Advanced Dentistry

My name is Lindsey and I work for Advanced Dentistry as the receptionist. I want to write a review about our wonderful practice. Dr. Lee is a phenomenal dentist and I'm not saying that because I work for him. He truly cares about his staff and his patients. I'm very fortunate to have a great dentist to get my dental work done and I have a pleasure of working in his office. We have a great staff that works here and the utmost care for our patients. I give our office 5 stars.

I've only been twice so far. Once for a consultation / evaluation and then for a follow up to that to get the treatment plan and more specifics. I must say I have been thoroughly impressed. I went to one of "those other implant specialty dentists" you always see advertised and got an astronomically expensive estimate for my situation. That was after my original dentist gave me a super high estimate for pretty much the same thing. I was previously told I needed "the works" and felt like I had no recourse. I first went to the convenient Plainville office and saw Dr. Calandrelli. He is personable, professional and reassuring. He did a thorough exam and then presented me with options. OPTIONS!! I was shocked. So pleasantly surprised. I went a second time for a further consultation to the Riverside, RI office. Dr. Calandrelli had confired with Dr. Lee to confirm the best plan of care and he explained all my options, the procedures and costs. I had time for questions without feeling rushed or stupid. They even worked out the costs and gave me options with insurance, if some treatment could be spread out and some various possibilities. They understood my limited budget and concerns and tried too work something out that was the best option. The other "specialists" did not discuss options, any other possibilities or any types of procedures that would have various budget options. The Plainville office is smaller and not quite as elaborate as the RI office. Nonetheless, it was a great experience. The staff was lovely. They were patient, because I unexpectedly had to bring my son with me, and they were kind and professional. That helped me to be able to concentrate and to not be stressed so I could listen and pay attention. I know this is long, but I have previously had some unhappy dental experiences and this was like a breath of fresh air. I will write another review after I get the work done. I just love that they truly make it about you being happy and satisfied and not about them getting richer. Free consultations. Give them a try. I literally cried years of joy . Lori M., Attleboro MA

Maybe I just went on a bad day but when I went in for a consultation for dental implants, the receptionist was on the phone, the other girl at the desk was on her cell phone ignoring me. When I was finally checked in, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seen. The girl who took me in for the dental x-ray barely said hello. I never got to see Dr. Lee (who I asked for when I made the appointment), I saw his associate who was pleasant enough and did apologize for the wait, asked if I wanted to see the woman who does the financial aspect, but after being there for more than an hour, I couldn't stay any longer. Just didn't get a good feeling for my first (and probably only) visit.

My family and I love coming to Advanced Dentistry. Every time we come we are welcomed by 2 beautiful ladies that are always so kind. All the staff there are also very kind, informative and very attentive.( Which I love because it is the worst feeling being ignored at any doctors/dentist office). My six year old son has been blessed with meeting and working with both Dr. Lee and Dr. C. They both are such wonderful dentists. I love that they explain every step to my son with such love and enthusiasm in their voice. They help my son (and myself) to be at ease before and during any procedures. Another thing that I really appreciate about them is their true concern for their patients. After a pretty big procedure for my son Dr. C called my phone to check up on him to see how he was doing. Which I wasn't expecting because no other Dentistry has ever done that towards us. Also if we had any questions or concerns even on days that they're not open they respond so quickly. I also love the fact that they have a 365 program for non insured patients. Where you pay $365 for the year and they give you deals with different procedures. Other Dentistry's would charge you the full amount and these Dentistry's make you feel like you're only just another check. But that's not the case with Advanced Dentist. They make you feel like you're apart of a family. I cannot speak enough words to describe how much we love coming here. Great atmosphere, loving and very knowledgeable staff and doctor's. Who can ask for anything more?

Dr. Lee runs a fantastic dental practice. When Dr. Darby sold this practice I was certainly apprehensive about the new owners. Often times you worry if they will “find many new issues” with your teeth because they have to get the practice off to a good start. So far after several visits I can confidently say I have full trust with Dr. Lee. He is calm, confident, attentive, skilled, and very knowledgeable. He completed a crown for me with precision and care. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. I don’t write many reviews but I felt compelled after my visit today.

I interviewed with 4 implant specialist. Doctor Ryan S Lee , my final interview was the clear choice. He was the only one that gave me the confidence to go ahead with the procedure. His explanation of the procedure, Along with his bed side manner and cost was fantastic. I would not hesitate for one second if I ever need another implant. Oh and the staff is great!
