Really 0 Stars!! Sent mold for permanent crown off site. Permanent crown came back: didn’t fit, color was off and was too short. After spending an hour to try to make it fit, Dentist gave up and advised “if it bothered me I should let him shorten my other teeth so it would match”. (Trust this Opinion?). Paid $650 for emergency visit plus 1/2 cost the crown. Within a week had his permanent crown removed by another Dentist and a new one put on. Pi Dental sued me for $1200. “Teeth in a Day? This Dentist couldn’t get 1 tooth to fit properly. DJG

This is thee most professional business that I have ever been associated with. As a patient going to a dentist you would think that their would be a lot of apprehension and possibly even fear, however from the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted and treated with so much care and concern from every person in this office that you are immediately just put at ease. I Have known Dr. Balshi from dental school days where we both attended. I retired from the profession, and see Tom for my personal care. That involves a 3+ hour trip from Virginia where I live. It is well worth the effort, as Tom and his staff provide first class care. I have witnessed Tom getting results in cases where nobody else would have even attempted treating. If you are serious about a positive outcome for your situation, Pi is the best odds you can get anywhere.

1/1/2019 Greetings fellow dental patients and Happy New Year to you and yours! Short version: Make a New Year resolution to go to PI Dental if you need excellent care by dental professionals who are the best of the best!!! Period!!! Longer version: I live in North Carolina and found myself on a four year chaotic journey trying to reach completion of a full, upper arch restoration with implants included. It was always one thing or the other, week in and week out...never to finish. I told my husband that I needed a well deserved change! I had heard of PI Dental and began researching the possibility of traveling to Fort Washington, PA for their input and, hopefully, they could get me to final. Going there was an option! My husband said to pack up and let's go! In just three visits they finished my restoration!They did what others could not do! Dr. Wolfinger is so special, very intelligent, very patient and kind. He is a master of his profession! His work is outstanding and everything is so comfortable! Comfort is a huge part of dentistry, not only aesthetics. The staff is so sweet and accommodating that I feel as though they are my family. From the first phone call to the last hug goodbye, they were absolutely fantastic!!! Now I want to travel to PA just pop in to say hello! LOL! By the way, we had excellent accommodations at The Residence Inn in Willow Grove, PA. It is a ten minute drive to PI Dental. You do not need to take the toll road each time. Google directions and it's a nice drive. My recommendation...Just Go!!! I can promise that you will not be disappointed!!! Also, please keep in mind that you get what you pay for! Go to PI Dental and you will receive quality care from an establishment that you can trust! Simply put, PI Dental Center has changed my life. I had worn complete dentures for 47 years due to an unfortunate incident in my late teens. I am now a senior citizen with a new outlook on life. I was feeling that there was no hope for me because I was experiencing severe bone loss. My face was collapsing, I was becoming depressed and withdrawing from social interaction. Thank GOD for PI Dental Center and the top notch team of professionals. The entire process was very surreal. From the moment I walked into the office, I was made to feel that I was their top priority, and I truly was. Dr. Balshi and his team has perfected this procedure to the extent that I feel they could perform the implantation without saying a word to each other. I felt that I was in expert hands right from the start. The day of my procedure I was made to feel very comfortable and all pre- surgery anxiety melted away. After many years struggling to keep my teeth- and failing- I gave up and decided to see what could be done to prolong the life of the teeth I knew I could save. Going to Pi was probably the smartest thing I have ever done! Not only were they able to replace the teeth I was quickly losing (all my upper teeth) but they did it "in a day" after some pre-work and consultations. The entire process was amazingly pain free; the entire staff were very supportive, professional and helpful; and they remain so to this day. Do NOT be fooled by other companies advertising they can do the work for pennies! They might be here today, but may not be here for you tomorrow when you need them. I know Pi quality and that they will be here for me whenever I need them. The old adage "you get what you pay for" was never more true today!

