I went to this dentist last year to get a cleaning. After the exam they told me I needed a ton of fillings for my teeth. That was to be expected since I hadn’t been in a few years. They told me my insurance would only cover so much and I paid 200-300 out of pocket for a handful of fillings in my front teeth (not all the fillings). I had two visits with them to do fillings for that much, and after a dispute with my mother and this place where they tried to charge her more after treatment for crowns, I stopped going. My dentist appointment today with a different place revealed from the X-rays that when Access dental care did my fillings in my front teeth they left gaps in the middle of my teeth where the cavities were in ALL of the fillings done. So, thinking the cavities were taken care of in my front teeth, those same cavities in the middle of my teeth were getting so worse and it’s going to be hard to get them redone. So now not only do I have to pay again to have those same fillings refilled, but I also have to get another consult for fillings on not only those but other teeth that access dental care missed on my X-rays and didn’t count them as cavities, though they clearly are. This place is awful. They miss details like cavities, charge an arm and a leg for their half completed services and refuse to own up to their own mistakes, even going as far as to try to squeeze more money out of you after you have gotten a bill and paid, as was the case with my mother. It’s rediculous that they think they can get away with this, but clearly they are.

Today I went to access dental for the first time and I was completely impressed. I called the day before and was able to receive a appointment for the next day. Staff made the process easy! Feel in love with Melissa she cleaned my teeth and was scraping and I was trying so hard not to fall asleep. She was made for this job! Dr. T her energy is so amazing she’s such a intelligent woman and she spoke to me in a way that made me understand my process. I can’t wait to see the transformation on my teeth with this team on my side. I’m going to recommend this facility to my friends and family. Thank you guys for making me feel excited about the future and the comfort level that I felt today.

Best dental experience ever!! The dentists are great! They listen to any issues, and explain in great detail and in plain English what is going on, and what needs to be done. Most other dentists will say this needs to be done, let's get you scheduled back in to get this done, NOT HERE! Same day!! Completely amazed!! Now my forever dentistry!

I've been coming here for a few years and I absolutely love it. Everyone at Access Dental is so friendly. They really make you feel at home . Today I came in for a cleaning. Melissa is the hygienist that always cleans my teeth. She is hands down the best hygienist that I've ever had. She does a superb job and always makes sure that you're comfortable. Dr. T came in and did an adjustment on a crown that I got last year. It took less 2 minutes and the job was done. I can't believe that that's all it took to make me comfortable. Thanks Dr. T If you're looking for a dental office, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. They provide excellent service from the dentists, assistants and hygienists to the front office staff Ross and Sarah.

I have had a ton of dental work -resulting in 12 dental implants. Thru the years I have encountered many dental offices, enough to feel confident in writing a review. A clients first impression is made at the front desk, are they warm and welcoming,? Has care been taken to make the waiting room attractive and upbeat ? Onto deeper issues: into the chair for a consultation -Dr T gives an excellent run down of what needs to be done, listens to issues that concern me. She came up with a plan of action that will allow me to phase the work in. Within 2 weeks I have had 2 procedures, root canal therapy and another more invasive 3 dental implants and an extraction. I have never felt so good after a treatment that intense. A huge plus is scripts are given prior to the procedure so you are not agonizing in line at the pharmacy as your novocaine wears off In summary, you have a top notch staff that works well with each other, you have a brilliant, well articulate dentist who talks the plan out with the patient allowing the patient to control what actions are taken.

I have been going to Access Dental for over five years now and I have zero complaints. They are incredibly friendly and professional. I went to them with terrible jaw pain and their recommendations and work fixed it. This is the first time that I've felt that my dentist is more than just a person who can clean my teeth. They can fix larger issues. Five stars!

I had not gone to the dentist for ten years and was a very nervous patient. The first time I went to Access Dental Care I was actually shaking in the chair. Dr. T and Dr. Manousos put me at such ease and now after extensive treatment and I am proud to say I am no longer a nervous dental patient. The doctors really take their time to fully make you understand what exactly is going on and the necessity of treatment. I never realized ignoring my dental health could impact my overall health as well. The doctors also take the time to present you with a variety of treatment options so you have options financially. The staff are all amazing as well. From the front desk who treat you like you've been best friends for ages, to the hygienists and the assistants. It's just a very fun and upbeat environment. They are all so welcoming. I look forward to my visits there. I highly recommend the services of Access Dental Care.

