My boyfriend was examined by Cana Pasierb and informed that his tooth was infected. After being given almost two months worth of antibiotics and Motrin for the excruciating pain, he was referred to an oral surgeon and learned he would have to wait 3-4 months for a tooth extraction. 1. Would this dentist walk around with an infected tooth for 3-4 months? No surely wouldn’t so why refer your customers to somewhere you would not go. Find another oral surgeon for your patients please and thank you. 2. Motrin? Anyone ever experienced a toothache knows they need something stronger than Motrin to get through a day’s worth of work with a toothache. 3.Tooooo much of any antibiotic is not good for anyone let alone two months’ worth. In 4 months he'll be Septic secondary to a tooth infection. That's Modern Day Medicine for you!

I've never been so degraded by reception as I was here. I have nothing but good things to say about the hygienist and the DMD. That being said, Lisa at the front desk told me she would inform me of payment prior to my appointment, and I did not receive any notice. When I arrived she was overly curt and unprofessional; after quoting me a price to which I was not aware, she went on to tell me I should “call my mom if I can’t afford the co-pay.” Rolled her eyes multiple times and humiliated me in front of other patrons. I will not be returning and I suggest you do the same.

Quick service but the nurse and the doc didn't even brother to know my name. The nurse didn't tell me her name until I asked her in the end. I had the impression that they just wanted to get the work done and go home.

From the check-in staff to the person doing the x-rays to the exam and cleaning by Dr. Bassani, my experience with Pennsylvania Dental Group was very positive. Everyone was professional and friendly, the process was smooth and quick, the cleaning was thorough, the recommendations for further care were well explained. I've been to a number of dentists in the last several years due to moving--this was by far my best experience.

I wanted to stay with this practice but they tried to charge me a $75 missed appointment fee. The last appointment I missed was more than two years ago. I would have even be ok with $25 but $75 is a lot of money. Not to mention I did not know anything about this fee until I tried to cancel my appointment.

I loved this dental office. It’s not a fancy office, but the staff is very friendly. Most importantly, the dentist didn’t try to sell me all kinds of dental care I didn’t need but focused on what my teeth/mouth needed. I highly recommend this dentist office.