Words simply cannot express the caring, the compassion, or the amazing level of service I received at Pi Dental Center. Having neglected my teeth for long enough, something drastic needed to be done. I spent months researching my potential options and came across the Pi web site. From my very first visit and consultation with Dr. Wolfinger and the entire team, I felt very comfortable. I was assured that they could help me despite my feelings of hopelessness as I was even beginning to lose teeth. Once financing was taken care of, we scheduled the big day for October 1st. I honestly did not believe a single person who advised me that I would feel very little pain, if any... well, let me tell you - I have NO idea how they did it, but save for a single Ibuprofen the day after the procedure, I didn't need any pain killers at all. This may not sound all that impressive, but I had no less than 26 teeth extracted, 8 titanium implants screwed into my jaw, and temporary prosthesis mounted - all in about 5 hours(!) with no pain at all - with only local anesthesia. Again, I have absolutely no idea how this is even possible, but the team of people who came together to help me are simply miracle workers. I walked into the office with a horrendous mouth full of embarrassing dental neglect, and walked out just over 5 hours later with some of the most perfect looking teeth you can imagine. And I drove myself home. The only remotely negative part of the entire experience is the "bulkiness" of the temporary (non-removable) teeth. This is by-design, as these literally act as a splint to secure the implants as they integrate with the bone in your jaw. (Titanium is an amazing material, as it turns out) So these temporary teeth are a bit larger in the mouth than the permanent ones will be. This "healing" period as the titanium "osseointegrates" to the bone is a short 8 to 12 weeks, so the bulky temporary teeth are a small price to pay for the end-result. I was used to the new teeth and chewing confidently in less than a week. As it turns out, my poor dental hygiene led to numerous other health problems which I never knew could be attributed to my teeth. But there were several abscesses and infections which were causing me sinus problems and ongoing chest congestion, and headaches. ALL of this went away the very moment my bad teeth were extracted. I felt better the very next day - and that is no exaggeration. I even sleep through the night now - something I had not done in many years. So THANK YOU to Dr. Wolfinger and the entire team at Pi. Amy, Linda, Pat, Stephen... and many more who I'm forgetting... these folks are simply the very best.