I went to this place to do a root canal for my broken teeth$, but after the surgery, there's a big gap between the new teeth and my current teeth. I went back, they told me to do a filling to fill the gap at the same time fix my small cavity$. So I did it. But right after the filling, there's severe pain on the teeth that did the filling. I can't use one side of my teeth at all for over 1 month! I went back twice, they insist that is my “teeth shape” problem and asking me to do the cosmetic procedure: 500$ “model study” + 6000$ brace + 2500$ root canal if still hurts! I almost got convinced but at the day I was going to do the “model study” I looked at the mirror figured there's a small hole at the filling which is hard to see and after testing I found that’s where the pain from. I told Dr. John but he refused to check and still kept selling me the procedure. He was trying so hard to convince me for 20 mins until he finally found out that I was right and filled the hole on the filling. It stopped hurting immediately! You wouldn’t believe what happened next. After all, he was still asking me to do the 500$ model study. I said I will think about it later since it doesn't pain anymore. He suddenly got so angry and yelled at me "You wasted my expensive time which is 100$ per hour! You have to pay for that!" And ran out of the room! I was so shocked and looked at my watch it was only 25 mins. I was literally charged 100$ when I check out. I felt scammed but paid them anyway just because I didn't want to argue with them anymore. I canceled all of my appointments for never coming back. I have spend over 3000$ here and I’ve honestly never seen such a horrible doctor in my life! If you are considering fix your teeth here, please be prepared that there might be problems after problems. And they will charge you to fix their mistakes. For any problem they can't figure out, they will ask you to do the root canal. You will probably be asked to do “deep cleaning” and “cosmetic procedures” or some kind of “improvement$” since the first visit. And if you don't agree, be ready for listening to a 10 mins speech every visit. If you ever questioning what they do, they will get angry for you doubting their "profession". I’ve changed to a different place for many months and never regret this decision.

The first time I went in and had an x-ray and then they refused to do a cleaning at the same time. I agreed to have fillings that I didn't believe I needed because they told me that it would be 100% covered by insurance. I am not satisfied with the fillings and I was not satisfied with the cleaning they did after doing the fillings. I then go a bill for $180 in the mail and when I inquired, I was told that they misread my insurance policy and misquoted me. Despite the fact that Access Dental told me it was their fault and that it was not a surprise from the insurance company, I am still responsible for the extra charges. I will not be going back.

Just had my teeth cleaned today by Vanessa. It was far the best experience I ever had. She was so awesome and made the experience painless. Both doctors who I met at my last appointment were so kind and listened carefully. All of the dental hygienists are super cool to be around with. The place looks fabulous inside and everything is well cleaned and maintained. When I walk out of that place, not only do I have a fresh breath, but I actually feel very happy knowing my teeth are being treated properly and that the staff is awesome. They understand that some patients are afraid of dental cleaning, but if you go to this place, its a whole different feeling. You actually want to come back for another round of cleaning. Its that good service that brings you back. Keep up the good work!

To Taraneh Tabatabaie who ever you are, please re-check your records. I went in for a CONSULTATION for a small gap between my bottom and top teeth. NEVER came to you guys with any discomfort, my teeth are perfect in that area. ALSO, the dentist I saw was a female so again another major lie by this dentist office. I am so appalled about the unprofessionalism going on. Worst place ever. I did not feel like they had their best interest in me, it was all about them and making sales. SALES SALES SALES! The dentist was trying so hard to sell me some veneers. Went in for a consultation for some bonding on one of my tooth and came out being told I have some sort of jaw displacement and said I needed veneers. They were adamant about me sitting with their sales rep. I received an email from the sales rep asking if I was still coming in to get some expensive impressions of my teeth, when I politely stated I will not, he never wrote back! Just goes to show its all about sales! Worst place ever.

Beware of going to this dental office. I should have read the reviews prior to going. You go in for initial visit and then it is just a sell fest. Then you get the estimate for what it is going to cost but 4 weeks later you get the call "Your insurance didn't pay as much as we thought they would" Insurance was a max cap of $2000 and I paid an additional agreed amount of $1685. Now I get a bill in the mail almost two months later for $500 MORE. The salesman had me in his office going over how much insurance would pay for each item and how much my portion would be. He even told me they were going to max out my insurance of $2000 and they were putting on temporary crowns. Then proceeded to tell me that when the policy renews in January that we can do the permanent crowns which will cost more money. He also said don't worry the temporary ones are good for up to two years which is a complete lie ! After making phone calls to other dental offices I should have been able to get all the work done that I needed and have porcelain crowns that are permanent for what I paid these people for temporary crowns! It was just incompetence on this guys part by not knowing his job and knowing exactly what the insurance company is going to pay. He never should've claimed what insurance was going to pay. On a daily basis I deal with customers where I have to provide a dollar amount quote for services provided on customers vehicles. Trust me, they have insurance you call the Insurance Company and get it approved. I know exactly how much that company is going to pay so that you're able to tell the customer how much they need to pay. Very bad business practice at this dental office. Not a place you should go to when you have to fear a bill two months later. Not a place that you should go to where they sell you and then out right lie about the services and the costs. Since when did a dental office turn into a retail store based on commission ? Buyer beware and steer very clear of this office.

I would say a master class in dentistry. The doctors go into depth about their findings. I am used to "drill and fill" places where you barely see the doctors and they don't explain anything. Not at Access Dental Care. From your first visit every person you meet, from the front desk, to the girl who cleaned my teeth, to Dr. John, everyone was so nice and so professional and asked any questions I had and addressed all concerns. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his profession. I cannot recommend this place enough!

