Went in for a tooth cleaning. A young doctor - probably an intern - did quite a good job, but it was just a tooth cleaning. She noticed that some previous fillings I had were leaving too little space in between the teeth for the floss to pass easily. Then Dr. Boudreau came in and said that they must take those fillings out an put in new ones that don't go over. #^$%$!!! I asked whether they couldn't just shave off the little dents: no, the fillings must be taken out and new ones must be put in. Conclusion: They can do a cleaning well and they might also be able to do well some more complicated work. But they do try to cheat you into some completely unnecessary procedures, which is a most despicable attitude for a doctor, unfortunately way too common in the US.