The first time I visited Pi Dental Center was in April 2004. I met Ann (who I understand has since retired) and was introduced to Dr. Balshi. Dr. Balshi took a lot of time and showed me a video and explained in great detail how the procedure worked and how it would work for me specifically. On the last day of October 2005, I came in from overseas to have the first of two surgeries. I recuperated overnight across the street at the Holiday Inn and went back to work overseas shortly thereafter. About six months later, I came in for the second surgery and sometime after that, I came back for the permanent prosthesis. My case was somewhat unique inasmuch as I work overseas and extensive travel was involved in order to have these surgeries. It has been more than twelve years now since my first visit and the PI Staff have always been extremely accommodating, having me in and doing repairs on very short notice. I cannot find the words to fully express my gratitude to Dr. Balshi, Dr. Wolfinger, Dr. Bowers, and the entire PI Dental Staff. Where and how do you start to Describe Excellence! My Journey started a few years back, I had horrible Teeth and never really smiled, my parents did not force myself or my siblings to brush our teeth regularly and I even had a few knocked out from accidents in my Youth and fights in the Marine Corps. For years I had been considering Implants but my own Dentist in Charlotte, NC sent me to a surgeon who said that I didn't have enough bone and wanted to take bone from my buttocks to add to my mouth; plus I was to go here for the Surgery, another place for the CAT Scan and other places for different things. this just didn't sit well with me and I passed on this solution. Then one day I was watching one of the morning shows and low and behold there was Dr.Balshi performing Implant surgery on live TV in a one hour show. I watched intently and could not believe what I was actually seeing. After that I researched Dr. Balshi and the PI Dental Center, I actually did a tremendous amount of research on Dental Implants before I decided to make an appointment and travel 550 miles to discuss my situation with Dr. Balshi and his staff. To my amazement I was told that I had plenty of bone to perform the Implant Surgery then all the preliminary work was completed and we scheduled the Surgery. It was an approximately 5 hour surgery to remove all the old bridge work the old (in very poor condition) teeth and place the implants, during this surgery I was awake the entire time and I never felt any pain whatsoever, even though I was so afraid that I am sure my hand prints are still in that chair. The care that I received before and after the Surgery was excellent from Dr. Balshi and every one of his Staff members, they were incredible and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, compassion and genuine caring. I now refer to them as my PI Family. Once I received my permanent teeth I can not stop smiling, my siblings always called me sad sack because I never smiled, now I can't stop smiling my new teeth are fabulous and all my friends comment all the time when I smile. A lot of people that I know always ask me why do you go so far (To Pennsylvania, from Charlotte, NC) to get this Dental Work. Not only do I tell them because I wanted the best of the best (Top Gun) plus I tell them all about my experiences and all about the staff and how you are treated from the first visit to every visit at PI Dental Center, I am pretty sure that they understand why I chose Dr. Balshi and the PI Dental Center for my Implants. After the upper teeth were replaced I decided to also get the lower teeth as they were also in bad shape and that experience has also been wonderful. There are a lot of choices available but I just can't say enough about Dr. Balshi and the Staff at PI Dental Center, they are the best of the best in my opinion. It took 7 years to make the most important and significant investment in myself where it mattered most – literally “putting my money where my mouth is”. I was creative at making excuses and refusing to acknowledge the health of my mouth was a vital component of my overall well-being. Well I am excited to share I am currently under the specialized care of Dr. Wolfinger receiving the Teeth In a Day® All-on-4® protocol treatment. Dr. Wolfinger and the Pi team are expertly fulfilling my “someday” goal to have properly functioning teeth and a beautiful smile. Every day and each step of the way the benefits are paying dividends. The reality is I wish I had done this much sooner. It is amazing what a profound difference Dr. Wolfinger and the entire Pi Team has made in my life and others affected by the change in such a short amount of time. I probably drive him crazy at times with so many questions and yet Dr. Wolfinger welcomes the discussion and takes the time to answer. When it comes to questions on your condition the level of responsiveness goes above and beyond. On one such occasion I raised a concern unaware Dr. Wolfinger was in Seoul, Korea lecturing. Astonishingly Dr. Wolfinger himself responded within a couple hours. This is just one of the many times he has awed me with his dedication and commitment. There is a reason Dr. Wolfinger's rating across websites and peer reviews is consistently excellent - he is indeed extraordinary. Pi Dental Center offers an experienced, knowledgeable and caring team working in a state-of-the art facility. Linda and Karol are welcoming and informative. Kathy has insurance down to a science. Pat has the fun job of reviewing costs with patients. For myself this was one of those times price shopping was a low priority. Remember the adage “you get what you paid for” – well this would be an awful time for “less” to happen. Dr. Zhang is awesome administering local anesthesia and erasing fear of pain. Daryl provided moral support during consultation and Amy assisted and helped me the day of surgery. Sandy has been a source of inspiration. Julie and Martha are fantastic. Toni leads the team of skilled technicians making our smiles “happen” in the lab. Everyone not mentioned is also incredible at what they do and how they make you feel. Pi Dental Center is much more than just a place you go to get your mouth fixed. It’s a place where relationships develop and every person is important. My smile has been used more often and taken me more places since my surgery than any plane, train or automobile will in a lifetime. Pay "careful" attention to cost an fees. Can easily go way above estimated cost by thousands an thousands of dollors. Now, in a situation an another $26,000 to complete upper teeth only. The total cost for upper teeth only almost $45,000. Not included extraction. I've had local doc do all my work on lower teeth. Do some homework an research before getting caught up in the moment. I was a patient in 2006 due to a severe and rare genetic maxiafacial deformity. I had already been through extensive surgery required 2 weeks in the hospital including 3 days in intensive care . their teeth in a day sounded great. Shortly after that I became completely disabled implants and Bone deteriorating jaw as well Be aware they don't stand behind their work .I now live on ssi disability and not a prostidintist existing will help me . I live in solitude due to my appeance and my ebarassment. Keep in mind this is due to a birth defect !! Think twice before you invest thousands on something that through no fault of your own you are unable to afford constant repairs. .. They are simply there for the buck ..

If you have serious dental concerns and are thinking about implants you should schedule a consult ASAP. You will be amazed at what this facility has to offer, the location is super convenient, the staff and doctors are all experts and have been placing dental implants much longer than anyone else in the area. I went in for a cleaning and was found to have a deep cavity requiring a temporary crown. The staff is superb- both kind and competent. Dr. Balshi actually hand made the temporary crown since the pre-made crowns were not a good fit. He is truly an artist and I couldn't be happier. No pain after I got home. Just amazing....I am sure my permanent crown will be just as beautiful.Thank you to all involved.

Dr. Balshi made a dental implant for me. The next day, everything felt normal. It was like I didn't have a major dental procedure done. Now I go to PI dental for my regualr cleanings. They find your problem and fix it. The staff is friendly and wonderful. You can get a appointment there whenever you need one. Credit cards are excepted for payment.