There is absolutely no excuse for only partially filling a number of cavities in my mouth. That is half completed work when I paid for the entire tooth to be filled at one appointment, not partially filled and told the job on that set of teeth was done. That is a lie and shows your shady work. Have you heard of a dental claim? The dental company is supposed to send in what they quote for the job, and then the insurance says what they will pay, and they negotiate from there. When they settle on something, they store that claim on the patient’s account with their dental insurance. None of which appeared on my account. I asked the dental insurance at the time and they said this to me. The only thing I can figure that your office did is look at what my type of dental insurance GENERALLY covers and guessed at what they would cover for me, and sent that to me without double checking with my insurance. That was a big no no, because you did that to my mother and she had a bill from both you and her insurance company over your screw up. What I got was an email from Ross for my fillings. And for the second appointment I was overcharged. My dental claim for that set of fillings after they were done, which I got online on my dental insurance account five business days later when they processed the claim then (not the entire thing at once originally as the agent at my dental insurance claimed I should have gotten) said one amount and the receipt I had at the time from your office we’re two different numbers. So, you guessed at what my insurance would cover and were incorrect and at my second appointment charged my debit card the remainder plus what I owed out of pocket for the next set of fillings. When I called after that claim showed up on my dental insurance account nobody would confirm or deny that is what happened, but said IF that is what happened. So, how great of your company. I did my research and learned my lesson. I always expect the claim to show on my insurance account before I get the treatment. Your company screwed me over and you’re trying to get away with it.

Great staff. Overall very personable people. Dr John is a perfectionist who sadly is a glorified salesman. Very non-professional. Today's visit was awful. When I declined to accept his repeated attempts to squeeze money from me; he became short and condescending. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Edit: A response to the response. Ill reiterate; Dr. John was short tempered and condescending when I declined his "recommendation". Very unprofessional and unkind.

Fantastic! Amazing! My mother had an emergency issue on a Sunday evening. I called the after hours number and reached Dr. T. In speaking with the Dr. T she immediately called in an antibiotic and set up an early morning appointment to ensure that my mother could receive care. Once we arrived at the office the next morning Dr. T and her staff were ready to assist. During the entire procedure their number one priority was making sure that my mother was not in pain. They talked to her and made sure that she was comfortable. They treated her like she was family. Dr. T even personally followed up with us to make sure she was doing well. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you are looking for a compassionate and highly recommended dentist office please look no further.

What a truly wonderful and remarkable practice. I, like most people I am sure, am not the biggest fan of the dentist. I was hesitant to make an appointment due to this fear but after reviewing their website and their google reviews, I decided to get over that fear and make the appointment. I almost cancelled the day before because of the fear, but I am so happy I didn't! Everyone in the office is so friendly and kind and made me feel that even though I was a new patient, I had been going there for ten years. From Belmelissa at the front desk, to the office manager Ross, to the hygienist Melanie and Dr. Manousos, it was a more thorough dental experience than I've ever had. The doctor took time to explain my dental needs and conditions but also asked what I expected from him and what my end goal was and I need not feel this was an office just out to make money. They are truly practicing quality healthcare education and treatment for their patients. I look forward to future visit. Okay, maybe not the needles and drilling, but definitely for the staff, doctors and family atmosphere!

Myself, my wife and our children have all gone here for the past few years. They are extremely nice and educated. They do take a long term approach for their patients well being, which may result in some feeling it is more sales than preventive care, but after years of service - I have never had an issue with this. If there is something I did not want, I stated so and it was never brought up again. The staff is amazing, I have not had such great care in such a long time. Both Dr. T and Dr. John are hands on and see every patient. Their staff of hygienists are extremely kind and gentle. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to all.

My first initial visit was wonderful. Upon my arrival I was shocked how clean and quiet the office was. This was a big deal considering I'm usually very anxious for my dentist appointments. They were very pleasant. After my cleaning and x rays I was instructed that I would need fillings, I decided I wanted white fillings versus the silver ones. They instructed me everything would be covered by my insurance after reviewing my policy. The day of my second appointment I proceeded to an exam room where the injected anesthetics in my mouth, as I waited for the medication to take effect I was told it would be $200 per filling as my insurance in fact did not cover the full cost of the white fillings. I found it to be very unprofessional to wait until my mouth was completely numb to tell me this information. Dr. T then came into the room and gave me my options which were the silver fillings or the $200 per tooth. When I explained I was unable to pay the $200 per tooth at that very moment she began to offend me by talking about my fiances and what I could not afford. I had never mentioned I could not afford it, I simply was unprepared because of the lack of communication. She was able to do one white filling in the front as my insurance would only cover them for front teeth. For months I could not fully bite down on the side where the filling was done. After seeing a different dentist, I will need to have it refilled.
