I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and get extremely stressed out. My family has been going to Dr. Jason for quite some time and I have only heard good things. I decided to go see him due to the problem I was having. Turns out I needed a tooth extracted, but I told him I would rather be put to sleep to have it removed. He helped me schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon but they couldn't get me in sooner than 2 weeks and I decided I was going to wait. A few days passed and I was in excruciating pain and wanted to have my tooth extracted ASAP. He got me in immediately and he was absolutely INCREDIBLY patient with me and how nervous I was. He removed my tooth without complications and I felt a huge amount of relief instantly. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He's so gentle, kind, caring and compassionate. I am very grateful to have him as my dentist! His staff is also incredible!

I began coming here about a year ago. After some neglect on my part for a few years. I’ve had 2 Root Canals completed so far and a fill on my one tooth. When I was younger coming to the dentist wasn’t one of my favorite things to do. Was a little worried about coming to a new dentist and just coming all together. Well I came for my first clean that was pretty awesome. I think I did more laughing than I did waiting (My old dentist all I did was wait in the waiting room).The people who work in this office are awesome and you could clearly tell they love what they do. The atmosphere is great and honestly if you’re a little worried or nervous about coming I wouldn’t be. They will tell you step by step what they are doing and why. Make you feel comfortable every step of the way! They send you text notifications about upcoming appointments and when cleaning are due so you’ll never miss a beat! Shout out to Steph!

In addition to his extensive knowledge, i was impressed by his skill in communicating with me, and his ability to explain everything i need to know in a simple easy to understand approach. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Natausky and his staff. This past week I was on a business trip in the Wilkes Barre area and I broke a tooth in the front of my mouth. I still had meetings to attend so I needed to get something done quickly. Trying to find a new dentist away from your home area is difficult and scary. I read good things about Nataupsky Family Dentistry online and called in a panic hoping they would see me. Even though it was Friday and they were short staffed, they were still able to fit me in. I had never been there before and I was amazed when I walked into their office they made me feel as if I was a patient there my entire life. Dr. Jason Nataupsky did a wonderful job fixing my smile and I was ready for my next meeting. Also while in an exam I couldn't help but overhear in the next exam room they were working on a child and the wonderful job they did in relaxing and reassuring this young patient that everything would be fine. We started coming to Nataupsky Family Dentistry a few months ago after looking for recommendations for family dentists on Facebook. Over and over we heard about this office! Great with children! Great with adults who don't like going to the dentist (me). I feel in great hands walking in the door and the waiting room puts me at ease. There are no televisions anywhere. No jarring daytime talk shows, partisan news, or loud commercials. Peaceful music in the waiting area and rooms. Beautiful handmade art serves as a nice focal point in the patient care rooms. My favorite part of the visit is the great view over the levee and across the Susquehanna. Love coming here!

I have been a patient here through three generations. I had not been to a dentist for ten years because of bad experiences when I was a child. Someone recommend this dental practice to me so I thought I'd give it a try. I did and never looked back. I have been treated by all of the Doctors there and each one is, of course, knowledgeable and experienced and professional and capable but also caring, friendly, and truly concerned about their patients. They are available at any time, even when the office is closed. And they follow up after any procedure to check to see if the patient is feeling all right and not in any pain. All of the hygienists and the ladies who check you out are friendly and professional and always have a smile for you. And sympathy for your problem, whatever it is. As I've said I have been going here since the first dentist was practicing. This is a family practice so I have been seen by the grandfather, the son, and now the grandson as well as some of the other associates. Every one is great and within a few visits they make you feel like part of their families. So, I will not go any where else. I would not trust anyone else to work on my teeth. If you're looking for a great dentist, here they are.

Don't trust all these ratings. During an apppontment, Dr. Jason asked me to review them on Google and offered to show me how. He actually reached over and and punched in 5 stars himself. Really rubbed me the wrong way. If he did it to me, I'm sure he did it to others. I don't know how to get rid of that rating, so I'm making this one low to average them out. I've been seeing them for years and have been generally satisfied with the care I've gotten, but recently had a botched filing that led to me having to get a crown. They put the cost of the filling toward the crown which was a nice gesture. I also feel that they pushed me into getting an expensive mouth guard for teeth grinding when I later found out a $20 one could be had on Amazon. I won't be switching dentists, but I'm much more skeptical.of the advice I am getting now. Up until this year, I probably would have given 5 stars, but I'd give them 3 stars now.

The best dental office in Kingston! They are on pierce street, with multiple other dentists you can go to. But after having a TERRIBLE experience at another office on a Pierce St, I can honestly say I won’t ever go anywhere else. They don’t “pitch” any unnessisary treatment to you, and you won’t ever be in a position in the chair where the dentist gets mad at you for not doing something. I flew into town for a quick 6 hours before leaving for a family wedding and I knew I needed a dentist appointment. The staff was more than accommodating to get me in the office for a cleaning and exam. Dr Jason and Dr Gary both came in for a visit to say Hello and to introduce themselves and the staff was extremely welcoming for an 8AM appointment. Their staff is so friendly and they really go over the top to make your experience as easy & pleasant as possible. Dr. Daniela Campos is my dentist and she explains every procedure in detail on what the patient can expect and also provides the necessary information on the cost of the procedure is and what your insurance covers and doesn't cover. The facilities are spotless and modern and there is adequate off street parking. I highly recommend Nataupsky Family Dentistry for your dental hygiene and needs.
