After going to Polito & Costello for the past couple of months, I actually am excited to go to the dentist now. After having a terrible dentist in the past, these guys have really helped fix my teeth. The office is beautiful, the staff is incredibly nice, and the dentists are great at what they do.

I was hoping to find a dentist long term that I could trust that would make my issues a priority. I looked at the reviews and heard nothing but good things about Dr Costello and Dr Polit. For me, this wasn't the case. I went there with an issue that was very important to me to get taken care ASAP. This did not happen. Instead I was told I need very expensive implants, an infection and all they were worried about was making an appointment for a cleaning. I wasn't given an oral surgery appointment nor anyone to call for an appointment for extractions that I KNEW I needed. I had to call back a couple of days later to address this fact. I was told I could come in for referrals. I also have a busy work schedule, why didn't the receptionist or whomever is responsible to make these appointments do it?? When I called to ask for an antibiotic the receptionist told me they would call one in after she verified my oral surgery appointment. So bottom line is, I was treated like a lying teenager, I was left to make my own appointments (we had an unexpected death so that was not my priority) and the dentist would rather a person GET an infection instead of preventing one and also left me in pain and the infection worsening. The receptionist was rude and too worried about being correct and talking about her notes instead of helping me. I am so disappointed and still left with no help. Note: I have also emailed them with my concerns.

Both doctors are great! My exam was most thorough. Dr. Polit and Dr. Costello explained my treatment to me in detail. They gave me different options and explained what the best treatment would be. I would highly rec. both of the doctors.

Tony had to remove a tooth and he gave me an IV Sedation to help take the anxiety away. The next day I barely had any pain. Every time I have been there and had work done it has been smooth and painless. The make sure that you are always comfortable and happy. Polit and Costello are GREAT

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and for me, a dental implant replacing a bridge, front and center smile. (knocked the tooth out when I was a kid :) No comparison! The implant looks real, my own, compared to the bridge it replaced by a former dentist. Their staff of hygienists are first and foremost trained professionals, well informed and friendly. Appreciated most, the individual care they and their staff show to patients as individuals. This is a well equipped, cutting edge technology establishment. Nothing but praise for these men and their staff.

I do not have words to adequately express my gratitude for Dr. Polit and his amazingly compassionate staff, but I'll try!. By the time I came to them I was losing teeth from the inhalers and breathing treatments that are part of my severe CPOD. I also suffer anxiety which made reaching out to a dentist very challenging . Dr. Polit and his staff promised to help me through what needed to be done and they did just that. I was given medication to sedate me through the procedures. His caring staff literally held my hand and checked with me constantly. They even wrapped me in a soft blanket when I forgot my hoodie. Dr. Polit treated me with great skill, compassion and understanding. Over one weekend I required antibiotics, Dr. Polit returned my call from the airport and immediately ordered the medication I required. I could not believe his dedication. My dental work was done well and recovery time from extractions and root canals was minimal. Their office is clean, decorated beautifully and modern. There is plenty of parking and the office is easy to find. I am forever grateful for who they are and what they do. They make an amazing team! I will never go anywhere else! I recommend them with my whole heart.

absolutely wonderful Drs and staff!! had a dental emergency with my son, got a call back within 15 minutes and seen within a half hour. not to mention at every appointment they are just as fantastic! highly recommend!

Absolutely the best dentist facility I have ever been to!!! Hardly any pain after getting a root canal done. I went home the numbing lasted as long as I could hope for and was only in pain for maybe at the most 2 hours which I was given pain killers for. Very very friendly staff and very aware and caring of their patients. I will never go anywhere else again. John Costello is extremely friendly and efficient at his job and I'm sure his partner is just the same 10/10

Very up to date, state of the art office with exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly staff. This office promotes the oral health as well the general health of patients. Receiving the oral cancer screening really offers a unique peace of mind. A picture is worth a thousand words, so I really like how easy it is to see the photos and xrays of my teeth right on the computer screen. It definitely makes it easy to understand the treatment I need.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Costello for over 10 years, and he is by the far the kindest and most skilled dentist we've ever had. His work is top-notch--especially when having to correct damage from shoddy dental work that my wife had done in her early 20s--and he always gives an honest assessment of what needs to be done rather than fleecing our insurance with unnecessary procedures. He is always willing to see us in an emergency even if it means coming in at odd hours. And if he can, his partner, Dr. Polit, is right there for us. These men are true credits to the dental profession, and we hope to continue being patients of their practice for many years to come!
