner because she looks very confident when she treats you in Bad way! If she doesn't like you she would make everything harder on you, and changed your appointment without notice and when you confront her she says, she never spoke to you or made your appt! Basically she is calling you a Liar! She would harass you on the phone until you pick up and when you call her attention, she would tell you "That's how we run things here" basically if you don't like it leave! I seen her mistreating other clients so badly that I just couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing! and so many others.... Well I guess she is the one the Run the place! The only thing that kept me there was Dr. Castillo but cannot take it any longer! I would be looking for another doctors office with professionalism and worth my money!

I was happy to found a place that listen to you and do not make you feel like you are crazy when you talk about your symptoms. I am happy with the option given and how professional they are. Very Pleased with my visits! Came to the office to see Dr. Castillo for amalgam removal. I want to remove the mercury and replace them with no metal filling. She explained the procedure she uses following SMART so I do not get more toxic in my body. I have already gone few times and every visit everyone is very welcoming. The office is clean and smells nice. They even gave me a blanket and my own chap-stick after the my procedure. I have my cleaning schedule for next week, can wait to see Cynthia. She is a great hygienist. I would recommend my family and friend to The Aesthetic Dental Studio of RI.

Dr. Castillo is absolutely the best dentist I've had in my adult life (and I've lived all over the country and out of country). I had a bad experience a few years back in which my dentist (out on the west coast) wasn't able to get my teeth numb enough. Let me tell you, the pain I felt when having that crown put in still haunts me. I've been avoiding the dentist like a heart attack, but I finally caved in when I suspected a cavity or two. Flash forward present day, the team here at Aesthetic Dental Studio of RI has made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The office is clean, feels homey, they employ the latest technology, and most importantly, my dentist was confident she could improve my dental experience. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was awesome and hilarious, I've never laughed so much during a cleaning. I had to come back in for some cavities (yikes!), they didn't dismiss my fears and made special arrangements to help with my anxiety. Dr. Castillo was able to numb my teeth in a pinch, I had no cause for concern, she made it too easy. All my fears dissipated. She is just a top notch professional, genuine and caring, I cannot say enough good things about her and the rest of her team!
